Auto Parts Advance is a good store, they got men in there with the advise on car parts and fluids, their computer tells you where anything can be found, their willing to ship to store nearly whatever is not in store, at no cost to you. Good location.

Got treated like I was stupid. My friends have experienced problems with before aswell, don't waste you're time coming here drive the extra couple mins and go to O'Riley way better service and lower prices to but if you go to advanced anyways don't say I didn't warn you that they are fraudulent and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The guy that waited on me was not friendly at all. I said I needed to replace the light bulb in my car/ turn signal, could someone put it in for me? He just says no we can't do that I was like they always have helped me before? He's just staring at me.I was like well if you can't help me I'm leaving! He didn't say sorry it anything..I went down the street to AutoZone & guess what? That young man was more than happy to help this old lady!!

When buying calipers for squealing brakes, avoid a second trip and buy caliper guide pins the first time... If you really want to make it right, replace the pads I just bought from you 2 weeks ago, so I don't have to buy them again, due to a lack of knowledgeable staff to help with what it takes to do the job right the first time.

Decent store, I’ve bought Xenon headlights from this establishment and the guy who began to help me was great and explained each different headlight i could want until another guy came over and overtook him began talking to me, this guy is the issue, I don’t recall his name but he is always wearing a Bluetooth earpiece and has something negative to say and is not very friendly AT ALL he definitely is no good in the customer service department but he will at least do his job. I have since had to replace the headlight due to a manufacturing issue but i was able to still claim the warranty and wasn’t a huge deal, it was not the establishments fault but still wasn’t happy i was going to have to replace them after 2 months of purchasing and installing them. All the staff is relatively friendly except that one guy, consider taking some customer service courses and my reviews may be different.

Great service, got a battery there today and Randall (I believe that was his name) installed it for me. He went above and beyond, cleaning the corrosion off both the connectors and the metal support bar and replacing a bad nut as well. Fantastic help, will definitely be coming back again next time I need any car parts.

We visited the Advanced Auto Parts, at this location. I was concerned about entering the store at 8:00 p.m., to have our car battery tested...when the store's closing time was 9:00 p.m. My concerns were quickly banished when the Store Manager, greeted us and checked the battery without hesitation! We were in awe of Justine's knowledge and handling of the test equipment. Her explanation and diagnosis of our car battery's condition was much appreciated. She delivered excellent Customer Service! *Shout Out to Jake!************************ In my most recent visits to Advanced... *Jake, has assisted me by answering all of my automotive questions/concerns. He helped us to make the correct product selections. You can immediately tell by the Service, that he provides, that he is both passionate and knowledgeable, about helping the Customers! *Daniel, was on Duty this evening, and was eager to assist my son, and I. I placed an order online for pickup. I had a 15% off promo since the online order was over $35. When I went to pick up my part, the order was out of stock. Like, they told me there was 3 in stock and suddenly there are none? Okay. They found the part at a different store in town but they had to refund me and re-charge it. When they re-charged me, they didn’t give me my 15% off discount. Ridiculous experience.
