This is an employee review not a store review. Unfortunately I don’t know the employees name from my encounter but he was young, brown hair, red sweatshirt, probably about 6 FT tall. I’m from out of state & needed a battery replaced. I called and asked if they’d swap it for me real quick. When I got there the employee I spoke to told the tattooed one that I wanted them to swap it. He said “he wants US to do that??” “Yes” he replied . Tattoos said “are you willing to do that for him??” The other employee was like yeah? They also give you 18$ back for returning the old one to them. The employee checked and made sure mine qualified and Tattoos charged me full price with now 18 knock off. As my card was inserted the employee I spoke with noticed that and asked tattoos if he gave me the 18 off. Tattoos said NO. The other employee walked up behind me and pressed the cancel button on the machine and said. Give him the $18 off.. and so tattoos gave me the 18$ off and the other employee changed the battery for me with no problem no hesitation while it was pouring down rain. ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THIS ONE INDIVIDUAL. That’s how you get repeat business. I don’t know how well this store operated but they’re so lucky to have this guy on their team he really looked out for me. It was amazing. Thank you . I’ll always come back if I’m ever back in the Champaign area. This man deserves his OWN store. GOAT. 🐐 and i NEVER Write reviews .

Friendly staff with great insight on car repairs. They gave me a lot of advice on what options to get and how to install parts. Thankful for them! Update: One of the staff (Mark) was of great help when I left my keys in my car, but fortunately had the windows slightly down. He took a custom-built bar and helped my fish my keys out. Can't thank him enough. Also Trent helped me so much in inspecting my brakes. Big thanks to all the staff there!

The customer service rep was excellent. I needed a battery for my car and brought it in at 7:30pm. They looked up the model of the car and found correct battery, I bought it and they installed it for free. He switched it out in 10 mins, in the rain. Very impressed with the Rep Dallas for the quick work and great customer service. Thank You!

I noticed a brake light fault, went to O'Reilly's, and within ten minutes I was back on my way again! Dustin, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful and stays busy helping customers! He immediately helped me find the correct bulb, removed the old broken bulb, and installed the new one for me! He deserves a raise!

Today I was helped by Chris he was absolutely fantastic! I originally went to dodge and they quoted me over $500, I went to auto zone and they told me since my truck was a 2024 and so new they couldn’t get the part for it which was just a front left blinker. Chris was quick to come outside take a look at the bulb and realized instantly that it was a bulb that they had on hand and swapped it out immediately for me. For less than $8 I was back on the road and good to go! Thank you Chris for your awesome customer service and knowledgeable advice.
