Awful experience. If you love or even like your car don't bring it here. I was hesitant from the moment I pulled up just by the condition of the place. But there were no bad reviews so I figured, it's just a car wash, what could go wrong. Well it couldn't have gone much worse. I've taken my current car (Nissan 370Z) and past car (Nissan 350Z) through 100s of car washes without a single issue until now. I pulled my car up to the wash and heard a short but sharp scrape, the guy directing me was totally unprofessional and actually rolled his eyes when I hesitated to continue moving forward. I figured my wheel had scraped the side of the rail and continued on. Coming out of the wash, my car was completely stuck. I couldn't move forward. The entire undercarriage was jammed onto the wash. My car isn't lowered, stock suspension. I had to put it in reverse scrape the crap out of it more, put 2x4s under the tires and scrape my way out. They couldn't have cared less after either. Just told me "It's ok, no damage" and walked away. No "I'm sorry" or "here is your money back". After not seeing any visual damage I decided not to cause a big scene and call the cops. That was my big mistake. I was too nice. The next morning I have grinding sounds coming from my front driver wheel well. They don't answer the number they have listed and I don't exactly live in the area. I'll be going to a mechanic this week and hopefully they will take some accountability but I'm not expecting anything. This review is to warn people. Because there weren't any bad reviews when I went so I saw no reason not to get my car washed here. Avoid this place at all costs. It isn't worth the risk. In addition the staff couldn't have been anymore rude and unprofessional. Please drive the extra 10minutes to the next car wash!

Scratched the heck out of my car, not sure what happened with their towels or if it was the machine…I’ve been there before when I’m passing through town on occasion and never had issues until now. Polish got it out luckily but cost me another $25. Prob not going back again
