I left hospital last night and came to get oil changed and when I left I realized they didn’t give me a sticker to know when I need my next one. I called and called. No one answered, and it says the voicemail is full. I called tonight again And it just rings and rings and says can’t leave a voicemail. I spent like 160 something dollars and can’t get anyone to answer so that I can get a sticker or know when my next oil change is due. I specifically came to this location because this is the better one. My daughter-in-law was the manager at this One before they opened her store in Arizona.He also told me that my coolant was low that I had just filled so I asked him how much more does he think I should add and he said until the full like.I pulled over into a parking lot to look and was still full where I had it.

The staff is definitely friendly! My car wasn’t running right after my service but I went back and James, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to make sure my car was running smoothly. I haven’t had any problems since.

Very professional, friendly, and efficient!!! James and Bryanna (Strawberry/Bri) kept me well informed from wait time, to what they found and recommended I should do to my vehicle, as well as the 100 questions I asked about each grade of oil. Take 5 has friendly customer service. They provided quick and simple oil change service. They are overpriced though. I know everything is extremely expensive nowadays, but paying $95 for an oil change shook me real good...and that was with my 25% off coupon.

I had horrible experience at Take 5 on Creighton Road in Pensacola, Florida Friday morning! I had to leave my vehicle for three days until Sunday for a part to come in due to a employee broken my oil cap from turning and twisting the wrench to hard to do a oil change which by the way I was there over an hour and had to call my daughter to pick me up. While watching everyone else getting their oil changed and leaving. The other guy employee was generous with me and told me what took place in which I seen for myself. But he told me that he wrote it up and when the part comes he will put it on there and do the oil change and he also given me a discount. He said he will give me a call when he gets everything done and ready to go. But I have never experienced this from Take Five in the years I been dealing with them. I think there should be older guys there well experienced with some of these younger guys employees!

I can only speak from my experience, but every single time I go to this location it’s always stellar customer service, I understand all locations can get backed up with traffic, but even when they are backed up with traffic, they’re extremely personable and as fast as they can be, I think everyone in this location needs to raise! Invest in your people, they rock! Even when given the opportunity to give me an oil change when I didn’t need one they just gave me a new sticker and showed me. I didn’t need one yet, that is true attention to detail and care for your clientele, that is the reason why I will continue to be a loyal customer to this location.

I’m leaving 5 Stars only because of the nice young man that was working the evening I stopped by. He was so nice and courteous and very professional. His coworker on the other hand was not!! He was rude (not to me), combative, loud, vulgar and belligerent. Just not a good look for a professional setting.

First time going and everybody was super nice but I was not liking the fact that I paid almost $100 and they didn’t even fill my tires up. Had I’ve known that when I drove off, I would’ve turned back around and they were trying to upsell all this other expensive stuff and I can get the same cost going to the dealership to get my oil changed for the same price of getting a filter and coolant and everything overpriced way high. I won’t be back. Staff was nice and quick though.

Original review: Very friendly service & great price. First time at Take 5 so I'm not sure if it's normal to not check my air & cabin filters, tire pressure, lights, etc. like other places, but they did change the oil and were very friendly throughout the process. UPDATE: My husband went to check my coolant tonight per the technicians suggestion and found the hosr and lid to the coolant hanging on the side of the tank and the air filter cover was only sitting on top of it but not attached at all. This is what I'd been hearing rattling and thought something was wrong with my exhaust. I don't change my opinion that they were very friendly but wow, apparently they weren't very observant or careful!

I’ve been going to this Take 5 location for over 2 years, but after my recent experiences, I won’t be coming back. On this last visit, they took over an hour and a half for a basic oil change — and when I checked under the hood, I found oil splashed all over my engine bay, especially around the oil filter housing. They even managed to get oil on my rims while filling the tires. That kind of sloppiness is just unacceptable. What made this even more frustrating is that the time before that, I waited in line for an hour just for them to tell me they didn’t even have the oil I use. I was honestly in shock when they finally came to tell me that — such a letdown after being a loyal customer for so long. Two strikes back-to-back, and I’m done.

The best oil change experience I have ever had. The younger gentleman that serviced my car were so kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. What pushed the experience over the top is they noticed my tires were missing the air caps and added them all for free. You even get a bottle of water brought to you while you wait. The little things. It was truly a seamless, normal priced, and effortless experience. They have a lifelong customer. I will never go back to the dealership to get my oil changed.

Guys were really nice. There was a good bit of a line when I went, but still got through in a great amount of time. I really liked that when they offered other services or more expensive oil they weren't pushy about it. I couldn't afford it and they didn't try to talk me into it. I respect that in a business.

I got my oil changed here in September 2026. Afterwards,i noticed that every time I washed my car, tons of black oil-looking liquid would pour out of my front driver's wheel well. Then my car started making a noise and the a/c stopped blowing cold. I took it to a mechanic , who showed me that there was oil in the coolant. I then went to another shop to have it thoroughly checked and the head gaskets damaged. I need a new engine now. I found groups of people online who had the exact same thing happen to their car after being at Take 5. It's wild that so many.people are having the exact same issue. The first time I went there, they forgot to put my oil cap back on, and they drained my husband's oil, but never refilled it. Don't ever go there!!! I am filing a complaint

This is my favorite take 5 by far. Im normally a regular, i travel for work so i quite often have to get oil changes. And everytime i have to say the staff is phenominal! But my most recent time ive came they went above and beyond! I got in a wreck recently and couldnt get my hood to open but was due for my oil change. Dee, the shop manager, Anthony, James, and Cory all made sure i was able to get my oil changed THAT day. They spent at least 15/20 mins trying to figure out how they were going to open the hood and they did! They even made it more accessible so i could open it myself! They checked everything for me to make sure all was good and got me all i needed for the day. I cant express how grateful i am for these guys going above and beyond just to make sure i was taken care of and safe to get back on the road! So thankful for this team and i couldnt recommend them more! Dee is running a great shop with his team! Best take 5 ive ever been to and will keep returning as always!

I will never EVER bring my car here again. I have been going here for awhile and it’s always been decent enough service. However, today they didn’t put the radiator cap back on. We noticed it as soon as my boyfriend got home to change out a headlight and the cap was literally just sitting on the radiator (via the picture) I’m surprised it didn’t fall off while driving. It proceeded to get coolant all over everything in the engine bay and now we have to flush the coolant and do all of that ourselves. And they are lucky the engine didn’t blow because we drove further. We will be doing our own work again it seems. And hopefully we will be getting a refund at least. Take 5 isn’t take 5 if I have to go home and do more work myself.
