I’ve been going to Rich’s on nine mile for about 3 months and visit at least 3 times a week. The entire staff is extremely friendly and my car always looks nice and clean. Evan and Kenny always make me feel welcomed and not like I’m just a number coming through.

Went to Rich’s on nine mile this evening and was greeted by Kenny’s friendly demeanor and instead of paying the $10 for a basic wash he gave me the promotion for the month for the same price !! I will be back next week for sure ! I always support Rich’s as my son used to work at the location in Robertsdale :)) Not sure if you got new vacuums but they were amazing today !!! And again I don’t think I’ve met a friendlier person at Rich’s than Kenny 😊

Corrupt business practices On April 1, 2024 I stopped in to the 9 mile location to purchase a $20 car wash. The attendant offered me the wash for $10 if I signed up for the monthly wash which would be $20 a month. On May 1, 2024 I was charged $40. When I called the location, they were very apologetic, but could not give me a refund and told me to contact the corporate office. Below is the interaction I had with the "corporate" office. Good Morning, On April 1st 2024, my family and I stopped in for a car wash. I asked for the $20 wash and was offered a promotion to pay $10 today and be charged $20 a month for the membership plan. 30 days later, I have been charged $40. I appreciate the service and would have enjoyed the membership plan as the location is less than 5 minutes from my home. The way this was handled leaves me less than pleased with how business is being done. For this reason, I am requesting my $40 to be refunded and to cancel the membership program altogether. If you have any questions pertaining to my request please feel free reach out to me. I look forward to my refund being returned and hope you create a better business practice going forward as some people may hold you to your word. Hi Eric! Total let down and I wouldn't care if the car wash was at the end of my driveway, they would never see a car I own again.

I had an outstanding experience at the car wash thanks to Chris, who truly went above and beyond. After accidentally dropping my key fob and having it sucked up by the vacuum, I was worried it was lost for good. Chris immediately jumped into action, meticulously searching through the vacuum and even checking the system to ensure nothing was overlooked. His dedication and patience paid off, as he found my key fob and returned it to me in perfect condition. Chris's exceptional service and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I can't thank him enough for his excellent support and friendly attitude.

I originally began using Rich's car wash because of the promotion but was very quickly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist with any issues or just to say hi. I am always acknowledged and greeted with a smile when I pull onto the lot, not to mention how clean and shiny my truck looks after her bath. I literally come through at least 3 times a week. I especially appreciate Kenny for always making me feel appreciated as a person and not just as a number. I recently moved farther away from this location but remain a member because of this. Thanks Kenny and all of the Rich's crew on Nine Mile!

I will never return to this car wash again. Arrived to get my car washed. Was paying. Another car came to the second lane, after I arrived. They put that car in before me. I will never get a membership or my car washed here again. Very poor customer service. I would rather drive 5 miles down the road to give my business elsewhere.

I went in to check out the carwash options and pricing. I was given the information by Kenny, in detail including his answering all of my questions. I told him I would think about it and come back if I wanted to sign up. He told me about the free carwash available to see if I would like the services. I came back the next night, tried the carwash and was happy. While I was vacuuming my car afterwards, he came over and told me about all of the services for cleaning the inside of your car, window cleaning, and car mat washing that were just a free part of the monthly charge. He made me feel welcome, was very professional, not a pushy salesperson that only wanted sales, but he was genuine when he invited me to be a member of the Rich's Carwash family. Informative, helpful, great company team member. In short, the carwash, additional free services available with the reasonable monthly fee, Kenny and the rest of the employee's positive attitudes and the overall customer service have been exceptional before and since joining. I liked it enough that I signed up both of our vehicles. Highly recommend them!!!

No problems with the location or wash itself. Good as any other. Interesting thing happened today… There are two sides to drive through the gates to get into the car wash. A single car was on the left side, so naturally, I drove through the right side. An employee was helping the car on the left. As I finished paying for my single day wash and the gate was opening the employee came over and said: “You could’ve gotten a free wash, if you had a lil patience.” One of those lines that sinks in and stings ya know. Why didn’t I have patience exactly? And, in my opinion, not a great way to speak to a customer. I don’t know his name, but he’s tall and older (maybe 50’s). Bad form bruddha.

Nice, modern car wash that does a great job getting my truck clean. Nice light show while in the wash tunnel, fun for the kids. Love that they have a 72" clearance so I can take my lifted truck through. Love all the Rich's locations. A+

What friendly customs service! Went for the free $25 car wash promotion and my car was DIRTY! Kenny came to check to see how I liked my wash and then said we wanted to run my car through again! He was so helpful! Definitely will be coming back and purchasing my membership!

Terrible experience. I was sent a Code ,went to the car wash , code did not work for a 50% off . called the attendant to assist because it was still not working . He then went and got his manager. The gentleman that came over to assist me said that I’m putting the code in wrong I said I can assure you that I put the code in twice and it’s not working. He then again said no you did it wrong. the code did not work for him either. I then said I have no issue paying for the car wash I’d like to get my daughter‘s car clean and I need the wheels clean so I need a good car wash. With an ugly attitude he said I’ll give you a free car wash but you’re gonna have to pay for it next time. Very rude tone… I told him I have no issue paying for the car wash. I go through the car wash and the car is still dirty the tires are still dirty. He did not give me what I was asking for even after I offered to pay then I pull up to the vacuums and where I pulled up both of the vacuum hoses were split and broken. I will never go back to that car wash again terrible experience.

I went super close to closing time but I have a rental that my kids spilled an entire bag of goldfish. The male employee walked over as we were paying for the car wash to specifically use the vacuums and we told him that. He’s like make sure you do the code for the free wash. I told him it wasn’t a big deal would rather use it on one of our personal cars. Also the vacuums alone are life changing here. I will be switching my membership to here specifically for his kindness alone… and the vacuums lol.

I will not return back to this location although very convenient to our home and community. There are individuals always at the check in kiosk, I respect they are genuinely there to help customers make a selection, and overall encourage to purchase a membership if they don’t already have one. I still do not prefer them waiting there, even moreso now. There was a specific individual, older man that would NOT take no (signing up for a membership) for an answer. I was simply trying to make a payment, and enter the car wash. After really trying to express that I am in a hurry and not interested in a membership, he let me go. I thought I was able to complete the wash and vacuum in peace and over the loud vacuum I was startled and I hear his voice again from behind “are you sure I can’t cancel your transaction today and sign you up for a membership?” I was appalled. If your customer isn’t interested in a membership, please still allow them to use your services in peace.
