Sadly, I will not return to what was my favorite car wash on Nine Mile. Today there was a young man blasting - not playing misogynistic rap music on his radio at the car wash. He wasn’t even vacuuming or cleaning out his vehicle. After about 10 minutes, I complained to one of the attendants who said he would ask him to turn it down. The volume was well above acceptable decibels and the lyrics were offensive. I saw the attendant go over to the young man, but the music volume was allowed to keep playing at the same level after my complaint. Nothing changed. So I will change car wash locations- though I formerly liked the car wash. If the owner and management cannot keep a safe and respectful environment, I will take my business elsewhere. Disappointed.

Guys were nice at front but it did not clean this car. Very spotty and it didn’t get the easiest little spots that could have came up. For 10$ the machine could’ve cleaned it better.

I've been coming to Eco since they first opened and still absolutely love them. I bring all of my cars including my R8. Hands downs the safest and best car wash I have ever been through. I'll be back soon!

This place is awesome. Free vacuums and free cleaning supplies to detail inside your car and wheels. The car wash did a great job on the car. I will ABSOLUTELY be going back😎 I've been back several times and again love your place. My car's never been easier to keep looking fabulous

Hands down the best car wash in town! This place is legit. the staff is super nice and my car always comes out looking very nice. I’ve got the membership now and it’s actually worth it. I go like 2-3 times a week. Super convenient. Highly recommended. Way better than other spots I’ve tried

Best car wash in Pensacola!!! I’ve been coming here since they opened. The manager and staff are always nice and assist in any way they can!!! Their vacuums have always had enough suction and their air blowers are a plus!!! If you need somewhere to wash your car I HIGHLY Eco Car Wash!!!

This location never fails to satisfy my needs—super convenient and always delivers. My car comes out spotless every time. I really appreciate the free towels and multipurpose cleaner they provide at the vacuum area—it makes it easy to get that perfect finish on the windows and interior. Definitely my go-to car wash!

Just ran my car threw Eco car wash off nine mile road. This is the closest ive had it looking as it did when I drove off the dodge lot. Unlike other carwashes where running your vehicle threw twice might still not be enough, not to mention their top wash is a couple bucks cheaper. Their staff asked me if I needed anything let me know where Windex an micro fiber cloths where on hand, they where very polite. Glad to have a friendly, efficient, clean, locally owned car wash in the pensacola area. Will be where I get my car washed from here on out .😁🙏

Eco Car Wash is the best. The attendants are friendly and pleasant — even when it's stupid hot outside — and the quality of the wash is high. I choose this Eco over other places because it always provides plenty of complimentary cloths, spray, convenient trash cans and strong vacuums. All of their amenities make cleaning your car just a little bit easier. I highly recommend this place!

Went to this particular wash and was greeted by the friendliest staff Haley was amazing. The team helped with the kiosk, moved us through the line and made sure our truck looked amazing once we completed the wash. The vacuum area was great. Very well cleaned and stocked with plenty of towels and window cleaner. The place is very well managed and employees seemed actually happy to work there. We will be back.
