This shop is not a take 5 experience, it’s more like a take a hour and a half experience. Due to them not keeping stock of the parts needed to change oil and filters out our time was spent waiting for them to contact another store and to try to get a new filter. If we would have known that amount of time it would take we would have taken our business elsewhere or waited another day to do it. Not only was the line long but the service was as well.

Went in for an oil change and they told me it was going to be $101.99. when I finally went to pay my bill it came out to be $132.64. they charged me $6 for shop service charge. And $16 for that extra quart of oil. And of course $ $8.68 per tax. I don't understand a shop service charge that was never in the description and $16 for a quart of oil. Says they checked all my fluids. I know they didn't check my transmission fluid . Also says my filter was fine and they told me it was dirty and tried to sell me another one. This will be the last time I will be going to take five. I have been going there for years and have never been done like this before.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Access in and out of this place is ridiculously tight — I had to make multiple point turns just to get in and out, which is unacceptable for a drive-through oil change. The oil change itself was grossly overpriced, nearly $45 more than what I normally pay elsewhere for the same service. I would have left but they had already drained my oil. On top of that, the upselling was nonstop and extremely pushy, even after I clearly stated multiple times that I did not want any additional services. To make matters worse, the customer service attendant appeared high and unprofessional, which did not inspire any confidence at all. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first oil change in my new car, so I was looking for a good mechanic close to home that I can take it to regularly from here on out. After a previous bad experience with Grease Pro in a different vehicle, I made the switch to Take 5 right down the road & am so glad I did! Great experience all around… Andrew & Billy worked together to make sure I was informed of everything & made getting my oil changed not only “quick & painless” but an actual pleasure.

I will say I have been with grease pro for a while now……due to customer service I looked for another shop. Let me just say hands down this shop is amazing. From when I pulled up all the way until they finished I was beyond happy and blessed. Brian and Andrew were not only attentive, informative and such sweet gentleman but they made me feel taken care of and did not push me to buy anything else. Now a days people just are miserable to go to work but not these two. I’m sure they have their days like us all but they did not take it out on their customers. I love it and thank God for them. We need more people like them in the world. I also had an appointment and they were very understandable and got it done.

first time at this location, i went for a quick oil change. i was greeted in line with a bottle of water which was a nice touch. really sweet staff, great communication, and gives great information. Dylan told me what services i’d need the next time i come in & even left notes about those services on my account like i had asked. Will & Andrew were also just as great & pleasant! i didn’t feel “bullied” at all into getting services i didn’t want or was unsure about which has unfortunately happened to me before. i will be coming back! thank you again guys!

The staff was very courteous and super helpful. My Suburban needed its first oil change and I have been driving a BMW X 5 for many years into my surprise a Suburban uses eight quarts of oil instead of five quarts for my bmw. The staff explained to me about the differences in the synthetic oils and the necessity for it. They were super knowledgeable great people I highly recommend it and will come again and again.

Went there last week for an Oil change and I also told the gentleman that my coolant is low without my Permission he go ahead and flush my coolant and charge me $145 plus tax mind you I did not tell him to flush my coolant. I said my coolant need to be topped up and I need my oil to be changed just because you want to overcharge me $310 for the service he only spend like 20 minutes on my vehicle. I could buy coolant and to my vehicle, but because I am servicing the vehicle, I told him that my cooler need to be topped up and because you want to overcharge me you do that… Be careful when you go. They add stuff to your bill. Just got the car. They want to rip you off.

Went to Take 5 for an oil change this evening. 25% off for veterans, thank you for that. Kudos to Dylan and Will who did a great job with the oil change and they did it quickly and accurately. After the work we tried starting the car and it wouldn't start. It wouldn't click or anything. Will brought his car over and we tried jumping it. That didn't work. After troubleshooting, we determined it was a completely drained battery. It was close to their closing time and no one was there waiting for service. It was late and they couldn't get a battery from autozone so Will assisted me in removing the battery. He then drove me to autozone to get a new one. We returned to the shop and I installed it and got the car running. I want to publicly thank Will and let management, Bryan, know that Will went above and beyond and that Dylan and he both did a great job.

Will, I believe is his name, was awesome! He explained everything that was happening while the service was being performed. The customer service that I received at another Take 5 a couple of months prior, was subpar to the PC location. Only complaint is that underneath my car, a part was not secured and I didn't realize for a couple of days. I went to another location to have it fixed.
