Take 5 is usually okay with me. This visit was a bit off putting. They didn't offer the water bottle like they usually do( perhaps they were out). The guy I dealt with talked really fast almost like an auctioneer. I had to ask him to repeat what he said a couple of times. When he checked my cabin filter, he said it needed to be replaced. That was very odd to me considering I had it placed on my last oil change. It puzzled me so much, I asked how long they are supposed to last before needing to be replaced. When he said after 15 to 30,000 miles! I was done. There is no way I had driven those types of miles in a few months. I'm going to take a break from take 5.

This was the first time I’ve ever been to a take five oil change, it was a great experience. Honestly it’s the easiest most convenient oil change I’ve ever had in my entire life. Everyone in there was really friendly and helpful, I will be a return customer For sure.

My sister left there 2p, by 6p she arrived in Tampa. Engine BLOWN, and cracked in half...literally. NO oil was leaking, no smoke, no burning smell. Horrible. And all 6 of the kids were in the van at the time. Not sure exactly what happened, but perhaps MORE training and observation should be done. Also, we were promised a refund. Never received it. This took place on 11.8.23.

I pulled up and the attendant walked out, laughed, and said my truck would not fit in their garage. He didn't know the height of the garage door and wouldn't bother measuring or even asking someone. All I have is a basic f150 with a ladder rack. I have fit at all other Take 5's in Tallahassee and I just wanted to go to the closest one.

The entire interaction was uncomfortable to be honest and I will not be returning to this location. I asked to use the veterans/military discount and showed proof of my veterans status. While looking at my proof they said they didn’t believe me. I had to keep insisting that I’m a veteran. I only got the full discount because one of the guys out of the entire group stepped up and said something. After I provided payment I was asked to rate my experience and gave a generous 6/10. That was apparently not good enough and I was guilt tripped to rate higher. While pulling out one of the men thanked me for my service saying “ It’s weird to thank you for your service but thank you I guess”. This interaction was completely inappropriate. DON’T take your car here! This place is nothing but a scam! I took my car here yesterday and it ran smoothly. Today my car is over heating. They were only supposed to be doing an oil change but were messing around under my hood without my permission and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Today my car is overheated and I’m stuck without transportation.

Didn't ask to be humbled.. 5 different times. Came in for oil change as my vehicle was past due and I didn't have the money to complete it last month. The employees exclaimed to each other and me 5 separate times that my car had no oil in it. I know not good.. but I couldn't afford it last month. I even told them as such and they still kept remarking about it loudly to me and each other.

Workers polite but service slow. Took over an hour with one car in front of me. I'd recommend running 1 lane if there are only 2 workers because a 20 mins job turning into over an hour is inconvenient.
