Most rude employees ever. Worker with the long hair was a straight up jerk. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t even stay to get my car serviced, just left.

Workers were able to identify issues from my last oil change. However, they LIED when they insisted that they filled my tires with air. Makes me question whether or not I want to return.

I just got my oil changed here last week, since then (immediately after) my vents started making loud vibrating noises past level 3 on the dial. Now a week later (nov 16) my car is chugging at a complete stop. My car was fine before the oil change and now I have to maybe find an air filter for the engine replacement. Not to mention they kept taking out my filters to "show me how dirty they are". I kept saying I dont have any extra money just please do the oil change and they kept doing the upsell. Btw, I've been to a drive thru oil change. They were fiddling around my car to show me filters because my car was perfectly fine after that oil change AND I drove nearly 620 miles the day after that oil change. So all in all, find somewhere else or somewhere in a better area because who knows what wrong with my car now after taking it to these people.

Terrible company.. don't hold accountability for their mistakes... I was a new customer, taking my car in for a oil change. Take 5, didn't complete job and tightened down drain plug.. oil puddle under my car. Took it to another shop thinking something else was wrong.. the new company told me that the prior oil service was not done correctly. I immediately called take 5. I was told they were not at fault... When I emailed or ask to talk to district Manager direct.. have t heard anything from company or DM.. all this over 115.00 dollars.. sad company don't trust them to work on your lawn mower!!!

Called the phone number listed and was quoted a price so I came to the location. I was parked and finishing an important phone call before pulling around. An employee came out knocked on my window asking what I was doing totally interrupting my conversation. I then pull to the back to go in as he asked and he immediately starts speaking to me when he can see I am still on the phone which is why I did not pull in originally. The price was $40 more than the price quoted on the phone. I called back to show him this and his response was that the number attached to their Google profile is not connected to them and is a call center. Pretty sure that violates google policy and also some ohio pricing laws. Asked to talked to the manager and was refused. They also tried to sell my 7 different things when I repeatedly said I just want the oil change Super disappointed in my first experience at this location. UPDATE: called the number below as soon as they posted this and got voicemail which is not active...smh What a joke

Jake had was of get I hope this is the one that’s on Laskey and Douglas. I think he gave me some valuable information and may have did some vital work to my car. I can’t tell because the pictures don’t really show nothing of the shop seem like it’s Photoshop.

I used to come here often until an old manager (who’s no longer there) was extremely rude. When i came for an oil change these gentleman went above and beyond to make up for that. So i will be coming back again, thanks to them.

I’ve always had a good experience at take 5, but at this location the staff was not what I’ve come to expect from take 5. They acted as if I had come to bother them by getting my oil change and they were rude, especially the one guy named Jake. They are also VERY slow. I waited just over an hour, even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me for an oil change as well. By the time it was my turn I needed to go to the bathroom and asked Jake if I could use their restroom. He said no. Then I asked if they could open the garage door so I could cross the street to the gas station in front of them (less than 100 ft from them) while they are working on my car. He told me no, that I had to sit in the car or I could just leave and lose my spot. This has NEVER happened before. Not only have I been able to leave my car at other locations for few mins or used their bathrooms. But it also literally would have taken few mins of me crossing the street WHILE they were working on my vehicle since I couldn’t use their restroom. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location. Not only are they slow, but they don’t really know how to keep their clientele.

Came on Christmas Eve for an oil change they broke my coolant line abd blamed Bauman Auto who had just fixed a minor rear bumper fix . I had been driving the car for two days making a million stops before the holiday with zero issues . Once they showed me the line they told me i shouldnt drive my car ( 35 mins back to my home ) they said to call Bauman so i did who told me it was not due to a bumper fix( which i assumed accurate when take 5 guy said it was) so i drive home and no heat its ice cold ( im in Ohio so it was 20 out ) i stopped for a jug of antifreeze as directed by take 5 and had my son put it in . He came back to check it and it was all out on the tarp under the car. I had zero transportation on Christmas. I called mt brother in law who is a higher up in Midas and told him what happened he said its very common mistake with oil changes to call and get corporate number or a district manager and theyd handle it .i dropped my car back off to Bauman who confirmed it was cut from the ouk chamge i have videos and pictures. I called the take 5 asked for the manager whom answered and who assisted me for the oil change when i politely explained what happened he insisted they didnt do it i was calm i understand it was an ACCIDENT but i needed them to kindly pay for the over $500 cost to fix it . The manager was short defensive and truly unhelpful. I then said i understand he was not going to help me could i please have corporate or a district manager phone number. He claimed he and the salon didnt have any access to that information .i then again asked politely and after the second refusal i hung up went to google and got the number i wasnt even mad it was an accident. But how they handled it is an issue. I hope to hear back and pray you resolve this quickly. And pay for a costly mistake that was very inconvenient and costly.

Incredibly messy. They spilled so much oil while draining all over the engine and frame it was dripping for days on my driveway. So much oil I went back to the shop for them make sure the drain plug was tight. They then lied to me and said f150s are designed to have the oil leak all over the frame when getting oil changed. Just not going to come back if this is how sloppy messy you are.

I was dropping off a worker here for work. After I dropped him off, I drove to the back, stopped to clear my phone. I never been here before. I a gentleman came out, he's Caucasian, with brown hair and wears glasses. He came out and ask was I getting service. I told him no. I'm trying to get out. He got rude and said this isn't a shortcut. I told him okay. Then he said, you will have to go out and wait at the light just like everybody else. Really rude. I wasn't rude, I told him he didn't have to be rude about it. It's not what you say it's how you say it. I called and told the manager, he said okay and hunger the phone up in my face. Just because of this, I will not be coming here for services if you have people here that's being rude to customers. Like I said, I never been here before. I when spoke with the lady on the phone, she apologized and got me to the store. She had better customer service than the ones at this location. They really need to take classes on customer service and how to talk to people. If I can give a zero I would. Plus, don't get an attitude because you didn't get a sale.

So you do pay a premium for going here and getting your oil changed in 10 minutes or less.. at the same time I got my windshield wiper blades replaced, I paid very high price for the blades. Only to have one of them the driver's side blade literally crack and break on me in 3 months. I did go back to the location and ask if there was any type of warranty.. I was told I would have to go online to their website not take five.. I'm a repeat customer and honestly I just expected them to swap out the blade..

It was a quick in-and-out, but I faced some difficulties during the visit. The technician was unable to scan my email coupon for the $25 discount and said he had it saved, scanning something from his desk instead. When I received the bill, the discount was only $12.50. Additionally, they didn’t check my rear tire pressures, and I had to wait outside in my car for a long time without any staff coming over, even after I honked. I had to call them to open the entrance. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, but I appreciate that they managed to complete the work despite the extreme cold weather and long working hours that day.

I was in and out of there real quick. They were very professional and even told me about something I was completely unaware of. That was only my washer fluid reservoir had a crack in it but still it's nice to know so I know what I need to do to fix it. I got the high mileage oil for my vehicle and the even gave me a discount on the air filter that I needed.

This is a wonderful location to have your oil changed. The 3 young men, Paul, Pauly. & Ken,where very efficient, friendly, & did a great job! They all worked as a team to provide me exceptional service! This is the only place I will have my oil changed in the future! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! I went to take 12/26/2025 prices were fine they tried to upsale which is normal. The timing was fine and normal. The only thing I had a problem with was I got full synthetic oil meaning my next oil change wouldn't be in 3,000 miles. Also they put the sticker on without asking what kind of oil I needed. Just to make sure I was right I called the main office and talked with someone. And the affirmed that my next oil change would be over 7k miles and not 3k. So when I called the location to asked them about it. He said that the mileage was for if I needed air in my tire. When clearly the label says next oil change in 3k mileage. I didn't press it but its not a good look if I didn't know i would be getting a oil change when it was not needed. The economy is hard enough as it is do better
