My car always looks great after the wash! I love that they have a detail station that has window cleaner, interior cleaner and rags to use free of charge as well! The vacuums are free and work great!

Asked attendant what wash will get the bugs off? He said the $22.00 wash, so that’s what I did. Went through once, went through twice, and never came close to removing the bugs. And the second time I came through the wash my tire went off the concrete (narrow) turn and fell into a huge pot hole. May have done some damage. See pics poor service, just sat in the office

So yesterday i came in to get a wash sometime in the afternoon and when i came around and went to the pay station i was having some issues and the girl who was there was being very rude to me, it was like she had something against me. When she was guiding me through everything she had an angry tone and looked angry at me the hole time, I've never dealt with something like that in my entire life! I thought i saw terrible customer service before until i met her! Everything else was okay but still, it was a terrible experience with customer service i hope to never see service like that again and i will be going to another location for a while.

Waited in a long line just for the back of my car to be untouched and still dirty. All this upgrading to your car wash and you still can’t get it right. I will be going to the one on secor from now on cause they actually wash my car

Happy with the carwash provided. Theo was a huge help and with a smile. The detail rags and sprays were a plus. Some of the vacuums need attention but overall a great wash. Will be back

This location sucks all the employees need to be fired and you need to restart their rude and you would think they do self sabotage because something is broken with the car wash every other day… We all understand that it’s cold out, but if you go to any other car wash around the city of Toledo, they run just fine because they close the doors as soon as vehicles leave. These people do not and leave. The door is wide open and it tears the whole place up and then you guys are closed for two days. I think the paying members should receive a refund for a month because you’re only open five days out of 30.

Total waste of money! My car was dirty and I hadn't had time to wash it. I was driving by and decided to just get it done here. First, let me just say I was shocked when I pulled up and saw the price - $20 for ONE car wash! You've got to be kidding! But once you're in that lane you're pretty much stuck. So I opted for the $26 ultra monthly package thinking I'll just cancel after the month but at least get a couple washes out of it. But nope - I went through twice and my car still wasn't clean!! I can somewhat understand the dried bird poop (although after 2 times through that should come off too), but even the everyday dirt/dust didn't come off in many spots and especially the back end! And it's not like this was years of dirt piling up, I've only had my car for a few months. The fact that it's white makes it all show so much more and just added to the disappointment. I had to get a bottle of their spray cleaner and a rag to wipe down some of the spots that were missed. I complained to the person on duty, but understand it's not her fault, she was new herself and handled it as well as she could. She canceled my membership and gave me a # to call. Unfortunately I lost that receipt and never ended up doing it. I'm sure they wouldn't have refunded me anyway... :-/ I'll go back to the do-it-yourself car wash where I can make sure it's clean.

"Horrible first impression" The other day I stopped into Tsunami Express car wash on Alexis Road to see about getting my car washed. I was met with a very cold and dismissive attitude from the manager. Her unwelcomeing demeanor set a negative tone immediately. She made me feel like I was bothering her. Her attitude was like, What do you want? can't you see I'm busy. I couldn't wait to get out of there. She was incredibly unprofessional, rude and abrupt. This is not the way to treat a potential customer. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I used the car wash today & I have the higher priced wash & the front & back of my car was still as dirty as it was when I went through the wash. I went in & talked to the guys that were all standing around & eating & I told them my car was still dirty & they said something about the brushes & there are only 2 people that go around & fix things. That is such an excuse! I’m a senior citizen & don’t like being taken advantage of. Something needs to be fixed & need people who know what they are doing. I’m very disappointed with this car wash!!!

This location continues to disappoint me and go down hill. I have been a customer for a long time. Every time I go the employees have bad attitudes, the car wash is frozen up or taking out of service or isn't working at all. Today 01/08/2026 at 5:00 PM EST the weather was beautiful but the car wash was blocked off and my membership was useless. Effective immediately I will be canceling my membership and taking my money elsewhere. To a working car wash not one that's always having problem and down. Farewell!

You get what you pay for. I don't know if the wash is better if you pay for a more premium wash or if it's better for smaller vehicles. Still missed a lot on my windows, mirrors, and tailgate. But better than what it was going in. Driveway isn't the easiest to navigate with a truck either.

The wash was good but not all the soap came off… The first one is my back window… 2nd one is on the back also in between the window and car… 3rd is the driver side door… I shouldn’t have to go around and wipe the soap off… Thinking about switching car washes…

Got my car washed and afterwards while using the vacuums (prolly only nice thing about the place) I noticed the whole back of my suv was still covered in dirt and salt so I went inside to asked the staff kindly if I could go back through to clean off the back. They asked “what wash did I get?” I said “the $11 wash” and they said well that’s why your cars still dirty you should have gotten the more expensive wash, I said what do you mean I came here for a car WASH and my cars still dirty, they then asked if I was a member. I said no they said they couldn’t do anything and that they had to shut down that car wash function a couple hours ago because it damaged other cars. How can you take peoples money knowing your equipments broke ? So car owners beware not only will they not clean your car it might come out looking all carved up. When I pay for a car wash, my car needs to be washed!

First time coming here and I'm not happy. I paid $17 for a car wash and my car didn't even get cleaned. The back window was still dirty and didn't look like it was touched. I said something to the workers and they were nice about letting me go back through, but even after the second wash the front and back of my car was still not clean. Here is a pic of front. The back is hard to tell on camera because of the glare from sun.

Tailgate of my truck was damaged from gate coming down prematurely. Dent, scratch, and gouge in paint. Was told they are not liable for damage done to my vehicle do to the fact it is over 7 years old. You can see by the pictures I've added the damages caused by the gate lowering itself from a upright position. They say reach out to them. They leave no phone number to anyone that actually can handle your issues. They need to do better as a company no Integrity here at all.

1 star only because they force me to give at least 1. $25 for a wash that doesn't touch the back of your car. These were my results after their "top tier" wash. Better off doing it yourself. This place is a no go.
