Been taking my cars here for several years and they always do a great job. I think like all oil change places, they always want to up sell me something (new filter, new wiper blades, coolant change,…) but that’s just part of the game I guess. The welcome was good but as I pulled in to get the oil change & the young man started to clean my windshield the blk bald guy told him don't worry about that (even though I saw him cleaning everyone's before me with no problem) then after I said all I want is an oil change, his smart remake to the young guy was ( I could've told you that) sir if that's all I came for then just do that! I don't need nor did I deserve all the extra!. But the young guy service was Good 👍🏽. Even tho I don't plan on going back he has good customer service. I came in 9/26 after 5 I was just getting off of work tired & ready to get home.

Quick service, but i dont like the upselling of every single service you offer. My windshield wipers are a few months old, they do not need to be replaced. I do not need a coolant flush since my car doesn't have traditional maintenance guidelines. I was told it was "never done" then I was told it had been done. I was shown my air filter which has plenty of life left in it. The tech was polite and cordial.

I went there and it wasn’t bad I was waiting behind a car for 10 minutes the people there were nice. The oil change took 30 minutes and I was on a time crunch, my dad called me during this time and didn’t enjoy the fact that they were all up in the car. Me being young adult wearing what I feel comfortable in, they made it just weird so I didn’t get everything done that I wanted too.

I was there on Thursday for an oil change they recommended me to get a radiator flush so I did I got home I noticed I was leaking some fluid I checked it and it was empty need radiator fluid so I put some in but my cap on went to work on Friday Sept 26th it started over heating and when I checked it my hose was off . And fluid drained out. It was fine before I had my radiator flushed. Now I have to get that fixed now. I should have never took it there . If it wasn't for that I would have gave them a higher rating.

With two cars ahead of me, I still didn't even wait five minutes before my turn. The three staff members were all friendly and courteous while working together to accomplish the work efficiently and timely. Among the variety of oil change types, I chose the second to highest level as they explained the higher synthetic option would allow me to go 6,000 miles between being due. Tire pressure, fluid levels and other filters were also checked. My car was finished in less than ten minutes from arriving and I didn't have to worry about an hourly labor fee, like I do at my regular repair shop. I was very pleased with this experience.

Excellant service. Great price on my Rotella oil change and fuel filter. I have a regular mechanic I usually used. But anytime he can’t get to me this is my go to place. Jarvis and T were great, fast and friendly. Pleasurable experience!!!!!
