Service was good, but rising prices weren't. Quick service brought me here but rising prices will make anyone look elsewhere unless no one is available or cheaper. Will I go here. Sorry guys nothing against employees but prices were when I can get a filter at auto zone for 13 anf you charge fifty that just greed and selfishness. Your customers are your business so price gouging is not valuing them is not ok My change engine oil light just came on and it's not even half the miles until what is required. Totally confused, checking the oil myself to see what it could be . Never has the light come on before even when I drive it over mileage . What could it be? Just checked it, it's orange and gritty smells like like really old use oil, no doubt it is. Wow, I'm furious, with this place, Tried calling, no one answers. Definitely put old usecboul in my car. I deserve an explanation for this. Can't believe their are such heartless evil people in this world.

I went to Take 5 on 9/4/25 to get my oil changed because I did not/WILL NOT go back to Honda. I would like to give a massive kudos to Ron and his team. His customer service was outstanding & I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. He was patient, kind, detail oriented & asked all my questions thoroughly and honestly. In this day and age, you don’t find people like that anymore. Take care of him & make sure you value & reward your people that go above & beyond. Now, big corporations only see one thing: PROFIT. It’s always profit over people. My father was in Customer Service for 60+ years and his main benchmark in leading his people & speaking at leadership conferences was always this one motto: “ As a business, you must ALWAYS take care of your people FIRST. They then will take care of the customers and the customers will take care of the bottom line.” Extremely simple and basic & the concept has been replaced with Corporate Greed. PUT YOUR PEOPLE FIRST! Had a perfect experience visiting this location. The guys were super friendly , that gave me water while I waited and answered all my questions about my car. I will return as soon as my car needs another oil service . Great manager too, he’s really really professional but friendly as well . Some people can let their title go to their Head but not this guy. He’s awesome with the public. I put REASONABLE price because to me the oil is overpriced at this time but I know that’s not the company’s fault.

They were courteous, efficient, thorough and discussed options, pricing and were patient while I made my decisions. They went above and beyond to make sure not just my oil, but other fluids, multiple filters and wipers were in tip top shape. They reset my dash, explained everything they were doing so I could understand and gave me pointers on future needs. They did all this in minutes while I sipped on a bottle of cold water they offered me when I first pulled in, and all of it took place while I sat in the comfort of my car. Everything was done for a very reasonable price and I look forward to using them again. I highly recommend them. They operate as an organized team giving excellent service.
