This place is great! I go there to get oil changed and fluid filled if low, also if cabin or other filters are dirty Bobby will show me before doing anything. Very respectful, polite and willing to listen if you have any questions or concerns. By the way I also use the car wash and I’m extremely satisfied and would not go anywhere. New manger is great! He is working side by side with all the other guys! Thank you!!

I went here because my SIL went While he was visiting from out of state. I was very impressed. While it took30 min to get in the bay- this team works like a well oiled machine. They communicate with each other and the customer throughout the job and the are synchronized to each other. While there is a component of upsetting they are not pushy. They are very informative. I have already recommended them to several friends and family.

This was seriously one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a business, let alone a quick lube. My wife and I were greeted at our car door with a big smile and a cold water. When she realized there were two people in the car she ran and got another water. During the oil change and inspection they were so nice and thorough. Not pushy at all and very polite with responses. My wife and I left and talked about how wonderful and refreshing the experience was the rest of the afternoon. 5 stars service for sure!

I had an extremely unprofessional experience here today. From the moment I pulled up, the employee who approached me was rude and abrupt — no greeting, no basic courtesy, just barked instructions to “pop your hood.” I then waited approximately 45 minutes while staff dealt with an issue involving another customer’s vehicle. I was asked to back up to allow someone else to go ahead, which I understood and cooperated with. However, after that vehicle was finished, I was left waiting again while they attempted to let another car that arrived after me go ahead. When I spoke up to clarify that I had been waiting longer, the same employee responded dismissively, told me to “calm down,” and spoke to me as if I were the problem — despite my patience up to that point. He then escalated the situation by asking, “Do you want to get your freaking oil changed or not?” That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is unacceptable. Poor communication, poor organization, and worse customer service. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone expecting basic professionalism.

1 ⭐️ only bc I had to. Take 5 should not be the name of the company bc you will wait alot longer than that. Went in on Monday, March 31, 2025 for an oil change to hear something scraping underneath the car and found out that the drop plate screws were not reinstalled after the service. Went back to the Take 5 to let them know. Initially was told that they did not have all the screws and clamps to replace the original parts. When asked if I had to run to the store to purchase the parts myself and return to the Take 5 location to get reimbursed, the employee quickly found a few more screws. He installed what he had, printed out a receipt, and guided me out of the bay. I stopped to check the drop pan before leaving the Take 5 location and saw that a part was still missing, in which the employee never informed us of the part they were not able to replace. When I acknowledged it, they acted surprised when only then was my information taken down and told that someone would contact me to replace the part. All in all a horrible experience and I'm coming to realize what type of place Take 5 is and I advise everyone to go elsewhere for your car services. They broke things and are very negligent and do not hold themselves accountable to make sure their customers are left satisfied. On top of that me, being a VETERAN, you would think I would get the same service I have to this country. Will not be returning to be serviced by any Take 5 locations ever again.

I usually have good experiences with Take 5, but this visit was very disappointing. I waited about 25–30 minutes before even being pulled under the covered area, and once I was there, I waited another 20 minutes before anyone assisted me — despite there being two employees present. One employee, a masculine-looking woman with a buzz cut, was very rude and unwelcoming. I was never greeted, and her communication felt abrupt and aggressive. She told me I had a coolant leak and stated she would not be able to do my oil change next time, which was concerning, but the way it was delivered lacked professionalism. She also made a comment along the lines of, “If someone gets here at 7:58, I’ll have them out by 8,” which made me feel like my service was being rushed rather than done carefully. Throughout the process, she seemed more focused on adjusting music in her AirPods than on my vehicle. At one point, she aggressively gestured for me to turn my car on and then immediately moved on to the next customer without explanation. Overall, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. This experience was very different from what I’ve come to expect from Take 5, and unfortunately, it left me feeling disappointed.

This was not only the best oil change experience I've ever had, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had anywhere. We were greeted immediately and given bottles of water. The manager was respectful and explained everything perfectly (not ever pushy). We were offered more water before we left and we were in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

In short, the staff was nice, professional and helpful. The service was good, but the experience was tedious and predatory compared to other local places like Jack Gardner's. Also it was way too expensive. It was a full service-like, high quality experience. However, I did not want a 50 minute full service experience. In a rush, I came for a simple oil change, since it was closer to my location than Jack Gardner's. I was immediately serviced with great hospitality but it still took 50 minutes, which was in stark contrast to the "take5" moniker and my expectations. I was repeatedly pestered for additional services to add on to the oil change, and they unnecessarily needed ALL of my personal information. One of the employees made it sound like I was getting a special 25$ off that day if i went with premium oil, making it cheaper than the standard oil price displayed in front of me. I should have suspected there was a catch or some type of deception. When i got my receipt I was charged the full price. Maybe it was just an honest error and I should have asked to get it corrected. either way I dont plan on ever going back as it was twice as expensive as Jack Gardner's.

Have been a customer for several Years, please overall however find some of them pushy, informing in more complex terms instead of basic plain wording, and misleading replacement timing in ratio the mileage to increase their upselling of unwarranted replacements parts- my favorite dramatic performance when showing the oil stick after refill has been completed & the air-fillter- fyi they bend the sides in attempts to dramatize an appearance of “warped” including separateing the filter slices again wild g to poor filtration and thier nonsense with false descriptive information, thing is if observed typically the identification of only one replacement replacement item is marketed excessively and then give “research” type excessive and dramatized “safety” reasons. Especially geared toward women and mothers due to less likelihood of understanding replacement part purpose or appropriate duration of Also this particular employee Was ridiculously and intentionally attempting to confuse me with absurd wording for simple coolant change particular his multiple attempts at intentional avoidance in providing accurate change reason specific for my vehicle and directing my attention to the actual container that houses the coolant instead of the accurate name of the service he was attempting to push and then he changed the air filter even though the manager said it was still hood and even questioned the employee in front of me as to why he charges me and was replacing th current good filter for a brand new one. The locker!! And then pulled up “CarFacts” to inform me of my vehicles completed maintenance. Like I don’t know, seriously- I asked why are you not identifying the general commonly know name “Coolent” the service change correctly, rather insisting I look at the container on the other side of the building and not providing answers to direct questionslikw Mileage for typical change or at what level it currently at in comparison to what it should be for guideline for safety. And didn’t report level until questioned again and manager checked on it, she said “it’s low” and “you just” Said it out loud like called out whatever they say when N item had been checked off or complete back and forth to one another that little dude lied the entire time so unethical and a disappointment,

I expected it to be quick, but I was third in my line when I arrived. When it was finally my turn, I timed their work on my car at 27 minutes and 30 seconds. I went on a Sunday afternoon, so it’s possible (likely?) that they had less staff, but it still seems like only getting an oil change should have been quicker. The staff was nice and respectful, which is why I’m giving 3 rather than 2 stars.

Had my oil changed here yesterday for the first time and the staff was amazing. There was a wait because of the time of day I chose to go, but they were super fast with the customers ahead of me and during my oil change. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Bobby helped us during our oil change did a phenomenal job. The manager was amazing as well. You can absolutely tell they do their best. Writing this review in hopes that management over there knows what great staff they have. My husband and I will never go anywhere else from now on! :)
