My wife took her 2023 Expedition in for an oil change on September 5, 2025. When she came home she had me come outside to show me that the hood was now damaged and out of alignment, I went right back to the location, talked to the manager about the issue, that it was not like that when she came into the location, and that something was more than likely in the engine bay when the hood was closed, causing the damage. He told me to reach out to corporate, which I did 5 minutes later, filed a claim, to have it repaired. As of this morning I keep getting the run around on who is going to contact me, and when, to get this issue resolved, to the point of me having to contact an attorney to hopefully get this moving. Be cautious before leaving, make sure vehicle is in the same shape as when you got there. If and when they decide to fix the issue they caused, I will gladly rewrite this review.

Very unprofessional yelling/joking/horsing around environment. Sure glad I didn’t let my wife come. She would never return. Then had trouble replacing the air filter, so it took another 15 minutes before I could leave. I have been here 4 times, but this visit didn’t work for me!

The employees were very polite and took care of us in a professional and timely manner. But unfortunately we jumped in the interstate shortly after and could hear some nice coming from underneath my wife’s car. Once I pulled over I realized that the employee that conducted the old change did not properly secure the heat shield back in place which caused it to damaged and now has to be replaced.

I would give it a 5 star but due to price, I give it a 3.5. The attendants were nice and did a good job but way over priced. It was $192 for a 2024 F150 5.0. The dealership is about half of that price and they rotate tires and do a 20 point inspection. Would be a great place if they would price the oil change right.

An awesome experience. The way the techs Sound off to each other letting you know what they’re doing, how everybody checks up to make sure each step in the process got done and done correctly. The district manager came up and spoke to me and made sure everything was done to my expectation.Plus the rapport in there was music to my ears! The techs got along, we’re happy, energetic, Smiling, Courteous, they got along with each other wonderfully!! It reminded me of my six sons and how they banter back and forth!
