I will not be coming back to this carwash. I pulled up to get a wash, the payment asked for cash or card. I used cashed and it was accepted but nothing appeared on the screen. Talked to one of the employees he stated he didn’t know what’s going on so he went and grabbed his co-worker who had an attitude because I was unaware that it didn’t take cash. I told him how much I paid he said he’ll check the cameras but the machine shouldn’t took your cash cause we don’t accept it. If y’all don’t accept cash y’all need to cover that part up because this is unprofessional and unacceptable. The employee Ciro has the most nastiest attitude ever. However I did spoke with the manager and it was resolved.

🤠 Was driving along U.S. Highway 380 by a brand new TAKE 5 Oil Change location east of Denton, in Cross Roads, TEXAS, when I noticed a man standing out front of the shop with a large red sign offering a discount on their oil change service, so I turned around and enjoyed the good auto service at a great price. They’d only been open for business NOT EVEN THREE WHOLE DAYS‼️

I went thru the car wash an hour ago. It cleaned only the surface dirt. I didn't notice until I got home, I have never had to check before. I am very upset about paying $20.00 for a car wash and it doesn't even look like I got a car wash. I will never go here again and will let everyone know. If it would have been a $5-$10 I wouldn't be as upset but it was a total waste of time and money. Now I know why there is longer lines at other car washes.

I’ve been trying to get my money back from this location for over a week due to negligences caused by a lazy co worker. This place does not cancel subscriptions and don’t have great customer nor corporate service. I had to report the issue as fraud due to these folks. Waste of time

Seems like they run you through the basic wash regardless of what you pay for. Paid $24 for the wax protect and tire shine. Tires weren't touched, bottom half of the car was still dry and dirty. Shut it down.

Terrible experience. First, I pull up to the entrance to the actual car wash and there is nobody there. I sat there forever waiting on someone to guide me in but there no employee in sight. Finally someone walks up and guides me in. Then they just push a button and walk away.. didn’t brush my windshield or the back of my SUV. That was surprising so I figured they must have a really good car wash machine that no other car wash has. Wrong. My car was so dirty after a $20 wash. Worst experience I have had at a car wash. It’s not rocket science…. Never coming back unless it’s to get my $20 dollars back.
