Paid for a deluxe car wash and the adventure side only washed the passenger side of the car. Half the options did not even distribute! The drying cut out on me at 40 seconds instead of the full 90 seconds! I usually go to this wash at least once a month and this is the first issue I’ve had!

Each time I've gone one Bay is down, and it seems to alternate. I think it's time for some maintenence on this 🤔 It does a decent enough job, but for a $14 deluxe wash it should come out a good deal better. Seems like some lines are clogged and it misses quite a few places on the car when it does its spray cycles. If your baby needs a wash, it'll do. 🤷‍♂️

This brushless car wash sucks I spent 13 dollars, and my truck was still as dirty as when it went in it . Don't waste your money unless your car is clean and you just want a rinse job because that's all you will get .

I like the soft touch side. Never a scratch.. Cleans car very well! 8-14-23 - Soft touch side is down. Used the no-touch side. Didn't get the front and bottom sides of the car very clean, nor the wheels. Full service is now $15. Waste of $ when the car isn't clean.

Good car wash for a quick rinse. If you want it super clean go somewhere else. Don’t waste you money on the expensive wash here it’s no better than the cheaper one

This carwash has went downhill badly!!!! It use to be a great carwash, last 3 times i have been the touchless carwash has been messed up, out chemicals or some type of malfunction on previous 2 visits, The past few times i have driven by there was a cone blocking as if out of order but drove by tonight and cone gone so gave another 14 bucks and not fixed no soap no pressure pipe or something broke water spraying everywhere but where it needs to be. Dont waste your money at this one go elsewhere.

After tolerating this place for about a year I am done. Spotless carwash doesn't get bottom panels clean ever...Took my money today without providing car wash. This place has no interest in providing you a good service for your money (it's clear they don't regularly test the wash to see if it actually does a good job washing cars). It's only purpose for existing is to make money passively for it's owners. Any other business in the area that would provide a semi-decent spotless car wash and minimum customer service, would run this place out of business in 6 months Go here only if you have no other options, but find something else for a long term option

This car wash has not been the same over the last year. I don't know if it was sold or if the owner just doesn't care but it is constantly down for long periods of time, specifically the touch-free side. The quality of the wash is not as good as it used to be and the price has gone up as well.

One of the best car washes that I have ever used, BUT it is credit card use only and twice now I can't get a receipt to turn in for reimbursement. It says see cashier for receipt. There is no cashier at a self service car wash. Called the number to report issue and basically spoke to a answering service that took my info with a promise of a call back which has never happened twice now. So great wash customer service sucks. Going to challenge charge on credit card and get my money back. According to company attorney failure to provide receipt is grounds for dispute. Bet they fix machine after I challenge the charge. All I want to be a happy customer is a $14 receipt. Expensive advertising mistake on there part because I am not the person to be quite about stuff like this. Will use another car wash until I get said receipt.

The touch free side has been down for several weeks-again. It's ridiculous to drive over there just to see that it is still closed. The $12- $15 for the full wash isn't really worth it because it doesn't clean great, but it's the only touch free in this area. I've made my last drive to this car wash.

Pretty good car wash. I used the touchless side. Really the only down side and the reason for 3* instead of 5*. during the polish, coating and spot free portion it only did the right side of the vehicle ignoring the other 3. The front, left and rear did not got touched. You can clearly tell when you towel dry your vehicle the right side is dang near white glove clean. The towel on the left side came back with dirt on it. If they can fix that this would be a 5* facility. Price was on par with other touchpess car washes i have been to.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to, only way it could’ve been worse is if it ripped the paint off the car. Somehow my car came out dirtier than when it went in. I will never be going again.
