I had the most amazing service at this location!!! They were slow when I went through and the lady working helped me dry off my car when I was running the sweeper in it and she also gave me an air refreshener for my car. I have a membership and this was the first time anyone has ever offered me a refreshener at any location!!! I also tipped her $5.00 I did not expect her to help me dry off my car but told her I truly appreciated it. I was having a bad day and she made my day!!! Just shows a little kindness can change someone’s day! 🙏😍 Thank you!

Not sure of the lady & gentleman’s names that were working this morning but while it was slow they both helped me clean my truck & offered to wash my mats for me. It was HOT yet they were incredibly kind & went above & beyond. Great employees— keep them both happy!

I wood like to give a shout out to the ladies there this morning they were so helpful in helping me choose which wash for my car as well as talking with me at the vacuum makeing sure I was happy with my wash as well as helping me wipe down my tires and makeing my car smell good as well if I was a local I wood have gotten a package but there is no location around we’re I live . But I wood highly recommend everyone checking Them out whether you’re passing through or if you live in the city if you live in the city, I would recommend doing the package once again. I want to say thanks to all you ladies you’ve done a wonderful job this morning.

I've had several issues with this place. For starters I've had a rental car that once I came out the car wash, the machinery sliced one of tires. Till this day Im still waiting on the manager to reach back out to me. Second incident I've had was where the clark had given me the thumbs up which indicates that you are good and ready to go through the car wash also it indicates that you have your car on neutral, keep in mind, I've been a member at this place for awhile, never had any problems up until recently. So as I'm waiting to go through all of a suddenly my car hits a vehicle in front of me, I look and I look at the clerk, he tries to lie and play it off and tries to blame me, but keep in mind that in order for you to go through the car wash, they need to push a button for you to go thru. I have the police involved and everything they lied about having cameras in the place they lied about the whole situation, so, yeah, I would never be coming back to this place, and if I was you, I was suggested do the same.

I absolutely love this location everything about it! The guys are always super friendly and helpful! They do an amazing job at helping make my car the cleanest car possible, and make it smell good too!! They are always making sure that the customers have smelly food things for your car all the time!! I can honestly say that I have never seen it ever be dirty around the place either!! This is the best location of this company in my opinion!! The staff here are absolutely the best!!! Thank you guys!!!

Angela at the Shelbyville take 5 is awesome, she came over started drying my work vehicle plus did the door jams and other stuff, she very polite professional and just a good hearted person a rate her a million plus some ima telling u she's the best I ever had in my 57 years remind you they do not have to help clean your vehicle but she's a worker through and through she just came over and got busy I've never seen her standing around she's always working!! I want to take a moment to brag on Angela. She always goes above and beyond what is expected. She does an extra good job of cleaning the back windows, which is smeared if you don’t wash it a little bit before hand, And when she wasn’t busy, she even came over and helped me dry my car off.

This was not just a bad experience — it was outright unacceptable. The employee in the photos has been rude on multiple visits, but today was by far the worst. As we pulled up, she waved her arms around dramatically as if we were inconveniencing her by arriving. She looked at the front of our car, rolled her eyes, and walked off. When she directed us forward, we stopped exactly where she told us to, yet she still yelled “that’s good” even though we were already stopped. The car wash itself didn’t clean the vehicle at all. When we asked her if something was wrong or if she was having a bad day, she snapped back with, “I don’t have an attitude, I’m just cold.” I was inside the car and watched the entire interaction. As soon as my father walked away, she laughed, rolled her eyes again, and went straight over to her friend — staring at us while laughing. Instead of doing her job, she spent the entire time talking with her friend and even helped her friend wipe down her car while we were left trying to hand‑wash the spots the wash didn’t clean. Meanwhile, the only employee actually working was the other staff member, who was polite and helpful. As we were leaving, she gave us a sarcastic “have a good day” while laughing with her friend, and then the two of them stood around holding hoses and pretending to play‑fight while the other employee continued doing all the actual work. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially since this is not the first time we’ve had issues with this same employee. This needs to be addressed immediately before more customers are treated this way.
