Visited the car was 7-8-25 around 5 PM and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Brian let me use us cell phone to call a family member to retrieve my spar keys as my car locked me out as I was vacuuming the car. The even gave me a pop while I waited. Place is always clean and has towel to help further dry your car when wash is complete.

This car wash is my new Go To. The staff is fast, friendly, responsive, helpful, pleasant, efficient… the car wash itself does an excellent job of getting your car clean. And…you can pull into a slot with a vacuum and rags, spray bottles with cleaners and this little air pressure hose that blows dirt out of hard to reach crevices. For $17 you can come back as often as you like for a month! I am a fan!

Very disappointed. I spent $27 on a car wash (which is already too expensive) and the car didn’t even get cleaned. I went through the first time and noticed it didn’t get any of the dirt off. The staff was nice and let me go through again. But, even after the second wash the dirt was still there. The wash was very short and the car wasn’t hardly touched with the water, soap, or scrubber. I feel like I wasted my money because I’m going to have to go somewhere else to wash it again. On a side note my sister was telling me that she went to take 5 and the soap machine wasn’t working but they still let her go through without telling her. I will not be returning to this carwash and would recommend that you don’t either.

Every time I go through car wash the black tire treatment sprays off of the tires & coats the car body & fenders on both sides of the tires for several miles and has to be scrubbed off. state street new albany IN.

You asked me how do you get 5 stars from me. Start with getting a hose long enough to reach both sides of a vehicle, and probably another person on the passenger side during the pre rinse. And you should give a discount for special vehicles because your machine can't reach certain parts. Nor can it rinse the soap off the entire car..so that's why I gave you 3 stars....I could just quit using you, but you're the most convenient 3 star car wash in my area.

Over priced, over promised under delivered. The speed of service from the attendant is like the sloth from Zootopia at the DMV and every day I come back the vacuums are falling apart at remarkable speeds. Pulled up for 1 car wash. $20 Or $20 a month for unlimited. I have unlimited for now. Mike’s car wash here I come sorry for supporting small business. The other location is better in Jeffersonville but this New Albany Location is about as impressive as an unattended laundry mat

Felt like my daughter and I were going to die! Had to grab her and pull her down. The brush stuck at an odd angle went dragging across my hood then ripped my side mirror off. Please for your safety do not go here.

By far the worst carwash I have been through. Paid $16 for my car to just have the top and halfway down the side washed. The attendant on duty acted as if he was inconvenienced by coming to the kiosk when I pulled up. In fact, he never even spoke a word to me. I never asked or called for help. with You can see all along the bottom where the brushes just lightly touched the vehicle. Tire shine was only sprayed on 3/4 of each of the tires. They also do not even spray your car off before going through the wash. Definitely will spend the extra money and drive a little further to Mike’s. UPDATE: emailed on 4/25/24 as they instructed on their reply to this review and I have gotten no response.

This place is an absolute joke. Yes, you save money on the 2 car bundle they offer for a family, compared to the prices of the guys up the street, but let me tell you, this is ABSOLUTELY a “You get what you pay for” types of situation. We’ve only been signed up (We left the other place hoping to save money here and hopefully still get a decent wash) for about 3 months. . We invest a lot of money monthly in our vehicles, so the maintenance of them is important to us. The first time I went through this location, I was completely shocked that they only spray one side of Your car. I thought the guy just did a crappy job. So the next time I came through, I asked him why they’re only spraying the one side of my car? He explained to me that his hose doesn’t stretch around into the other side. This completely blew my mind, the place up the road, not only scrubs your entire car for a couple minutes, to the point it’s almost clean before you even go through the wash, they have TWO men working around your car. Anyhow, back to this dump. (Take 5) There dryer has been shut down (broke) For two months. They have no towels. Oh let me correct that, they now have wet towels. Yep you heard that right! they run them through the washer and fold them. So you are “Drying” your wet car with a wet towel. Please make it make sense. I’ve mentioned the dryer several times and they just have a bunch of excuses. (It’s not the guys working here’s fault) it’s the owners! I absolutely do not understand why they just don’t go to Home Depot and even Purchase a $300 residential type of dryer to use for now. (They’re Claiming they are waiting for a large capacity one to come in) If you were losing business and have all these unsatisfied customers because you never have towels? A basic dryer just to hold you over for now they could pop loads out every hour and still be doing way better than what they are now. What it comes down to is, this place just doesn’t care!! We are done. As I said, you definitely get what you pay for. A crappy wash, Not even spraying your entire car down before you start, wet towels, And a business that doesn’t care about their customers enough to put a little maintenance into their business/ services. I wish I could give zero stars!

This may be one of the worst that I have had a membership at, This is very close and convenient for me, but the quality is terrible. Every time I go either the rags are completely wet or they have no rags out to wipe the car off with And the car still has soap all over it. The workers are too busy on their phones and taking smoke breaks to keep this place running..

Don’t waste your money going to this car wash. There are better ones all around the area. I paid almost $20 dollars for what was advertised as a decent wash & should clean your car. I was super dissatisfied with how it didn’t remove any tough spots. Wouldn’t have been a big problem if they had supplied towels & cleaner because I would’ve got the hard spots myself. But they were fully out of stock of anything that is “complementary” on a Thursday. So I paid $17 dollars to get a crappy wash & a poor vacuum.
