Today I was at the car wash and my tire valve got caught in the car wash and it made my tire go flat. Dillon was an angel he came out there change my tire had maintenance look at my tire and the car wash machine. He called around and set everything up to have my tire fixed tomorrow. He was a blessed. He was a gentleman. I can’t thank him enough because I was in tears. Here is a photo of the sweet gentleman changing my tire in the heat. I just wanted him know what a blessing he was today . Take 5 in today world you don’t fine people like Dylan Pledger Or even someone to go the extra mile and he did today

Today, I took my care to Take 5 on Forest Drive for the second time over 6 months. I will never take it back there. Take 5 interior cleaning is a 1 out of 5. On both occasions, I specified to the attendant who took my money what I wanted, she informed me to inform the team that dry's the car what i wanted. First red flag! After the car came out of the wash, I inspected the vacuum job, which was awful, i.e. small bits of paper not picked up by the vacuum left. I did as I was asked, let the wipe-down attendant know about the quality of the vacuum job. The attendant went and got the vacuum, went over the first attendants work, however it was not the result I was expecting, especially because I paid extra for an interior clean. The inner console was not wiped, the dashboard was not wiped, the doors were not wiped, where I plug my phone charger in was closed to hide that inner area was not touched. If you want a good quality car wash, don't go here. The only thing they offered me is there location.

This car wash is excellent. We have been taking our cars there for about 5 years. The wash is always good and price for unlimited washes is very reasonable. The place is well maintained and kept clean. The manager and employees are friendly and helpful.

Customer service is good but, the car wash is not great in my opinion. I prefer Bush River location for a good wash. My car doesn't look waxed & tires are not clean. It's just ok.

The workers on shift was extremely nice and very helpful in explaining how the pricing and the details of the car wash and offered to assist me with putting away the interior cleaner, asked me did everything looked and told me to enjoy the rest of my day. Great service! The guys were so friendly at the entrance- very welcoming! The guy pulling cars in at the wash- actually out-loud was singing almost- all the steps instead of just pointing to them- he seemed to be enjoying his job a lot- which was shown in the guys at the front too at the kiosk's- That’s nice to see a good crew! Good job! My weekly wash place :)

I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Car Wash thanks to Dillon and his staff! Dillon was super friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed. He helped with some tough spots on my car and gave great advice on maintaining my car's appearance. I recently visited Take 5 Car Wash and was impressed with the experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and stress-free. The car wash itself did an excellent job; my truck came out sparkling clean, including the hard-to-reach areas. I also appreciated the free vacuum stations, which were powerful and easy to use. I love this car wash! The wash itself is strong and gets the car clean every time! The vacuums are very powerful so it only takes a few minutes to clean your car. The interior cleaner and glass cleaner station is free to use with the purchase of the wash! They even have a car mat cleaning station! They have everything you need to keep your car looking fantastic.
