I had a horrible experience today. A staff member at this establishment was extremely rude, mean, and unprofessional. What's even more disturbing is that it happened in front of my child. I've been a loyal customer here for 6 years, but due to this incident, I've decided to cancel my subscription. I will not continue to support a business that tolerates such behavior from its staff. I expect a higher level of professionalism and respect, even at a car wash.

The gentlemen working at TAKE 5 are so helpful! They let me know at the kiosk, when I arrived, not to put cash into the machine, because it was broken. I’m so glad. No one likes the hassle that brings. After peacefully cleaning my car, I realized the car was still running and the battery died. They gave me a jump! I’ll definitely going back.
