We brought our Volvo XC60 for routine maintenance. The tire pressure was checked. We live over 60 miles away from Bergeron I called the representative to report the malfunction of tire pressure sensor. We took the car to a tire repair shop near our hometown. They checked tire pressure and reset the monitor. Better care to complete all service prior to departure of customer should be taken. This was careless and annoying.

I wanted to make an update to this review and give all the credit to the service manager Wesley. I was reluctant to bring my car back to Bergeron due to past issues, but had to utilize a warranty that was still in place since purchasing the car so I brought my vehicle in. At first there was some miscommunication about the situation, but after speaking with Wesley I was directed on what needed to be done. While they had my car Wesley provided updates to me on the repair and made the situation seamless and easy. Thank you to Wesley! I bring my Volvo here every 10,000 for service since I purchased the car at Bergeron and every time there is some sort of communication issue that offers no resolve. When it's time to sell my Volvo I will not even consider dealing with Bergeron and won't do business with them in the future. Too many better options to explore.

Service department is a nightmare. Not only do they have my car longer than promised they didn’t have the courtesy to call. Have not returned any calls. Just decided to keep my car over the weekend as well. No loner cars. 6 week wait at best. You spend a premium to have a Volvo and get this kind of service. Never before have I had this experience with other Volvo dealers. Now I’ve lost work days and weekend plans ruined. Think long and hard before getting involved with this place

During a a road trip engine sensor light came up on my 2021 Volvo XC90 (Volvo owner since 2005) called Wesley as I always do and he advised about possible reasons and had my car scheduled for a revision as soon as I got back in town everything was done while I waited. Wesley is the best he is so knowledgeable and courteous. I will continue to service my Volvo at Bergeron indefinitely of course under Wesley's guidance.

I’ve been going there for 15yrs and he is the most thorough and honest advisor there, which counts. No gimmicks or games, and answers all my questions, which are many. This is a shout-out to our technician, Cole! He was so patient with me on the phone when I had questions about our warranty, parts, etc. And then, after he’d fixed our issue in a timely manner, he went above and beyond. We arrived to the service center at 6:05, thinking it closed at 7pm. Cole was walking to his own car to go home and instead asked us what we needed and then went back into the shop to do the paperwork and ensure we left with our vehicle that night! We don’t experience customer service like that very often. Thank you again, Cole!

Two weeks ago I leased a 2026 Volvo XC60 and I truly have been enjoying this car. It is a very comfortable riding car. While online scheduling is convenient, I do like to call in to schedule a routine maintenance! Always super easy and usually able to get in when convenient for me! I was able to drop off the day before and pick up when ready due to not being able to wait with a young child! wow, what an upgrade from Walker Acura! All the tech features Volvo offers- upgrades via over air, getting push notifications on the Volvo app saying you are due for maintenance… While I was getting my oil changed, I got a push notification saying “more work is recommended,” with pricing.. so nice that I got it while I was waiting.. and able to approve. EASY. Seamless. Efficient. When I took my car in for the oil change they vacuumed my drivers side and even did a basic wash. I highly recommend not only Volvo, but Bergeron Volvo. This is THE experience that I have never had. Thank you Bill and Billy! Excellent service- top notch! And Wesley who helped with my maintenance!
