I stopped by Take 5 Car Wash recently and was genuinely impressed with the service. David and Byran were both extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Even though it’s a quick wash, they took their time to make sure everything was done right and that I left satisfied. They greeted me with a good attitude, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently while still paying attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the way they treat customers. Great experience overall—thanks again to David and Byran for making it smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be back.

Franks was going through a buy out at the time when my car was damaged from their wash. It took some doing but eventually reached the right people. They paid to have my car fixed. I am sort of scared to use automatic washes now but I am satisfied with their service after the incident.

I have a membership and usually have great customer service at all locations, in spite of my membership pass not working. Today, I went to the location on Lapalco and the manager John actually stuck his head inside of my car to look at my membership sticker when it is clearly visible through the window.....he was very unprofessional. Also, the vacuums are horrible!!! They all barely work.

Still pleased with the car wash as the monthly deal is great 👍 On the day I decided to get my truck washed the Take 5 Car Wash is right by my house. I have used this car wash before and I was pleased with the end results. So I used them again and an employee presented a monthly deal so I took the deal for the best car wash they offered so needless to say I will be going here for a while. The employees are polite and customer oriented.

The actual machine wash was great but other than that this establishment is deteriorating if nothing is done. 1. The bins with the wash brushes at the entrance - ALL of them were filled with dirty water (black water) . 2. The trash cans were full so you couldn’t drop trash. 3. The staff didn’t seem to have initiative to do anything… they were sitting on their phones. I have a fastpass but am considering bringing my business elsewhere.

I’m not from here I’m actually from Texas and here for work reasons I recently purchased this vehicle 2 weeks ago I took it for its first wash closest to me here at take 5 this location and it was the end of the day and their card reader was down and their employee was kind enough to give me a free wash due to the card reader being down also there was a line behind me with no where else to go. It raind most of that weekend and my truck stayed sitting parked till today when I took it to go eat and to find the damage that has been done. I don’t know what to do to the fact I don’t have a receipt because i was let pass someone please help me in this situation I don’t know what to do and this sucks especially since I just bought my first truck and then for this to happen on its first wash.

AND SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE HAS AN aggravating CAR THAT MAKES LOUD BACKFIRING LOUDLY DAILY! The reviews gotta be fake!Just got a membership went through the car wash and car is still dirty. I should have known better not to get a membership because two weeks ago they were closed because their machine was putting oil on Cars.I could tell going through the wash that it wasn’t a through cleaning because one side had soap pouring on the windshield & the other didn’t. I tried three different vacuums and none of them had suction so just gave up and asked an attendant named Santos about them and that my car is still dirty. His suggestion was for me to wipe it off then he said he could,or drive back thru the wash,and looked shocked about the vacuums 😒but I shouldn’t have to wipe off dirt if I went through a car wash in my car was mildly dirty. I asked for a refund and he said they don’t do refunds. I’m canceling!

Terrible experience. The soap in the car wash isn't working right so basically I just got water and scrub. I went to the vacuums and my truck wasn't close to being clean. Then I go to vacuum and the end is missing to vacuum. And to top it off thr guy working had a visitor and they made the car backfire and it scared the hell out of everyone thinking it was gun shots and they over there laughing the poor lady next to me was scared to death. This is so unprofessional.
