$20 for a car wash and it didnt even full rinse off the soap.. went thru a second time. The soap was rinsed off, but even after going twice my vehicle still had bugs on the front. Also the guy that was supposed to be guiding cars in didnt even come out for the vehicle in front of me.

Three strikes and your out. That’s what it takes for me to post a review on a business. Place doesn’t deserve one star. If you have a full size truck and no I am not lifted, nor do I have mud and dirt falling off the fenders when I enter the drive thru. Don’t bother going here truck owners!!. It does not clean your vehicle, no matter what wash you choose. I go through with my running boards deployed and as you can see in the picture….🤮Congrats guys…. you got me for a total of 75.00. Completely Disappointed. Take Pride in Your Business People!! Well Done!!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The customer service was amazing! The guy helped me cancel and reinstate my subscription after my windshield replacement. However, my car was not clean after going through the wash. I had bugs on my grill and side mirrors that weren't removed as wellasmy vehiclerear window and door were dirty. I know bugs are sometimes hard to remove but most still even had wings after the wash! I have used this service in Ohio and my car was always very clean. I'll try again here and hopefully the second chance will be better!

Since Take 5 has taken over this car wash, it is now one of the worst car washes . Prices are higher and wash buckets have been removed. I use drive 45 minutes to use this car wash because of the wash buckets. The new owners removed them and now you have to rely upon a 1 min slop over the front of your vehicle by employees. My advise to others do not use this car wash! It is not worth the money.pictures taken after paying $25.00 for a car was!

Suppose to open for 9. At 9:30 it was still closed. No worker visible. Sad. I may have to cancel this contract wash. Now I have to drive to manhattan to get a wash. Bad business.

This car wash is right by my house and go nearly every day since I drive Uber. While the vacuums are not always working, the customer service is always first rate. Questions are answered and service is A1. I appreciate my folk over her at Take 5 Car Wash on Lafayette or Belle Chasse.

This is my go-to car wash to get everything detailed inside of my vehicle I love coming here I get the $6 basic Car Wash but they offer other products and services including a monthly membership it's always open and available it's never crowded the vacuum work wonderfully and I love coming here

I paid for the top wash and it was with cash the new guy there took my money and send me through the wash I didn’t get no tire shire on my wheels and all I want is my money back that I gave him I’m highly disappointed

The prewash is just a blue water solution not worth using. The brushes are beyond done for. I paid $17 for a wash and the hood of my car looks as if it was never touched. I don't understand that. For $17 I atleast thought my tires would be included.

Today I had a very bad experience with this car wash, I considered it my favorite until today that this happened to me, I went to the office to want to solve this problem and they only saw my car and they accommodated the elastic and the windshield as if they were going to work the same and they didn't solve anything for me, I'm super disappointed 😬😬😬

I was greeted by a young lady name Tiffany. My experience from the beginning to the end of Car wash service at this car wash on my vehicle was 100% a great one, but this particular location was Farrow Road and Clemson Road. Right now they are advertising a special $.99 for the first month, and they have all types of packages which you would like. I will certainly recommend them as I have always used them in times past, and have never had an incident with bad service or mediocre quality machines. this is going to be a long hot summer and I would advise that you get your membership today. I highly recommend them Frank’s car wash.

I love this place. MOST of the vacuums work excellent most of the time. If not and the staff is made aware, it gets taken care of. The manager there, Richard, is very professional and helpful. He’s been there for years. I bought the monthly pass finally so I go weekly wherever possible.
