I was at the Alexis Road location on the 15th or 16th of this month. I washed my truck and I was beginning to detail it. I had to use the restroom and employee told me that we have no public restrooms that I had to go to a restaurant or the gas station across the street to use the restroom. I was immediately ticked off because I had to go to the restroom right then. I went inside and I was told that there were no public restrooms and I had to go somewhere else. I got in an argument with management about using the restroom. On my way back out to detail my truck management turned off the vacuum vacuums and would not allow me to detail my truck. I have a witness of another elderly gentleman that was there that day trying to detail his vehicle and he could not do it.. He was pissed. I was pissed. I complained to management and I haven’t heard anything yet so I canceled my membership. I thought it was pretty insane to be paying this business to clean my vehicle and then told I have to leave and go somewhere else to use the restroom and then come back and clean my vehicle. That is stupid. Fire this woman.

So bought the monthly pass at this place. But the car wash stinks every time I go through my car doesn't comes out, clean, still has bugs all over it and everything, not very happy, definitely canceling it. And wanted to give it no stars, but it won't let me post it without one star

$22 for their "blue" wash package, which may sound overpriced but honestly it's the best car wash I've been to. The available vacuums and detail center are great! If you do their unlimited wash membership it's the same cost as one wash (not having any single washes that are cheaper is clearly an incentive to get people to sign up, but worth it either way IMO).

The two people were working were terrific, very nice and as helpful as they could be given the circumstances. I paid for the $11 wash and still had bug guts all over my windshield. Went back through and the girl apologized and gave me the best of the best washes for free for my inconvenience. However that didn’t help either! The pics were after both washes, unfortunately I had hand scrubbed my windshield with help from the workers before realizing I could upload pics. Vacuums were also out of service. The male employee offered to go get one but I said no thanks. Seems like it could use a serious upgrade. Not sure if I’ll be back until that happens! Waste of my time! I’m only giving the three stars because of how nice the workers were, otherwise it would be 0.

One of the staff members ripped the tint off of my car while we were replacing a sensor sticker, and when I filled out a claim to get it fixed, they’re dancing around the subject stating that since they sold the company to tsunami, it is now tsunami‘s problem when I call tsunami they’re saying its a take 5 problem. Either way the staff here is incompetent. The manager might not even exist. He doesn’t answer any calls or messages. doesn’t do anything. I do not recommend this place. I’m still gonna go here because I paid for my membership, but avoid having the staff do anything for you because they are incompetent.

I have the membership so I can go often but honestly my car doesn't get that clean. There is always soap foam on the back which needs to be rinsed again and the dryers don't dry very well. It also doesn't do a very good job of cleaning bugs off the front either. Every once in a blue moon the attendant will spray the front and back prior to entering but that doesn't happen very often. They also used to give a wipe towel to use inside the car but that has stopped also. The free vacuums are nice when you can get to one not being used.

This is what a $27 car wash will get you here. Updated to add I came back after noticing the streaks all over the back of my car and they reluctantly allowed me to go back through the car wash. I see the “owner” replied to my review, however, the manager told me I likely wouldn’t be able to reach anyone through that contact. 10/10 do not recommend wasting your money here.

My husband and I are visiting from out of country. We pulled into the car wash at the Perrysburg location and inserted $40 cash for a $27 car wash. The machine then prints a $13 cash voucher stating “out of change”. We spoke to the attendants at the location and explained we have no use for a voucher but would instead just like our $13 cash. They went inside, called their manager then came back outside and informed us there was nothing they could do. They suggested WE call head office and see if they could help (they didn’t offer to assist us with anything else, just shrugged and moved us along.) I then called head office and spoke to a gentleman who was unapologetic and rude. I left my email address and he said someone would look into this and be in touch - had to repeat my email address several times, not even confident he got the right one. He couldn’t provide me with a time frame on when I would be contacted or any resolution, no apologies, very rude to speak to. Worst customer service experience EVER!!!! We will never ever be back or recommend this company to anyone else. To make matters worse, our now $40 car wash was one of the worst washes we’ve ever had. Very unhappy!!!!!

Our car was super dirty. We were told that they don't rewash vehicles for non members. Totally ridiculous to do after spending $16 for a car wash. Won't ever recommend this car wash to anyone.

Please open the other lane, it’s been closed for weeks. What’s the point in the “members only fast lane” when everyone is required to go in the lane and be sold a membership that has no perks.

This is the place to go for a car wash in Perrysburg! This was my second time here today, and of course, never ever disappointed with the quality of the wash. Their vacuums are very powerful and they have a really awesome complementary detail center where you can actually use window cleaner and interior cleaner as well as fresh towels to clean your inside of your vehicle. I have been to a lot of car washes in the area, but this by far is one of my favorites and I will always be a customer here at this location.

Why have a membership express lane and not have the other lane open? Six cars deep when the girl came out to help. Thought the perk of membership was to have the express lane open for members, not to wait inline while they sell memberships to others.

This was the worst car wash I have ever received. I am so glad that I did not pay for the unlimited membership and have to go back to cancel. Half of my car is still dirty so I will need to wash somewhere else. Nothing like throwing a $20 bill out the window.

At the Perrysburg location, the attendant tried to get me to get a membership. I declined, mentioning how some places have difficult-to-cancel memberships. He mentioned he had an easy time cancelling his own membership (!? red flag), continuing to push the membership. He showed options on the screen, and I selected the cheapest shown one - $22. (According to other reviews, there are cheaper options that you're not shown?) Immediately after I paid, he said "you could have gotten that $8 cheaper anywhere else". He's clearly telling me I just got ripped off, which was irritating enough to write this review, but I have to admit it was also pretty funny. I don't think I've ever heard an employee tell me to take my money elsewhere, as directly as this guy did. I appreciate the advice though; it's hard to tell what a fair price is with prices rising so fast all over. Like others have mentioned, the wash itself got some of the dirt off my car, but left it noticeably more dirty than other car washes. I don't know how they did it, but their equipment manages to do a worse job of spraying soap and water on a car than anywhere else.

Good luck trying to cancel that membership they claim you can cancel at anytime. I've contacted them 5 different times and they're still charging me for it. The Perrysburg location has the worst wash of all the locations. The back of the car doesn't even get touched with the equipment, and the people working there don't hand wash before you go through.

It was an eye wash and not a car wash. I was charged $ 27 for the premium wash . I was surprised to look at the car after the wash. There was no difference in before and after wash. On highlighting the issue, I was given another pass through, and it slightly improved . I have attached the pictures after second pass. Please zoom in to see your performance. The bird droppings can still be seen. Moreover, all the items/ services in the list were not provided but charged in full. Not coming back here again.

This has got to be the WORST car wash I have ever gotten. The attendant told me that the $11 Car Wash was basically water and did nothing, so I decided to upgrade and got the $17 car wash that also did absolutely nothing! For $17, I would have expected my car to be spotless the pictures and video speak for itself.

I paid $27 for the "best" car wash package, and honestly it was a complete waste of money. My car looks almost the same as when I went in – dirt and bugs are still all over the front bumper, side mirrors, and even my wheels. For that price, I expected a much better result. To make matters worse, when I first entered the wash, my car got stuck and the attendant had to reset the whole system before I could even get through. That didn’t inspire much confidence in how the place is run. Upon driving home, there was soap still left over on the back of my car. Overall, I left frustrated and disappointed. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back.
