This is by far the best car wash service I’ve ever used! Chris and Eli were very friendly, helpful and professional! The equipment worked really well (vacuum) and they have a mat holder which is a nice touch. I got one of the cheaper washes and my car was cleaner than I expected. Also have towel exchange program. You buy a nice $4 towel and trade it in for a new one each time you visit at no charge! Absolutely phenomenal! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I switched to this car wash from the one across the street, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. My car comes out of the wash looking great, and the vacuum works well too. Also, the employees here are much nicer than those at the Take 5 Car Wash.

this car wash broke my sideview mirror on my H3 and they said they’re not responsible because they expect customers to fold their side view mirrors in. i put it back together as best I could but it’s still a bit loose. I’m trying super glue to help on the broken plastic. after a few days they’re response was very unapologetic.

We have two vehicles on a monthly account there that we wash everyday. The service staff is pleasant and very friendly and helpful especially when guiding your car onto the conveyor. They have very powerful vacuums after you are done with your wash.

I need a call from a real manager not from your Perrysburg location either! Needs to be from someone in corporate! This man put his hand INTO MY CAR! They can’t do the job they right why are they there for?the man working on 7/15 at 11:20a did not spray my car off before the wash. That is what you do for members. He just let me go into bay and walked out. I went through again and said I need my car sprayed and re washed. And it’s not the first time so I told him I wanna cancel my membership after. This so called man wants to tell me that spraying off cars is for members only, turn off the car wash makes it stop and then PROCEEDS TO REACH HIS HAND INSIDE OF MY CAFILLAC AND REACH FOR MY STICKER! I had to ROLL UP MY WINDOWS ANS THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS ON HIM! Then he wants to spray off my car. Look up the camera footage because that does not LIE! I want to press charges on him. My car is my personal property. Those workers have no business PUTTING HANDS INSIDE SOMEONES PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON EVER! I need this situation handled and I want my membership cancelled and I won’t be going there to do it without the police! I do not play about my personal safety or any one else’s! I am a manager and I oversee over 50 people every day! That isn’t how you do business or treat a customer! A paying customer! I’d give that place 0 starts if I could. Cars are always getting stuck in that thing and my car is still dirty sometimes after the wash! What a horrible place! Save your hard earned money on this place people! Go where people act right! And you are treated like a customer!

The last few times I have had my car go thru the car wash have been terrible! The long things that hang down to wash the car, need replacing! The ones of the left side of my car, didn’t touch my car! It’s like they were worn off! There were three times as many washing the right side of the car! The blowers, this last time didn’t even blow the water off my windshield! It never really blows like it should, but this time it was the worst! I’m so disappointed! I’ve been a monthly member for most of the time the car wash has been here. All the kids that work here are extremely nice and helpful! Nice young men and women! But I don’t feel like things are getting the care they deserve to do the best Job!

Had my car washed and waxed at Clean Expresswash this afternoon and the fella was very helpful there. I was curious how the wax would be after the wash. We just had thunderstorms a few minutes ago and the water is beading up on my car like it supposed to!!

I eagerly awaited this wash to open. Saw they opened yesterday and decided I would go thru today and I can happily report a very clean and shiny truck is the result! Maybe a benefit of such a beautiful Sunny day but I am IMPRESSED! Now I have to research their hours and unlimited plans!

Extremely delighted to visit Clean Express car wash. My car was glittering after the wash. I have following suggestions: 1. Some monthly/weekly package be introduced for customers who own 2 or 3 cars. 2. I felt a need of air blower to blow the water droplets from the car along with vacuum.

A great car wash, for just 35. a month you can wash your car as much as you want, it's a great deal. Had this deal at a competitor's car wash but they were closed a lot when I would want to use them. Clean is always open unless it's below 0 degrees outside. A excellent place to wash your car!

I love this company, but the pburg location has had a water issue for months. They recycle water with some sort of ozone machine. Usually it smells great going through the car wash. But ever since it broke, it smells like rancid sewer water. They know it broke, when I asked if they fixed it yet.. they said it's better... another words no. It still stunk, not as BAD. But dang guys get it fixed. If the water smells nasty, aren't you just washing my car with mildewed dirty water???

Super mad. Guy directed me into the wash told me to go one way when I felt my tire got he told me to go another way. Now I have damages to my hub cap. They didn’t answer the phone when I called in immediately after I saw the damages. I had to go back in person and talk to somebody. Matt the assistant supervisor says “it’s your fault” basically nothing I can do unless I fill out an incident report. He didn’t care. I asked for the managers info and he immediately says, “he’s gona tell you the same thing”. SMH Then to top to top it off the air freshener they handed out was with somebody’s name that was not even the guy at the office so they want you to do a review on the person who hands out the air freshener and that’s the wrong person. I’m so frustrated.

I have a membership and was about to cancel but missed the date and it pulled my payment. I chose not to cancel after finding out about this location. I will come to this one over the Central Ave location whenever possible. This one does not pack the cars in so close where I can't see the lights behind me. My car coasts really well and I have to push the brake to get it to go from neutral to drive and if you don’t do it too slow or too fast, it won't engage. So I appreciate the extra 5 seconds they give in between cars. This location gets the back end clean, where the one on Central misses my passenger side on the back everytime.

I have been coming here for a few months. I am a monthly member. I have to say the vacuums are great and they usually give you a free air freshener or dashboard cleaner. I think I spend about twenty dollars a month.

Their car wash broke my side mirror off. They denied my claim saying the damage was visible before I went through… it was on my car before and then NOT on my car after. Didn’t even get money back from the actual wash. DON’T go here

Got Sassy 2 clean here today ❤️ look at her shine 😊 I’ve been here several times and every time they make my day. Blue is my favorite color so I’m guessing that’s why it attracted me as well. With all the snow and salt, my car was embarrassingly dirty. I pulled up to the Perrysburg location today and Tyler was there to greet me. He was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. He told me all my options and even explained how important it is to go regularly in this weather. I even considered a membership. I left feeling so good knowing that my car was clean and I definitely will be back all because of how comfortable I felt being there! Thanks to Tyler and his awesome team! I even got to meet Onna and she was very sweet too! Feels like being apart of the clean family!
