It's never open for some reason? I try so hard to get my money's worth of my membership, but it's closed 4/5 times i go there. It was a sunny day yesterday and they were closed at 1pm on a Saturday 😔

Not sure who does the HIRING for this place but the tall thin manager here needs to be investigated for how she talks to people. She is NOT FIT to handle paying customers. I’ve been to this site 4 times and 3/4 times I’ve experienced as well as witness her verbally abuse paying customers…. I asked for her name and she said she didn’t have to give it to me and under her breath she called me out of my name….. I’m definitely gonna try to get a hold of corporate. I Will NOT be returning and I will be canceling my membership.

Sooooo. Terrible management at this wash…. I usually have great experiences at take 5 washes but I went to the one on secor and the manager has the WORST attitude. Not even sure how she still has a job how she handles the members…. I literally was trying to tell her about the vacuum I was using and she dismissed me and stormed away talking about she “don’t have time for the dumb shhhh today”… they really need to get someone over there . Take 5 has always been my go to, but that Erica left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t think I’ll be returning… at least not to this location

We were at this car wash on August 27, 2025 at around 11 a.m. We are a German couple on a road trip through the USA. This was our first time at an American car wash. A young man greeted us warmly and showed us around. But then things got a bit confusing. In Germany you have to fold in the mirrors, unscrew the antenna, and engage the handbrake. But in America you have to put the car in neutral and not engage the brakes. The young man couldn't explain that to us, and when the lady in charge came over, completely agitated, we were rather rudely pressured to leave the line. I then drove around again to clarify the situation. I tried to apologize because I couldn't understand her due to my poor English. Unfortunately, I couldn't appease the lady, but she agreed to a second attempt. In the end, our car was clean again. We are very sorry that the lady got so upset, but for us too, this was the most unpleasant situation we have had here in the USA in 5 months.

Honestly one of my worst experiences using a car wash service! The Secor location has a young attendant who’s constantly on the phone while directing cars in. Her attitude is the worst & she purposely directs vehicles in to scratch up against the safe guard along the track. She also purposely turned the track off & left me & other vehicles behind sitting inside the automatic wash for several minutes. Luckily I was at the end but not quite through where the vacuum is drying off my car so I took a chance & just drove out but the car behind me was mid way through so I’m not sure what happened to his vehicle because she was nowhere In sight. I’ve spoke with management but the problem still an issue. I attempted to speak with a manager at the Alexis location before I canceled my membership but was greeted with the same rude & not a concern of hers type attitude who ended up being extremely disrespectful. I’ll never use this service again & my review is honest because I don’t leave reviews normally good or bad! This is just a fair warning to anybody who wants a good service without being disrespectful & having their vehicle damaged!

The tire shine and Ceramic Shield actually work.. what’s even better they have armorall brand for the tire shine and Ceramic Shield… plus the free detail center after my wash definitely can’t beat that… including the memberships that pay for itself after my second wash…

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely pleasant to talk to. My car looked great after going through the wash tunnel, and I really appreciated the complimentary detailing sprays for both interior and glass, along with the cloths provided. One of the vacuums was out of order, and a few others didn’t have the strongest suction, but I’m confident that will be addressed. Overall, I had a great experience and I’m glad I signed up for a membership!

The lowest cost wash did a nice job on my car. When I pulled into one of the vacuum bays, the vacuums were not working. I pulled into another bay though, and those worked fine.

We went through today. Jevon was on duty and was very attentive. He came right over. And as we were going out I noticed he was sweeping the parking lot. A keeper for an employee. My car was very buggy, and came out nice and clean!

Honestly this place should be investigated. As others have mentioned, I was tricked into buying a monthly subscription when I thought I was paying for a single car wash - I'm not an idiot, it was the wording they used. When I try to cancel it online it says the membership can't be found. I've contacted them multiple times via the website and have never gotten a response. When you call the number it directs you to the website. Every time I go by the car wash they're closed - the guy at the Take 5 Oil Change said they're usually closed on really cold days. Cool. Meanwhile $22 a month is coming out of my checking account for no reason.

This car wash is hard to get into with a larger vehicle. The turn into the actual washing part was very tight and required reversing to line up properly. The wash was average I paid for the lowest price one which was $10. The front of my car still has bugs on it. There appears to be a tire shine that was applied and it not even. I had a shiny spot but not my entire tire. I will be using the car wash across the street from now on. They are easier and do a better job cleaning. The photos on here are misleading. This location does not use a scrub brush on the bumpers as pictured.

The girls working the gate helped me sign up for two memberships yesterday and got my stickers. They were outside salting and shoveling while still helping the drive through customers. I think they need one more person to handle the work load but they kept a smile even out in the sub 20 degree weather! Thank you!

Avoid this car wash business both on Secor and Alexis rd. The lack of customer service and pure incompetence is alarming. 8:30 am I was let through the gate as a paid member with nobody insight and a door that wouldn't open. Place is a rip off..

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! THE WORKERS ARE HORRIBLE! ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONES AND HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES! I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS GETTING IN THE GATE! ALWAYS!! THE WASH NEVER CLEANS THE BACK OF YOUR CAR! This car wash ruined my paint. Came out with weird black specks stuck to the car. Tried to wipe them off and uncovered scratches and what looks like rust. A “wash” should not leave your car worse than it came in. No receipt, no accountability, just damage. Whatever's going on with those brushes clearly isn’t safe. If you value your car’s exterior, steer clear.

Don't like giving a negative review. That being said this car wash is very quick to collect payment from you, but never seems to be open. Closed today again at 12h15pm with no reason. Car has not had a wash in days. Carefully consider options before subscribing here. Next day, 09h45. Still closed.....
