It's very well organized. Plenty of towels and spray bottles (glass and interior cleaner). The people were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend getting a membership if you don't have one. Take 5 is the cheapest car wash around.

Kyle and Christopher were both very kind and helped out with explaining the difference between interior and glass cleaner, the different car wash bundles and their benefits. These guys were awesome! Can’t wait to go back now Edit: Tony is a nice guy! He scrubs the grill, windshields, and the bumper of your car in the beginning of the wash. Today he gave me and my boyfriend extra air fresheners and I appreciate Tony very much!

Affordable car wash and the automated system doesn't leave streaks or spots. They also have the self detail center which provides glass and interior cleaner to go with their microfiber cloths

Rushed across town to get my wash in after work. I roll in at 5:59 and was told I couldn’t wash. The bay doors were still open and everything. Why do yall close at 6? Rush hour traffic Is awful and makes it almost impossible to wash. She could’ve easily let me go. Need to just go to self pay instead of a membership at that rate 👎🏽

Everything was very nice. Truck came out clean. Only one thing, the tire shine doesn't go all the way around the tire. The man with the sign on the street got our attention! Keep up the good work 👏

Please note today on August the 4th 2025 at 5:51 PM I pulled up to the take 5 car wash on 2808 N Kansas Expressway. Not sure what the employees first name or last name is but she was very unprofessional and displayed a very Aggressive behavior when it came to servicing my car. Truly an unprofessional attitude as if she did not want to be at work and it was bothering her that someone came to get their car wash. When I pulled in for the pre wash she would not even Pre soak my windshield. She just put it on my front grill and on the back and threw the brush down. Upon exiting the car wash I proceeded to the vacuums to vacuum my car out and when I approached her to let her know the vacuums were off she angrily told me we close in 3 minutes they have been turned off and walking away. I paid $22.00 for the wash and vacuum and was cheated out of that deal. May I please get refunded, For the monies I paid to get my car washed and vacuumed. You will find a copy of my receipt along with my receipt information.

This car wash is the best one to go to. I live in a tree covered/gravel road area, so my car usually looks dirty pretty quick. With their pro 5 plus package my car looks really clean and shiny significantly longer. The detailing equipment they provide is great and their vacuums get all the cracker debris in my kid’s car seat. The staff is at this one are really helpful and attentive as well. I usually deal with Kylie and she is very helpful with explaining the detailing products they offer and any other questions I ever have.

Personnel are very helpful and want to make this store a success. However, corporate will not let them stay open longer and if most people don't get off work and they have to close at 5:00, let them stay open longer. They want to do that. Also. The manager is new and she needs some help setting the calibrations eyes. This particular place does not clean well yet. I want this place to be a success as I paid every month and I keep my car clean but have to do extra work when I take it here. She is willing to try and help. You should be willing to try and help her succeed. I am

Overall the service is good however there have been three interactions that I have had with the manager Makyla. I took my company car to get washed today and heard a loud crunch as I pulled into the wash area. Understandably I was concerned. I rolled down the window to ask what the noise was. I have been here multiple times before and that noise has never been heard before. The guy that was initially washing the car said I could get out and check it. I proceeded to do that and saw that I was not able to see any damage but I could not see under the car. I said I would check it after I got done with the wash. Makyla came over and asked if there was a problem. I said there was not but I heard a noise when I drove in. She said that that was normal, that that was just caused by a plastic or rubber flap when it is driven over. I looked at the flap and saw that it was completely flat and not raised. I told her that did not make sense but I would check it whenever I got done with the car wash. After getting back in, I put my car in neutral as requested and the car proceeded to roll back about six inches to a foot. I put my foot on the brake, rolled down my window again and asked the guy that was originally helping me if he wanted me to drive forward again. He said sure. I drove back forward and put the car in neutral. I then mentioned, in a joking manner, it might be wise to make sure that cars are not drifting back that far when they are in neutral. He agreed and then Makyla proceeded in an extremely snotty and arrogant tone that it was normal for cars to drift when in neutral. I was annoyed with this response and asked her if she was serious. She said that she was. I would assume working in customer service that she would know to communicate with customers better than this. This is the third interaction I've had with her and each interaction has come with some snotty and arrogant comment. I asked for her manager's number, supervisor's number, or a card. She said that she was the supervisor and that I could file a complaint with her and that they didn't have cards. I then asked for the owner's number. She refused to give me any information on that. I told her that was fine and I would look it up on google. I have also filed a complaint with the email that was on the card another employee, Destrey, gave me on request. Destrey acted in a manner that I would expect in a manager while the actual manager acted in an immature and extremely unprofessional manner. In my opinion, this is an unacceptable treatment of a customer. Especially since this is a repeated issue. Once can be a bad day. Twice can be a coincidence. But three times is a pattern. If Makyla was not the manager, 5 stars. With Makyla, 1 star.

Tony was very nice and approachable entering the carwash. Carwash did a great job on my car today! Worth the money for the monthly subscription. Vacuums are amazing. Towels and window cleaner and inside cleaner available to use. Great for drying off your car afterwards, which most places don’t offer. I had a great experience today!

I just started going here. I used to go to Hurricane Bay in Bolivar. I drive an extra 25 minutes because of how good this car wash is, for so cheap!! Everyone is always so nice and friendly, and vacuums, trashes are always clean and ready

This car wash has been such an unbelievable experience when it comes to convenience, customer service, and quality towels, and products to guarantee a quality wax job for my company vehicle. Chris has been very helpful. In providing anything that I might need every time I stop in I make sure he’s there. Customer service is hard to find these days when it comes to quality. So I recommend this car wash to anybody in the Springfield area for a quality superior experience.

First time at this new location. The take 5 car washes are my favorite to go to because of the quality of the wash and their vacuums are super super strong. On top of that they have the detail center which is top notch and they have everything for your interior. No more bringing your own towels and spray! Zac the guy that works here is super nice and helpful. He offered an unlimited membership which seems like a great deal unfortunately i don’t drive into Springfield enough, hopefully they put one in Bolivar.
