First time going there and as soon as I arrived, I immediately received absolute amazing service. The offered me a great membership and some free air freshener. Before the actual wash itself, they actually went ahead and pre scrubbed my vehicle. Highly recommend this car wash to anyone and I definitely will be going back!

Employees are very helpful. The wash itself does a good job. It seems they use quality products as my car comes out clean. They supply nice thick cleaning/wiping rags and all the products to clean your windows and wipe down the interior, maybe even tire cleaner but never used that so not sure if it’s furnished. Clean and well maintained.

I tried it over a month and it never cleaned my car all the way. I always had marks on the sides. They were still dirty around. Around my license plate was always still dirty. The staff is always nice though, it's clean, and safe.

I love Going to this car wash #1 the workers are polite and friendly.’ #2 they provide clean rags , inside cleaner, glass cleaners,’& powerful vacuum cleaner suction. They are under new management and they were all with smiles and willing to give a helping hand , I was also given a special gift which is much appreciated. Thank All of You😀😀😀

Went to wash my Cadillac which was full of bugs. After passing through the wash it was actually pretty well washed. The workers there were amazingly helpful. Jessica and another lady can't remember her name were amazing offered everything there was to offer even came to check on us while vacuuming to make sure we were satisfied with the wash. Definitely will be coming back and getting the membership for my vehicles. Would of gotten it today but we had already paid for the wash.

Terrible. I normally go to Mr. Bubbles on Ambassador but with holiday traffic it’s next to impossible to get to so I thought I’d try this since it’s close to my apartment. The premium wash is $30 ($7 more expensive than Mr. Bubbles) and left my car looking smudged and dull. There’s also a bunch of micro scratches in my paint that I know weren’t there before. Not worth it. Go somewhere else if you care about your car’s paint.

I had such a great experience at Take 5 Car Wash! Henrietta went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in her work. My car came out sparkling clean, and she even took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days—Henrietta truly made the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family!

The best car wash there is: super-friendly, client-oriented staff, and great prices. With a free vacuum cleaner come three different cleaning solutions for the interior and windows, clean towels, and an air compressor for dust removal. For a really long time I’ve been searching for a place that had the tools to clean out the dust from any areas that were hard to reach, so this car wash was a real lifesaver. Thank you! I cannot believe the other reviews — there is no way this wonderful place deserves one star. Five stars only!

Dani was very helpful. The car wash knocked off most the road grime easily. Dryers could have ran a little longer, but they provide detailing towels and air to finish those last few details.

This car wash left a greasy film on my whole suburban. I had to hand Wash multiple times to get it off. I reached out to the customer service and received a email back saying that they would contact me. I haven’t heard anything and I tried twice terrible customer service, and consistently bad results.
