My first time going to Take 5 and I was greeted with a smile by Ashley K. She was very knowledgeable on all of the services available along with providing prices so there were no "surprise" charges and I knew exactly what I was paying for. Ashley really pays attention to detail, my car was spotless! I will be back again. Shout out to Ashley for outstanding customer service and a seamless experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided at your Take 5 Car Wash Kenosha WI Location 6112 75th St, Kenosha, WI 53142 a loyal customer who has been paying for two premium memberships, I expected a higher level of reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experiences have consistently fallen short of expectations. Over the past few months, I have visited your facility five times, only to find it closed on three occasions—despite Google indicating your operating hours extend until 6 PM. These visits occurred around 5 PM, a reasonable time well within the posted hours. On two additional occasions, I was informed that your system was down and could not provide service. Even on the rare occasions when I successfully received a car wash, I was met with inefficiencies. Each time, I had to wait at least five minutes for someone to remove the cones and allow me to enter, which adds unnecessary frustration. It is clear that the facility is not being managed effectively, and my concerns have not been addressed despite giving the service several months to improve. Regrettably, I feel that my investment in your premium memberships has been a waste of my time, gas, and money. I have decided to cancel both memberships effective immediately. I sincerely hope your team takes this feedback to heart and works to improve the service quality and reliability. If significant improvements are made in the future, I may consider returning as a customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The attendants were helpful, the carwash did a fair job cleaning my truck. My big problem with this location is that they were closed 4 of the 5 time I stopped by durning their normal hours of operation. I will be canceling my membership and taking my business to one of the other car washes in town. It may cost me a bit more but at least I can count on them to be open when the say they’ll be open.

Excellent car wash. Great helpful staff. 1st time here was a free Veterans Day top of the line car wash. I will be returning in the future for sure! Convenient location and my car looked fantastic afterwards.

Excellent service for a great price! My vehicle was very overdue for a cleaning and the Take 5 team made it look new. Joe and Austin were helpful and extremely friendly. Would recommend!

I won't even give it one star. When my car came out of the drive-thru wash it was still dirty and the headlights were scratched I noticed when I got home and then I called the office. Twice. I only got answering machine and no one called me back So I got back in my car drove over to show them that the car was not cleaned. The manager at this facility told me I could either have them run it through again or cancel my membership. I said I don't want to run it through again because my headlights were already scratched so I wanted my membership cancel and a refund for my first wash He said he can't do that that I would have to go online somewhere and go through their corporate office for that He said verbatim, let me get you a card so you can go online so you can just be on your way now. I could not understand how customer service could get so rude in addition to such a poor job with the washing of the car. I had been there before and got great service but then I realized as I asked this manager Did you change ownership recently? He answered yes and I said haha and walked away I'll never go back there again if they were more cordial or hadn't actually done damage to the car and refused to do anything about it I might have considered it

Excellent customer service. The manager, Keith, and the employee Lucas were very friendly and helpful. It was easy to sign up for a package and I thought the cost of the packages were reasonable. I also liked the fact that so many vacuums were available, and the car wash itself produced good results. All-around good experience, I would recommend to family and friends.

I recently relocated from Illinois to Wisconsin and this was my first time at a Take 5 Car Wash. When I pulled in, I was confused because there were no signs indicating which way to go in but I saw an open bay so I proceeded to enter.I was approached by a very rude, disrespectful and hostile individual in an extremely aggressive manner, who verbally attacked me and I feared for my safety. He was belligerent, unprofessional, yelling, cursing and asked me if I could read. I was shocked and appalled because I had never been cursed at by a man before. He told me to back up and continued to curse at me and then he stormed off. I sat there stunned for a moment. But, then I backed out of the bay and realize that I was at the rear entrance of the building and made my way around to the front where I found some employees. I asked who the guy was who cursed me out was only to find out that he was the owner of the establishment. Keith the employee that I was speaking to, said that he didn't hear what happened, but he could hear yelling and screaming and apologized profusely for his behavior. I have to say, none of the employees seemed shocked that this had transpired so this tells me that this has happened before, which is why I felt it necessary to report this incident. In conclusion, I realize that he is the owner and nothing may be done about this incident. But, owner or no owner, this is not how you treat people or customers and for that matter. I did not get a car wash because I was not going to spend my money after the dismal experience and the treatment that I had received and I will not return. Nevertheless, I contacted the corporate office via email as there is no phone number on May 13th, 2025 to file a formal complaint about my experience and as of this date I have had no response to my concern.

Got the $22 car wash, touchless. Absolute waste, didn't even fully clean the car, soap wasn't completely washed off either. Had to go to another car wash to get the job done.

Cancelling my membership. They close way before 6 PM. Today for example I came at 5:50 pm and they had already closed up. 6 pm is already an early close time for a car wash - obviously their strategy is to reduce the number of times a member comes in during the weekdays Vacuums are broken and don’t work well. Don’t waste your time and money

Screen displays no prices at point of sale. I thought I selected a basic wash, but ended up getting charged $26. I spoke with a worker who said I needed to hit "more wash options on the bottom right in small print" & then continued saying there was nothing he could do about it. After the wash, I pulled into the Goodwill parking lot next door to find my car was still filthy. I walked back over & spoke to a worker at take 5 oil change who told me there was no one there who could help me & referred me to a number. I called & of course no one answered.

Canceled my membership today after just a month. Honestly this place is just sad. Several vacuums are missing the hoses. The “Detail Center” is locked up during open hours. Trash cans are seemingly always full. And the most important part, the car wash sucks. Have to go through multiple times. Several other options in town with better services.

Went in to wash my car and they left dirt and soap all over the car, they denied a refund. Was told that if I bought the membership that would do a better job and they would hand dry it. Why in the world would I do that if this one time wash was terrible and cost me $22 dollars. ? Do not waste your time and money here.

This was by far the worst car wash I have ever paid for...and it was their best at $27.00!!!! There was still soap all over the vehicle...dirt still on it...and the grill wasn't even wet ...let alone clean. I get a better car wash at a cheap gas station. Don't waste your time or money here. Don't believe me...just look at the pictures...they speak for themselves!!!
