I was entering the car wash and I pointed to The man who usually sprays the cars, I had told him to spray mine because I had a lot of bugs on it from traveling on the weekend. He did not and wouldn't. I went through the car wash when I come out I honked the horn to talk to him he wouldn't come out of the office so I went and tried to talk to him to see if he would spray it because the car wash didn't clean it and he told me I only paid $6 the cheapest wash and that's all I get and he wouldn't spray it.

I love this place! I come here once a month to clean my car out and it's become a small highlight of my day. Going through the car wash with all the lights and my radio blasting vaporwave is surreal. Also my car looks damn near sparkling after the silver package. I tell all my friends to go here.

I am used to going to their original car wash. This one still doesn’t have vacuums with much suction, that’s a huge disappointment. The car wash wasn’t as much fun as the original, no colored lights flashing. This has a better dryer at the end, so no guys wiping you down for a few seconds. The place is ce Lean and looks great the price is more the. Fair. I just wish the vacuums worked better.

Best car wash in town! May be a bit pricey, but always worth it. Free vacuums with a car wash too. Tons of vacuum stalls so you don't have to wait. Staff is always friendly and the facility is always in tip top shape.

Went to the one on 30th and Washington. Left swirl marks all over my vehicle and terrible scratches on my passenger side door. 10 out 10 do not reccomend. Just had my passenger side door fully repainted/replaced two months ago. There are deep gouges in my door handle and swirl marks all over my vehicle. This place is garbage.

I was told by a friend that it costs only $5.00 but when I selected the best wash it was $13. There was an employee using a manual high pressure sprayer when you 1st pull into the wash line but he only sprayed the driver's side of my car? What good does that do? The automatic washer missed a lot of areas ... especially on the tailgate of my SUV. Overall...I'm not very impressed with the quality and cost. There are a couple other automatic car washes around town that cost the same or less and do a lot better job.

I pay $35 dollars a month to wash my car wash and I told them last month I wanted to cancel the guy wrote something down told me it was taken care of I was charged $35 last month still and again this month and I call and call and nobody awnsers I have to contact my cc company and get refunds I haven't washed my car in 2 months and have been charged $70. Thats no way to do business

I got a car wash here late yesterday and this morning I realized that my rear hatch was still dirty. I drove back to your car wash 20 minutes to talk to someone about it. As I’m explaining what happened the employee says, “you are telling me about something that happened yesterday, why are you just now saying something” ? I looked at him in disbelief and said ok if it’s too big of a deal to fix the issue just forget about it. As I drive away I’m thinking if the owner knew what his employee just said he wouldn’t be happy. A simple fix just cost them my business. That was very bad business. There is a new car wash opening soon down the street from them. I’ll be giving them my money

I’ve used this car wash a few times and it’s cleaned my car pretty well (kind of misses the back/trunk a little). I went when it was pretty busy today and one of the people operating the wash was a bit rude - he kept banging on my car and yelling at me to “Move!” when I couldn’t move up any further without hitting the car in front of me. I might opt for a gas station car wash next time to skip the anxiety 😦 and hopefully get a little better wash!

I didn’t take a pic of Nappa Carwash Kenosha… but I drove through the carwash and my car looked brand new! It was crazy dirty and full of salt from the roads. It was spotless when I left! I highly recommend Nappa Carwash Kenosha!

The owner Peter was extremely rude. I visit here weekly and after explaining a few things are t working and the blower never worked to dry my vehicle he got upset and walked off! Poor representation of Nappa!

Horrible experience. Their card readers capture your card information then decline. No matter what card you use. Capital one, discover, doesn’t matter. The business claims to accept multiple forms of payment, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Maybe if the employee who came over to “assist” me didn’t just walk away from me while I was trying to buy a car wash I might be back. But, given these recent events I don’t think I will be back to this overpriced parking lot.

I am so bummed. To start, I really like this place. It's well maintained, clean and the free vacuum service is really nice. The people I have interacted with thus far have always been friendly, which makes this all the more disappointing. I recently got a new car (new to me, but a pristine 2011 Black Jetta 2.5 SE) and I wanted an option to keep the underbelly clean from salt during the winter. A co-worker turned me onto the unlimited Silver package at Nappa as it cleans the bottom of the car. Perfect! I subscribed and went several times and loved it. I went there a few days ago and after getting a wash, I checked the back of my car and was shocked by what I saw. It absolutely tore up my trunk. I have tons of scratches and marks all over it that I NEVER had before. I have had the car for a few weeks and before I bought it, I looked it over with a fine toothed comb so I know what marks it previously had and didn't have. I also have the benefit of having all the screenshots the dealership took of the car to show it didn't have these scratches on it before. I could be wrong here, but I could have sworn I noticed either more brushes than I was used to seeing so I am not sure if this could be a byproduct of new stiff brushes perhaps? There were two employees watching the area with the brushes which I wasn't used to seeing, which is why I'm wondering if maybe something around that area was just upgraded or something. Either way, I don't know what to do. I was loving the idea of the silver package cleaning the salt off the bottom of my car and it was doing a great job washing my car up until this last time, but I can't keep going back if it's tearing up my car. There is nothing I do, use or put anywhere near my car that could make marks like that. I baby it way too much for that many marks to happen by some random chance. I don't quite know what to do. I called two days ago, mid day, but no one picked up. I'm going to be out the money for the subscription, but more importantly, my trunk looks like it's been attacked by a steel wool brush. The pictures show some of what I am talking about. The only thing I did to them was black out my plate number, but nothing else has been touched. Like I said, I really like this place, but it has damaged my paint job so it's hard to recommend. I am open to speaking with anyone from the Washington location if they are interested and showing them the car, etc. I think this needs to be addressed.

My review is just because I wasted time and gas driving up there. It said open now at about 7:30 am on 1/10/26 drove up there all lights were off so drove around a bit and tried at 8 still nothing went around side and the times on door said 7 am but no one I seen in there.

Ran my old car through. one of the spinners knocked off my mirror. According to their posted sign, then were not responsible to fix it because of the date of my vehicle. But they fixed it for me anyway. Brand new mirror. Great work Nappa.

No real power on their vacuums. Tried to remove dry clay DUST from my matts and 2 different vacuum did NOt have enough suction to accomplish that simple task. Went to Kwik Trip and got it done.
