Looove Take 5 Car Wash on Snow rd. Staff are great. My car is always shining when I leave. Also they have a detail center with car and window cleaner and clean microfiber towels. It is so convenient and helpful.

I love to have handy towels to dry my wheels & bumpers. Then the interior gets fresh with there interior cleaners and index makes me happy every visit. If the towels are stacked !

Went today at opening time, first I’m sitting there waiting because the scanner never reads my code on my window. Then I go in let the guy know the cabinet for cleaning supplies is locked up. Next I’m going through and the exit sign is at the end where I can’t get out with another car behind me. I had to blow my horn to get them to move it. Then head out to clean the inside and what do you know it’s still locked up. I had to go to work. Try less talking to each other and actually open the place up for business. If this happens again I’m canceling my membership. Limited on time in the morning and don’t have time for this again

This place is never open! 15 cars pulling in can't even turn around to pull out on a 50° day and they're closed. What's the point of paying a monthly fee if we can't get our cars washed!

***PAYING FOR A SERVICE YOU'RE NOT GETTING MUST READ*** Store number 544 Take 5 Car Wash 14755 Snow road brookpark Ohio 44142 Time 10:40am 10/22/25 I am a subscribed member, I have a membership that includes tire shine on my vehicle. I went to the car wash and noticed that the tire shine was not working on the right side and it was working on the left side. This visit I notified the attendant that the tire shine was not working on the right side and he said that he didn't know anything about it so I proceeded to go through the car wash. Once through the car wash I went over by the vacuums to check to see if it applied tire shine on the right side and it had not but had applied it on the left side. The tire shine is a paid application that is included in the plan that I pay for so if I'm paying for it I expect it to work. I went inside to talk to the attendant that guided me into the car wash, he was playing a video game on his phone and the other two attendants were in a conversation with themselves. I walked in and they continued in their conversation and he continue to play his video game so I kindly said hey you know the tire shine still did not apply on the right side this is the third time that I've been here and this has happened I paid for the service I expect it to work and be applied to my vehicle when I come through. The other attendant who's a black guy with dreads glasses and is very rude has no customer service experience whatsoever. The first incident with him was me waiting to be guided on the track while he played on his phone in the office he saw that I was there and didn't come out. I blew my him he came out and had an attitude. I told him that's poor customer service he rolls his eyes says something press the screen and goes back in the office and plays with his phone. This time he tells me that's how it's supposed to be. So he calls a guy he said it was going to be his manager and the name was Nate. The other guy who guided me in who's white with glasses and messy hair said don't call Nate but they called somebody and put them on speaker. So the manager or supervisor that they called said he knows that the tire shine doesn't work on the right side and two people complained about it already and it is what it is. The boy the black boy with the glasses and dreads says yeah I get it I understand you can't please people like it was a problem that people said something about a service not being rendered. So I said to them cancel my subscription because I'm not going to pay for something that I'm not receiving I'm paying for service and I expect that service that I pay for so I cancelled my subscription. This carwash needs to be shut down it's always a problem with the equipment or vac system not working and the people that works there are all rude and unhelpful. They just sit in that office playing on their phones or in conversation with themselves not giving customer service to the customers. Who would want to experience something like that? I want a refund on my last payment!!

Got my oil change done at the w.150 take 5. Received a free top tier wash coupon and it's just now finally clearing out from the rain. So I figured I'd go get a wash even though my car wasn't really dirty by the average carwash attendant's standard. Everything was very smooth and pleasing. All the nozzles seemed to be spraying right, the rain bars didn't appear to have any clogged ports and the brushes moved very smoothly. Kudos to their maintenance tech and/or crew. My only real issue was with the drying. While I know it's a spotless rinse, my car was very wet even though I stayed in neutral till the sign at the end said go. Not a big deal as it'll dry with no spots. However, my mind changed when I pulled around to the vacuums to vacuum. My pants were soaked by the time I was done. This would be easily mitigated by vacuuming first but the vacuums were positioned in a way that I didn't know you could go straight to them from the street entrance being my first time there. I also had no clue where to find any of the interior care products, if there were any, that I thought would be available. By the time I drove home, the tire shine came out decent, but more importantly there wasn't any slung onto the car. If I didn't work at a car wash as a maintenance tech and got all my washes free, this is the best wash in my area and there are a few really good ones by me. Unfortunately you can't give partial stars or I would've given a 4.5.

HANDS DOWN BEST carwash in the area. Get the Ultimate Wash! Worth every penny!Vacuums are plentiful and powerful. Dont be scared if they have a huge line... They work really fast here & will have you in/out quickly. Ask about their membership options- I've had mine since they opened and my car is always squeaky clean year round.... 4 year UPDATE!!! Still an awesome crew that gets you through even the longest line (XL THANK YOU TO YOU GUYS!) with a smile.. Super nice and helpful. Always nice fresh towels, interior and glass spray bottles for detailing after you use their AWESOME vacuums. Happy Customer 👍

I highly recommend this car wash! Every time I come here and the manager Nate is here, he always comes out and greets me. I always get an air freshener and a huge smile. They keep their towels stocked, all window and interior sprays full. I love this car wash. I’ve been a member for a few months now and I’m super happy with my services! Thanks Nate!!! ☺️😁

Only 1 person working and one of the cars in front of me their pass wasn't working and the other line was working great letting 10 cars go which meant the worker had to go direct them into the car wash and held our line up. Then our monthly pass was not working and here we go again waiting for the worker to let the cars from other line start the wash. Finally got through. Today no towels and this has happened several times in the past month. Also several times all side washers were not working. It's also not rinsing the soap off at the end. We have decided not to continue coming to this car wash

Really want to give 0 stars Originally went here for a single car wash compared to I use to have a membership and then I realized why I cancelled this dump. Left my car streaky of all salt. Vacuums be lucky if you find one that works and not broken laying on the ground. The towels are a joke all overloaded dirty in the dirty can. And the garbage on the ground is just sickening. Maybe change the garbage cans and customers would have somewhere to put there garbage! I can get better service elsewhere

Take 5 Car Was is terrible! The detail center is locked up and not able to use that service. Attendant said the truck didn’t come in that is why it’s closed.🤦‍♂️ If you lack all of the options that come with the wash and still choose to charge for full price that is stealing in my opinion.

1-Star Review – Take 5 Car Wash, 14755 Snow Rd, Brook Park, OH On July 19, 2025, I visited this location and paid $27.00 for Package #4 (Car #765 – receipt attached). While Elijah was professional and courteous upon arrival, the wash itself was extremely disappointing and not at all reflective of a premium service. After the wash, my brand new truck still had: • Dirt and grime left untouched on multiple panels, including around the gas cap and lower doors. • Soap residue and water spots on the windows, mirrors, and tailgate. • Completely uncleaned rims, showing no sign of attention during the wash. • Spotty tire shine, poorly applied and uneven in appearance. • General streaking and film left across the vehicle, making it look worse than when I arrived. This was supposed to be a top-tier wash, yet the result was far below even basic expectations. I will not be returning. I’m requesting a full refund and ask that upper management provide contact information for the appropriate person to speak with. You can message me directly here with that info, and I’ll be glad to reach out to resolve this properly. Buyer beware — the equipment at this location is not performing as advertised.
