What an easy way to wash and polish my vehicle I have a monthly subscription and go whenever my black truck needs it! I would pay more if I could have a family package to reduce the cost of a second subscription. Such a great look and good for protecting the finish on my truck. I suggest if you can open one in the Barrington area I believe you would do well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Swift Wash in Crystal Lake really lives up to the “swift” part—except for one thing. Everything is spotless: the vacuums suck in a good way, the car wash is smooth and shiny, and my car leaves feeling like it just got back from a spa weekend. BUT… I have a monthly pass. I’m supposed to glide through like royalty. Instead, I’m hanging halfway out my window like I’m trying to order fries at a drive-thru in 2003, just to tap “no thanks” on the upgrade prompt. I didn’t come here to do yoga stretches and touch-screen negotiations—I just want the wash I pay for! Seriously, can we get a “never ask me again” option? I love you guys, but I don’t want to play touchscreen Twister every time I roll through. Keep it clean, keep it moving!

I am satisfied with the customer service at Swift Wash. They are always willing to help while also being nice. My car’s shine lasts longer when I wash my car at Swift—don’t know why, but it does. If you take pride in your car’s appearance, definitely get the membership is worth it.

I ran my Jeep Renegade thru the wash twice today because I noticed that some of the mud that was below my doors was still visible. After the rewash the mud was almost gone and as I was starting to dry my vehicle an employee named Ben approached me was a rag and a spray bottle with soap.He said he noticed the mud below my doors as I was entering for the rewash and came out to wash any remaining mud off my car for me. He explained that the section below my doors had a porous surface and mud could get stuck in there and a little bit of elbow grease would get it out. He proceeded to clean both sides of my vehicle and removed the dirt. Ben went over and beyond what is expected and he is an asset to your company.Thank you Ben!

Got the deluxe wash and the front bumper was still really dirty. They agreed it looked bad and had me go through again; however, it did nothing and it still looked terrible. This is the first and last time I will be visiting this business.

Swift Wash is a great place to wash my car! I have a monthly membership and find the attendants friendly and welcoming when I visit. I appreciate the free vacuums, air hoses to dry my car, and carpet cleaners, vending machines, and washroom facilities inside. All areas are always clean and well maintained. I recently gave my son a 3month membership for a Christmas gift and he was overjoyed! Highly recommend

The best car wash in town!!! I Created a membership this month because I really enjoy the amenities of the car wash and how nice the employees are. Today I had an incident. I left my car keys and my phone inside while trying to vacuum, the car locked. I got paranoid but thankfully, Nick came to my rescue! he was super nice, respectful and very helpful. A true gentleman. I had an issue where their equipment snapped my rear wiper arm off my vehicle. Since they have that sign saying they're not responsible for damage, I assumed my only recourse was leaving a bad review here...and they saw it. Recommend getting a membership if you wash your car more than once a week. I love that they have Under Blast, which cleans the bottom of the car. You don’t want to let the calcium chloride mess up your underbody during winter. Free vacuum and airgun, mat washer is a good perk. I keep her spotless thanks to Swift Wash.

I had to cancel my membership because my car broke down. I called and they provided me with Nick's email. I emailed my name and my situation and Nick was able to cancel my membership AND credit me back due to the fact I won't be getting my car washed all month long. We have had a membership plan here since August. Our car always comes out looking phenomenal. All the employees we have had the pleasure of interacting with are always kind and helpful. Definitely the best car wash around, that we have been too! Highly recommend to keep you car in great shape! The Christian music and values they have make them stand above all ther rest.
