Experience was amazing! I got the $25 ceramic wash and it made my car look almost brand new. In addition to the car was though you get access to free vacuums, mat cleaners and glass cleaner which helps immensely to help make the car feel nice and clean again. Dominick was very helpful and showed me through all the options and how to use the mat cleaners. 5/5 would recommend!

Had a good experience at Sweetwater car wash today. I was greeted by Joseph and later when I was Vacuuming he came by and gave me a free air freshener! Only thing I suggest is having a spray bottle with all purpose cleaner for the rags they give you.

Great car wash. But I joined the club for the $10 promotion. After about a week or so, I can not log into the website anymore. Keeps giving me an error. I can’t modify or cancel my subscription now until I contact someone. Very frustrating.

Great car wash with great staff! I went thru the car wash once and had a little bit of mud that was hard to get off. I showed the attendant that unfortunately I still had some mud on there. He notified his manager and they upgraded me to a ceramic coating wash and Michelle and Martin personally helped get my car as clean as possible. Great hospitality from all staff. Thank you!

Yesterday I had a night I’ll never forget this car wash hosted a spooky 👻 Halloween 🎃 Car wash and it was 20/10 .. WORKER ZAIRE I could be spelling that wrong was a cool dude very nice and helpful. I wanna thank him so much he helped out during the day and scared me and the kids night at the car wash 🧼 in a good way ofcourse and all the other crew was very active in making sure I had a great time who ever was the team lead and manager are yall are doing AMAZING!! Keep up the great work, yall played a role tonight as a team we’re my children will never forget thank you 😊

I love this Sweetwater location! The staff are always so polite and helpful. I almost always come on Sundays and appreciate that I see the same smiling faces. Today Sammy helped me at the POS. He made me aware of the promotion for the club but wasn’t pushy. He was also informative and pleasant.

This location is probably my favorite car wash place ever. The people are friendly and always do an amazing job at servicing and cleaning the vehicles. They put so much effort into keeping the appearance of the facility clean and friendly. The people helping at the pay station are always super nice, helpful and greet us every single time. They are having Halloween event this year which I think shows how much effort they put into the place and reaching out to the community. Thank you Sweetwater Carwash!! You guys are rocking it !

This place is really great!! First time using an automated car wash so I had a lot of questions. Gio was super welcoming and knowledgeable and got me on my way in no time. Will definitely be coming back. There are different options and packages based on what you need at the time too. I also liked that you can wipe down your ride at the end with free towels in a big open area. Good deal. Def recommend.

Sweetwater Car Wash is excellent! I have the membership and the service is always great. The staff greets you with a smile and a friendly hello every time. Even when I don’t need to stop at the gate, they notice me walking to get towels and hand them to me right away. Clean wash, great service, and very welcoming team. Highly recommend!
