They recently raised their prices for the Unlimited wash membership which used to come with unlimited washes. They now won't let you go in a second time on the same day if the first wash wasn't adequate. I came two different times within a 10-day period to get a wash but there were cones blocking the entrance and they are blaming it on the weather disrupting the Wi-Fi. Place has gone downhill since they franchised and expanded more locations in the area.

Very friendly staff. Had a very nice chat with the guy at the entrance. Car wash was very quick and the outcome was very good. Everything you will need is provided after the wash. Free Vacuums, glass cleaner and cloth are provided the clean the rest of the car. Location is clean and easy the access.

During my visit on April 7, without realizing it, I dropped my driver's license while using the vacuum area. Fortunately, Jordan found it and went out of his way to contact me directly. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Think it twice to set up a membership with these car wash. When you try to cancel it, they make it super difficult and never do. I was being charged for a cancellation request I sent back in January 2025! A YEAR AGO!!! After couple emails and couple more calls, they kept saying "you need to wait until they get back to you". I had to call my bank and cancel all those transactions myself! Horrible customer service, feels like there's no one actually there to assist client. Just some random people to answer phone calls!

Please be very careful. MOD Car Wash has just made fraudulent charges on my Amex card. They are enrolling customers into a membership plan without the customer’s knowledge or permission. The reason this is happening is because attendants are required to meet a monthly membership quota to keep their jobs, so they are enrolling customers without consent. I called MOD Car Wash to resolve this issue and was told there was nothing they could do. They also refused to issue a refund. I filed a fraudulent report with my AMEX

The best car wash I’ve ever been through. It cleans thoroughly, and has a pre debugging station with a huge sponge. I had driven from Maine to Orlando and the amount of bugs on my car made me nervous I wouldn’t be able to peel them off. Using the huge sponge it took me 2 mins to scrub them off prior to going into the car wash. Definitely will be back.

Terrible, if you can go somewhere else, do it. My membership lasted one morning, the machines and the air pressure were very low and I also had to pass the vehicle twice to clean it decently. When I tried to cancel the membership, a bad-looking guy, young, skinny and in a bad way said he didn't understand what the membership phone was, after the fourth time he began to make xenophobic comments, he made fun of my accent, then I wrote him the number on my cell phone so that he could see them himself and thus cut the mockery and then he began to say that he did not understand them, do me the favor!!! So when I asked him to call a manager, he immediately asked me for the plate, I took the photo of the plate so that he would enter it himself and not have arguments and he called me an idiot!!!! At that moment I realized that it was the worst decision to go to that place, when I asked him for a support the cancellation of the membership the man told me that he could not do anything and that if he wanted to take a screenshot of the computer and that's it, I repeat if you can go somewhere else do it, if you see it, go straight.

I really liked coming to this car wash, until last week. For some reason (their fault, not mine) my plate did not popped up. The guy was very professional and looked for my plate, and it finally showed) up. Today, I went through the same thing, but this time was another guy, a very young and disrespectful one, I have to say. I showed him, even, that they had withdrawn the money from my account, and he told me that he didn't care, that I have to move my car because I was stopping the line, that he could not do anything so I must come back on Tuesday and he was not going to do anything else. I went inside and talk to another guy, very attentive and polite, who after listening to what had happened, looked in the computer and found my account. I asked kindly to cancel my membership.

It wasn’t terrible but could be better. •Vacuums: The head of the vacuum makes it difficult to reach under seats or in smaller space. •Surface clear: The spray bottles didn’t differentiate glass cleaner from multi surface. If they’re both the same that’s concerning for a car interior vs window tints. •Tire shine: I paid $20 for a single wash that included cleaning the tires. If I had to go back and wipe my tires why would I not just pay the $14 for a single wash and do the rest myself? • Wash: the rest of the car is clean, nice shine, and they offer bug prep •Compared to caliber….it mediocre. With small upgrades it could really be a 5star car wash

A lot of the vacuum not working. The helpers at the entrance was playing and talking to each other not paying attention to take care of the costumers. Also the guy that suppose to help you guiding you to get the tires on the track wasn't looking and just keep moving the hands to go in while looking to the other side. Date 1/10/26 at around 12pm. Please get employees that care about their job. They look miserable.

Soft top friendly!! Decided to stop by today to ask about using just their vacuums since I drive a jeep with a soft top and have always been told I can’t use normal car washes because of it, but the gentleman who I spoke with informed me they can do a brushless wash (just soap & water) so it doesn’t damage my top and sent me through to prove it! I was so impressed! Plus the vacuum station was top tier. Will definitely be back!

The service is HORRENDOUS, the workers are so rude and the manager more than them so, no words. They obligated you to insert your card when you purchase a membership just because they want to NEVER ends the membership. It is Unlimited? NOT IT DOES NOT! I have to pay a single wash just because I NEEDED to wash my cars twice and the rude worker says you have to pay. SO this is a scam! I’ll be more than happy to have another car wash near me to run there and never back to this horrible car wash. And no mention that the cars are dirty and is not well dry after the wash.
