Completely honest about the process, did not try selling any extra product/package, plus worked hard on getting my car detailed on time even though I dropped it off late, no delays. John at SV Auto Pros is a true professional. I left him my recently purchased used vehicle with 30K miles. This car was covered in old soap residue, water spots and surface scratches. The tanzanite blue finish was dull and disheartening. I hoped John could breathe some life into this dull finish…... When vehicle was finished, John notified me and let me know it was ready to go. Upon arrival, I could not believe this was the same car. The paint was rich, dark and deep. The tanzanite blue sparkled. I could see the flakes in the paint and the sapphire blue was glistening. In the shade, the purple hue was more pronounced. The wax finish left a gooey and shimmering finish. Truly impeccable work. I was thoroughly impressed. Also, I always take pictures of the odometer prior to dropping off for any service-related items, just to see if joyrides were taken. I dropped off and picked up the vehicle with the same exact mileage, not a single extra mile was added. Hooray, I love seeing this. I am satisfied knowing, there is a local place I can trust to perform stellar work. John clearly communicated price, provided accurate timing, and delivered a pristine finished product. Thank you John.

Had a great experience with John on 2 different occasions. He was very quick to respond to my initial request and communication throughout the process was great. Scheduling was very easy and John really tried to accommodate our busy schedules. I brought my wife’s brand new GLC63 for full front end clear bra and silver ceramic pro package. Car turned out 10 times then when we picked it up from the dealer. I also had him work on my M2. Had him do the yearly ceramic maintenance. I was extremely satisfied with John and his team. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He will be our go to guy for detailing services.

I did a lot of research on getting my first ceramic coating for my new Subaru and decided to choose SV Auto Pros. I’m glad with my decision. John was super professional, informative and helpful. Customer service was great. I chose the Ceramic Pro Silver package and I’m so happy with the results, they did a great job with my car. John was also very helpful and informative about the aftercare of my car and demonstrated how to care for the vehicle regarding rain spots, bird droppings etc. Because of the unexpected Bay Area rain, they even offered to keep the car at the shop to cure a day longer. Got bumper PPF + ceramic coating + window tinting done for my brand new model Y. John and team did an exceptional job. John was very patient in answering all the questions I have had and guided me in the process. PPF and window tint job is perfect. Coming to the ceramic coating, the car is shining better than when it was picked from the showroom. John also provided me with detailed info on how to wash the car and how to maintain it. The pricing was very reasonable compared to the market and I will definitely come back for their services. Top notch! Definitely recommend!

Had the pleasure of having John and his crew work on the family car, 2022 Lexus GX 460. A week after I bought the car I went straight to SV Auto Pros for paint protection film because I was worried about rock chips. I went with the full front package. John was super professional and walked me through every step of the way and answered all my questions and his crew did a really great job on the install, and even made time to fix any imperfections that came up. Fast forward to a year later, I came and got the rest of the body coated with ceramic pro silver package. Again, John and his team worked their magic and made the car look better than it looked a year ago coming off the lot. My only regret is I didn’t bring the car in sooner for ceramic coating. At the end of the day, you always get what you pay for and sometimes it’s hard to put a price on service and quality, and SV Auto Pros goes above and beyond the standards. I chose to go with their Silver Package Ceramic Coat for my car and I honestly would highly recommend! John is an absolute professional when it comes to getting your car in peak shape. I’ve had my M4 taken care of by him now for over 5 years. Every time he’s done doing his magic my car looks Showroom ready. When I first was referred to John and his team I got a 2 stage paint correction done, the 5 year ceramic coating package along with some new PPF for my entire front end. I’ve been back ever since to get my coating maintenance done and he’s also provided other exceptional services which include Engine Bay detailing. I couldn’t be happier with the results and there’s a reason I keep going back. If you’re looking for quality work reasonable pricing I wouldn’t look any further. In addition to his services John has just been a great resource on recommendations and resources when it comes to keeping your car looking clean.
