I gave it 2 stars simply for the goods being sold. While there are always at least 2 employees at a time, service can stand to be improved. With that being said, I just went in to purchase green juice that was expired early November. Being its mid December and we have to fifo and staff work the shelves often something isnt right. I went back in for a refund thinking there will be none thats of a non expired date, the guy pulled the four bad ones to revel the good lol Ill be writing the company!

I drive for uber and needed to gets some drinks and stuff for the road at 4:30am. I walk inside and the employee ask what do I need while blocking my way. I told him I need some drinks. Then he told me I can't get any because they are cleaning the floors and to come back 15 minutes later. So is that protocol to turn away customers early in the morning because the floors need to be cleaned? I just want to know the reason why because other places clean floors section by section while helping customers.

Ordered through doordash for pickup order. Went after an hour, the person at the counter said they don’t have any order and they don’t participate with DoorDash. Idk why the store was showing up on DoorDash app and let me order. I had to cancel the order for refund. Super weird that my DoorDash account got deactivated after this incident!

I came here at 3 in the morning a few days ago and the door was locked. The cashier eventually opened it and was telling me how a customer had just come in and was angry because they were closed. I said, “Are you closed?”, he said “yes but I’ll take you” as if he was doing me a favor. (The sign says open 24/7) Today, I left empty-handed after spending 15 MINUTES trying to buy gas & 2 cigarillos. 1 would not scan. They would not sell it to me because it would not scan nor did they offer to sell me a different one. (I bought 2 flavors so normally a cashier offers to give you 2 of the same flavor) The 1 cigarillo they did give me was stale so I asked for a different one. They said it wasn’t expired. Okay but it is still stale. They would not give me a different one. I explained to go feel the other cigarillos and notice how some of them are soft to the touch. Hard-to-touch means stale. They did not understand. I asked for a refund. They could not figure out how to refund my card. Again, they didn’t offer me a replacement cigarillo when 1 wouldn’t scan, they didn’t offer a replacement when the 1 they gave me was stale, they weren’t able to process a refund after refusing to give me a different cogariplo. The entire time, the 2 Spanish cashiers were talking to each other and barely acknowledged me when I spoke to them. It was beyond rude. The only reason I knew what was going on is because I was listening to them speak to each other. I always get my cigarillos here because it’s convenient for me but this was ridiculous. to the manager - your current employees’ terrible customer service is losing you business.
