I was there yesterday 7/28. The woman in charge was so rude. While I was paying with my card she turned her back to me. She wasn't helping another customer, just turned her back to me. She did say thank you but all I saw was the back of her head. Ladies' room was dirty. Just weird

The employees here were super helpful and friendly. Needed a 10lb propane tank filled for my overland trip. And no uhual would fill it no othe gas station in san jose would fill it, and i didn't wanna travel across town here. But I wasted more time trying multiple places. I should have just come here even though it's across town. Thanks for your professional attention to what yall do.

Finally a local gas station and convenient store. Unfortunately store is NOT convenient. Ive became a regular and employees know me by name yet i must show id every damn time? Cashier Lines are always long and take forever. And to top it off my cigarettes are always sold out! SMH! For customers I recommend avoiding this convenient store at all cost. For management i recommend you take your policy book and shove it!!!

I went to fill air in my tire at the gas station The pump wasn’t working I paid twice and when I went in to inform the person at the counter he got mad at me and started yelling. Bad customer service and super bad attitude. Don’t think I am ever coming back.

One of the female employees is not very bright and does not know how to count. I attempted to buy an energy drink for about three dollars- something. I pay with a twenty dollar bill and she gives me just over a dollar change back. I point out her mistake and she insisted I paid with a five. Seriously!? How stupid can you get. I kept having to repeat myself that I paid with a twenty until she finally gave in and gave me my proper change. No apology either.

What's it going to take for the owner to stop bullshiting and really fix the issue about the 24hr open that way an handicap person like myself doesn't stand in the cold for hrs waiting for an employee to open I can assure you one thing that you are not going to like the things my lawyer will be talking to u about in the near future

I've been going to this gas station since it first opened up, and I've never had a problem until earlier month on Friday October 2, 2020"! I was in a hurry to get my gas in my car wash, which I was going to use that following Monday since it was still smoky outside with all the fires going on in Napa, and I neglected to pick up my receipt from the kiosk. Around 5:30 PM I called the Shell gas station and told them that I was there around 1:15 PM at whichever was closest to the car wash entrance and I forgot my car wash receipt. The lady was polite and took down my name and number and the last four digits of my credit card and said she would get back to me. I distinctly remember I got $9 car wash and my gas total was $42- I told the lady this information as well and she said she would talk to the manager and give me a car wash receipt. It's now been three weeks and there's no resolution to my issue! I've called and spoke online to the manager or left messages with other attendance there and I went in to the store and waited 45 minutes for the manager to get off the phone and call corporate was still no resolution! I will never get gas here again! It's a nine dollar car wash! I'm not trying to steal money from them I just wanted to get my car washed! I am not making this up and I have the bank transaction which I showed the manager, but there's no way for me to prove I was actually buying a car wash! This is ridiculous!

My favorite gas station on the south side. Car wash is average but works. Never to packed. The store is clean and well stocked with a good selection of drinks. Coffee is not to shabby but right next door is a Starbucks, the Starbucks is not great.

Yes I can look up the laws. According to California law, "gas stations are required to provide free air for customers to use to inflate their vehicle tires. This is outlined in the California Code of Regulations, Title 4, Division 9, Chapter 6, Article 8, Section 2343.1." & I did infact purchased gas. Drove to the inflation station at Shell. Went in-store and asked the cashier to turn on the air pump. And the old guy cashier informed me its $1 to pump air. And I politely replied air inflation is free. And he said its due to "Donald Trump" and replied IDGAF about that. Its illegal for your business to charge for air inflation. And, kid you not, Ive been going to this Shell since they opened. And, this is the first Ive experience this so here I am sharing.

Stop by for propane refill and they said they were “too busy” to do it even though I was the only customer in the store. When I asked the employee again if he can help me out since I needed the propane for my camping trip, he suggested that I should go somewhere else to get propane. You got to love the customer service here.

The location was nice and clean but an older, white male employee made me super uncomfortable to the point that I had to get in my car and lock the doors. He was emptying the trash cans by the pumps and yelling loudly and very explicitly. He seemed enraged by something or someone... I didn't feel safe servicing my car with him near me. He's a grown man who's responsible for handling his emotions like the rest of us. Avoiding this location in the future.

Posted 24hrs online as well as written on the store. Employer working refused myself as well as 3 other customers by locking all the doors and pretending to not notice us. When a customer knocked to gain his attention, the employee looked at us, waived us away, then turned his back and proceeded to ignore our attempts for purposes to include fuel purchases. Do not encourage this type of corporate and employee disrespect for its customers by making purchases at this gas station. There are other locations within a 5 minute drive with friendly service.
