I had to fill out 2 membership forms because they lost the first one. They never told me I had to hit a button on the machine to open the gate. The owner was rude about it and told me it’s always been that way. Any other car wash the sticker in the window would open the gate. Maybe they need to train their employees to communicate with new customers! They always have the gate blocked with a cone when I go there. It is very inconvenient

Shady! I signed up for the one month, lowest price wash. Machine to pay wasn't working. Employee helped. Signed me up for the wrong monthly wash. I immediately attempted to get it fixed. They were resistant, and then refused. I asked who would fix the overcharge, and was advised I needed to speak with the owner. I was also not told the car wash would continue to charge me monthly. Imagine my surprise to see the extra charges on my card. I finally spoke with the owner who told me he would cancel membership and credit back overcharge. Then someone who claimed he was the manager rudely accused me of lying and trying to rip them off. I opted to call and relay what the owner had promised. Received a text back telling me no refund would be provided. Now, looking through other customers reviews, I am not the first one who had this done to them. Lesson learned.

Can't beat unlimited washes for the price. Only complaint is I pay extra for towel dry and tire shine but they are usually under staffed and too busy to do it after the wash.

Shane Maul is the guy! Everytime I've been here he's taken the time to spray off my car so good before the washm my car always comes out clean! And they have free vaccums with the wash! Totally worth the 8 bucks

A dog threw up multiple times in my car, and I had to act quickly. Surf N Suds was the first detailer that I called and also the first one to return my call. They got me in on short notice and completed the section that had been soiled in less than an hour! I am so, so grateful for their quick response and their true attention to detail. They ended up detailing the entire passenger area behind the driver seat, and it looks amazing. My car is coated in dog hair, and seeing that they were able to remove a bunch of that hair in the process of detailing, was very much appreciated. They even rinsed off my car, and it looks wonderful! I will absolutely be back for a full service detail in the future. Huge thanks to the gentleman who made time for me!

Surf n Suds always comes through for me on details and washes. The scheduling is easy and the car looks fantastic! At other washes no one pays attention to the details. At Surf n Suds they are so thorough and make sure that I am always happy when I pick up my car. I won't let anyone else touch my car to clean it except for the guys at Serf n Suds. This has been my favorite carwash for years. I spray my mats here a few times a year, and whenever i do need an exterior wash, this is where i go. I drive 25 minutes just to use THIS carwash. I would have loved to give the employees something for Christmas however, many of us are struggling, and it wasnt in the budget this year. today i show up to clean my car out as i have to do a couple times a month, as i have three small children, and im greeted by a very rude man who is scolding me like im a child, insisting that it is ‘common sense’ in his terms, that the vacuum is for paying customers only. I do understand, but i pay for a wash here when i need to. And ive never had any issues. To scold a loyal customer because they dont use the wash every time they need a vacuum is a bit wild. I use what i need when i need it. Didnt realize i needed a checklist in order to qualify as a respectable patron here. This is indeed no longer my favorite carwash and for the price i can find one with far more amenities. I did indeed pay for a wash, since it seems to be affecting the owner/manager a great deal. I hope your money comes up soon, in the meantime please feel free to give donations for using the vacuums here as they are in need and you may get the wrath of their empty pockets if you decide all you need is a quick vacuum today. Starting the year off strong. Stay blessed

I absolutely love surf N suds! They are such a great carwash and incredibly priced I pay $22.00 a month and go atleast once a week. included in the price is vaccums, a complimentary wipe for your dash and console, and before going through the was you get a tire soak and pre scrub on windows and grill and rear. The wash does an awesome job and doesn't leave any streaks or drop spots.. they are always friendly when i go in and the property is very well taken care of. If you are looking for a new regular carwash to keep that new car clean i recommend surf n suds! 🏄♂️🧼

Paid $50 for a car wash advertising this: – Top wash, hand dry, tire shine, wipe door jambs, basic vacuum, light dust, window, plus one set of 4 mats cleaned Including a few pictures of the horrible job that was done to show the complete lack of quality and attention. We won’t be returning.

Awesome experience here. Shane is THE BEST!!! He was halfway through cleaning the interior of my car and I had to leave- it was totally my fault. He not only rushed to finish up what he was doing but he also gave me a free wash to come back again. He’s so friendly and my car is even looking super clean without the full wash! Thank you Shane! I have been going to surf and suds for the past year or so. Not only are they professional but extremely good at what they do. The drive thru car wash does an excellent job! Jay and Shane always take care of my vehicles with care. I just had them detail and wax my 2015 Tundra and Shane did an amazing job inside and out. I was so please I had him detail my 2000 Starcraft boat and again Shane made it look new!!!!! Thanks again.

No longer self serve, only one operational wash bay (automatic). If vehicle too large to fit a auto wash no service. Employees rude and blame owners for everything. Streer clear of this location there are better options nearby.

Worst car wash for $29.99. As someone with a broken back I asked they vacuum my car really well and expected the interior armorall to mean it would be cleaned. They didn’t vacuum the carpet on sides of doors and the dash and interior was wiped very poorly missing spots or simply not cleaning it at all. Vents skipped, steering wheel sticky - I need to clean my car now.

I came just for the dog wash station! It’s pretty cheap compared to some others. They have shampoo and conditioner available there but I did bring my own. The shampoo and conditioner don’t come out of the hose like some other dog car washes. The blow dryer had good power I had it for about five mins for my big dog and felt that was good enough
