Was looking for a nice touchless wash, saw these guys. Signed up for the app, drove 20 minutes there and the wash was not good. Spent $7 in the self service bay for 6 minutes to get the bulk of the dirt off and then did the $18 + $2 additional for the extra undercarriage wash at the drive thru. So after tax I was around $30 and my truck is not clean.

Day 6 trying to get a car wash at this location with the line being at least 2 waiting for manual bays and 4+ for the auto bays. I’ve spent literally multiple hours trying to use my membership. I am 1/5 on average across multiple locations.

Not very many brushless car washes where I live but lucky for me it’s 5 min away. The brushless is optimum for the ceramic coating I invested in for my GMC.

For the past two years of having to use this location, the vast majority of visits either one or both lines are completely inoperable or down for maintenance. I’ve even see the wash randomly fail halfway during washes for cars in front of me. The usual excuse is “well that one time a customer didn’t follow instructions and damaged equipment”. Unless you’re willing to wait 30 minutes, don’t bother, and go to a better Autowash location. Even the location in Golden where the till gets broken into every other week is more reliable. 8/15/25: Bay one inoperable, yellow light flashing 8/19/25: Bay one inoperable and blocked off 10/17/25: Bay one inoperable and blocked off 11/22/25: Bay 2 inoperable, long line for bay 1 12/8/25: Bay 1 inoperable, long line for bay 2 1/27/26: Bay 1 inoperable, waiting line past the entrance! Ridiculous.

Had my vehicle wash in the automatic drive thru. I think my truck was the most filthy it has ever been. Did a double undercarriage and one down from the top wash, and it did an amazing job!!

I’ve been a member for 2-3 years now and the constant feedback and complaints myself and others have had have yet to be addressed. This location in particular rarely has all bays functioning. My car often comes out dirtier looking than it went in. The self bays have non functioning options. They continuously add more monetization options in their app but aren’t resolving key issues. I think I’m reaching the end of desire to remain a member. Memebership and location convenience don’t outweigh the other issues any longer.

Autowash is my go to for a touchless car wash. They have great equipment and good customer service. I’ve never had an issue aside from sometimes having to wait a while, especially on weekends when it’s busy.

These people expect you to insert your card and wash your car without any prior knowledge of the cost, it could be $50 a minute for all I know. That’s going to be a no thanks from me

The wait time is kind of long even with 2 cars ahead of you. I don’t always have that much time to wash my car. The dryers are much improved. They barely dried my car in the past.

Ever since I joined the monthly wash subscription with AutoWash I have truly enjoyed being able to keep my vehicles clean without worrying about scratches. If for any reason something is not working their customer service makes things right as quickly as possible.

Tire shine is consistently broken, I have been going to this Autowash for over a year and nothing has changed. there is always a 30-45 minute line for the Autowash bays. Usually one is shut down and not working for some reason and my biggest issue is that I pay $45 a month for car wash and dry BUT the dryer never fully dries the car. I do like that I can text for support when there is an issue but as a loyal customer loyalty points are always appreciated when I'm not getting what I pay for.

Most of the time car wash is wonderful and I love the dog wash. However, during the summertime, I always find it hard to find the washes the self-serve to have everything supplied the soaps the foam gun, the wax, the bug remover, tire cleaner, usually something is out always or more than one of things out sometimes I can only wash it with high power wash and rinse it maybe wax it and that’s about it. No extra extras are usually stocked, but for the most part it’s all right car wash. I do have the family plan so I’m not quite sure why I can’t wash my car and my mother cannot wash her car the same day makes you pay for another wash so your only actually allowed one wash a day no matter how many cars you got under that family plan that kind of sucks all in all thumbs up

Over the last few months this location has gone downhill. Dryers don’t work, mechanical issues are constantly having one of the bays closed, and the lines are always very long (this is more of a factor of their being two bays). Most recently the left bay didn’t have the undercarriage working whatsoever, so I had to text Autowash support and get a code to go through the other way again. The only reason I come here is because it’s touchless and has undercarriage. At least Autowash has decent corporate level support. Sadly to top it all off the monthly price has gone up from $25 to $40 to $45 in recent months while providing a worse experience at the same time.

I have been using Autowash for a few years. Their locations are convenient for NW MetroDenver. I will contact them for any wash issue (there haven't been many) and they are quick to respond. I do the annual membership. It is well worth it.

Like most Autowash locations, the drying absolutely sucks. Can’t finish drying my car with my towel without switching it out for the second towel. I only go to AutoWash because the soap is ok for a ceramic coated vehicle. If there was an easier option I’d go elsewhere. The wash bays are consistently closed leaving only one open. Wait is usually under 15 minutes though.

Great experience! It started as a mid-experience > bad > great, because of customer service. Was line for 20 min for a wash, (which was mid, the wait) + saw the promo code for the membership, signed up while I was in line, + the app said I was good to go. The kiosk didn’t light up though, and had a loading page, the light never lit green, so I was embarrassed for holding up the line behind me. I had to go all the way through the bay without a wash + checked to make sure if I hadn't done anything incorrectly. The app showed I couldn’t get another wash for 12 hrs even though I didn’t get a wash. I called the customer service line honestly very frustrated. I explained my situation + experience to, I believe her name was Maddie. She was great! Very knowledgeable, kind, + prompt in delivering the correct service. She gave me a “free” wash which overrode the timing issue for the app, explained the tiers of the system to me, + said she would get a technician on-site to look at the kiosk. I recommend looking this call up in the system because she handled it so well. This should be your company’s template for delivering white-glove service. Glad that the customer service works 7 days/wk + that I happened to be within the customer service hours. Overall, super impressed + I’m looking forward to using this service!
