Gas prices here are usually lowest in the area if not across the front range! Also, these guys are doing much better than before. There's a lot of bad reviews that I sympathize with but they're getting better at their jobs. They are always on their phones still which can be annoying but have learned how to accommodate their customers much better.

Not much positive in Denver these days except Love these guys are always lowest and cheapest in area including Costco across street Theses guys are great plus the rewards are the simplistic. 10c off for me every time. When your new I believe you get 40c a gallon You guys complaining go somewhere else and pay more. Funny you keep coming here 😂 Nothing is perfect I appreciate the prices for my gas hawg Suburban. Go inside and pay. Thanks guy's. Keep those prices low!!

Here I am 1:57 AM at the Shell gas station on Wadsworth Boulevard now online it says they are open 24 hours. I am standing at the door and there’s an employee in there that is at the coffee machine so I continue to knock on the window And ask to be let in and what did he do? He just turned his head and pretended I wasn’t there, horrible thing to do especially in the customer service industry. Very disappointed however, I went to the Exxon right next-door to them and they treated me very nice and we’re hospitable

Not sure what is up with this shell but the card readers for the gas pumps barely work half the time. When I do go into the station they only run one register at a time even when theres more then one employee. Then the lady who does work here was on her phone sitting on hla stool ignoring customers letting the other employee do all the work.

On Monday night June 30, 2025 at 12:15Am The Night Attendant had the doors locked and had a sign on the door, saying store closed for twenty minutes. I and five other people were waiting for the Attendant to unlock the door. I and a few other Customers witnessed this Attendant watching videos and when we knocked on the door this Attendant FLIPPED ALL OF US OFF. I AS A CUSTOMER ALSO GOT IT ON VIDEO

I have been going there for 4 years and in the last 2 years since this guy's been there the doors are always locked in the middle of the night I work the graveyard shift and every time I go there I'm almost always late because this guy is in the back sleeping. It's very upsetting that I can't just run in and run out like a convenience store is supposed to be meant. They need to hire somebody different because he does not take his job seriously. It says it's open 24 hours but I'm almost always late because I have to bang on the door.

Used to be my favorite gas station. I told everyone best gas prices good staff. Nothing lasts forever, the overnight person changed. Now im not allowed to use the bathroom when I fill my tank at night. The old worker was awesome, store was always clean, stocked, he was happy. This new guy is rude talks on the phone alot. Not happy. Gas prices are super low. But I'll go pay more for gas elsewhere, if they let me use the bathroom. I'm a delivery driver I put between $20 and $30 in gas everyday. That's $7300 a year or more. Not to mention snacks and beverages. Oh well im sure somebody wants that money. I'll definitely tell everyone I know this place went downhill and I definitely won't be recommending this station to anyone else.

This is the 3rd time I hard a problem with your card reader. I’m an Uber/Lyft driver and was finishing up for the night. I decided to stop for gas and what a mistake that was. I tried to pump gas and the reader malfunctioned and took my card balance to zero, I verified on my app. The pump told me to see the cashier when i went to the door it was locked and I knocked on the door it took a minute or 2 and the guy on duty came out yelling that they were closed. He appeared very hostile, I had to yell back for him to acknowledge me. Maybe it’s because I’m in a wheelchair. It wasn’t my first encounter with this overnight guy. I would say gentleman, but he’s anything but a gentleman he seems annoyed and angry when you approach him . Maybe that’s why they have home on the night shift. If it wasn’t for the low gas prices I wouldn’t go back to this gas station. Oh by the way last time I encountered this guy I asked if I could use the restroom and it tells me it doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for weeks. My because there’s a lot of homes in the area, but I don’t think I look homeless. If it indeed has been down that long maybe you should try and fix it. Maybe you should guy your overnight guy some customer service training most people don’t say anything. Although I did see other complains about this guy.

HORRIBLE place. Denying bathrooms to disabled people claiming “being cleaned” but never are. They just have them closed. Which is illegal per ADA.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND LEAVE IT AT A $0 BALANCE. Ive came here for a long time and honestly the first time this happened I let it slide thinking okay maybe it was a mistake but when it happened the second time yeah no! There's a problem. THEY HAVE DONE IT TO OTHERS AS I WAS WARNING PEOPLE SOMEONE ELSE SAID IT HAPPENED TO THEM TOO. THEY DIDNT LEAVE A SINGLE PENNY LITERALLY WIPPED THE ACCOUNT CLEAN. BE VERY AWARE! Better yet pick another shell.

DO NOT USE CARD AT PUMP, THE WILL HOLD UP TO 150$ FOR A WEEK AT A TIME. Lady at the front desk needs to get off the phone and do her job, since she obviously cant multitask. She doesn't know the promos going on in her own store either... GET OFF THE PHONE WITH YOUR FRIEND!

I will never step foot here again. Just yesterday I went in and told the cashier (old man bald) never smiled an least rude I wanted $20 on pimp 16 go out to pump gas and the gas pump wasn’t even ready so I go in to have him start the pump and he told me I didn’t pay and if I wanted gas I’d have to pay again. I asked to have him check cameras he says I needed to stop asked for his manager he told me he wouldn’t help me. So basically I gave him $20 for no gas very disappointing customer service!

Highly do not recommend this place, the customer service here was awful, 2 weeks ago I went in the shell and got gas and pumped up gas and had change so I went inside and asked for the change and the worker told me it would be sent back to my card, I waited a week and got nothing back so I didnt care much since it was just 1 dollar. Then today the same front desk worker was working there and there was many people and he was just on his phone while there was many people trying to pay there and I was trying to get gas, once I was 1st in line to pay I put 20 dollars to fill my tank I went over and filled it at max but I had change left and the pump told me to go inside and get my change, I went inside and asked for my change and the worker said I will get my change back sent to my card but and I told him that I never even got my change back from the last time I went there and he continued to lie saying he cant give me my change that if I paid with cash that he cant give me my change and told me to wait 3-4 hours its been 3-4 hours and I still havent got my money back, these people are money stealing workers. Do not recommend.

The Indian man working sunday Feb 22nd 2026 at 11:15 am wouldn't let me use the bathroom even though we spent over 100$ on fuel. I dont know if its because he is rude and nasty or what. But I dont appreciate being discriminated against.
