Be careful when you go there and watch your credit card when you pay, i went there for a $10 exterior wash, and somehow they signed me up for a monthly membership at $43 a month. For 5 months, they were taking money out of my credit card. And then when I went there ,No one knows anything. It took me going there 5 times in 3 weeks for a refund. Apparently this happens a lot, because when I was there there were 2 other people with the same problem.

It was a pretty good wash they don't have anywhere for you to do your mats no sprayer of any kind. As an Uber driver that's kind of a deal-breaker for me so I won't be starting a wash club here. The hole for the trash bins are also very small and almost all of the trash bins were full. the rags were empty when I got there on all of the close locations when the attendant came by to refill them shortly before I was done he only put three in them so I'm not surprised they were empty

This carwash is the best I’ve ever used! The basic wash was good, but the extra amenities are awesome! Manual pre-scrub station for extra dirty vehicles, vacuums that work, free towel use, dispensers for window wash & interior surface wash fluids, tub with brush & hose to scrub floor mats. My van looked detailed when I left there today. Forgot a floor mat on the vacuum bay sidewalk tho. Ratz! : (

Very poor service no manager on site got stock in the tunnel like 3 times brushes at the end dont work right tire shine machine doesn’t cover the tire completely you ask question and they don’t even know what to say it’s a shame cause i have to drive to 200 to get my car cleaned having this one so close

I really like the service, but my business is tree service, and the back bed had a little oil on it. The manager arrogantly told me, "I can't wash your truck if you want to cancel." "Cancel," I said, "or I'll do it." I didn't say a word. I just said, "Okay." If he had told me to remove the little oil he had at home with my pressure machine, I would have done it and then returned it, if I understand. But the guy is such a con man, as if he didn't care about attracting or losing customers.

I can see why they have such bad reviews. The machine left a film on parts of my vehicle and they insisted that is was sun damage. It was one of the first things I noticed when I exited my car. It’s nothing that I noticed when I left or went home. It was instant. They continued to argue and catch attitudes just because I was certain their machine left my vehicle dirty. I’m disappointed with my experience. Do not come here at all. Find somewhere else. I’ll be calling my bank to file a claim on this transaction and calling their corporate office. Their attitude was uncalled for. Update. I went home and my third image is me cleaning at home the mess their equipment left. Now she’s all clean. Yeah don’t go to this place.

Good customer service but the wash was bad my wheels were way dirtier, grease soaked afterwards. Looks like they have not cleaned the brushes and rollers. Had to go home and clean all the wheels by hand and get everything else it missed.

Sign and website said open until 7 pm. Arrived at 6 pm and it was closed. Asked the manager who responded, "inclement weather"! Really? Clear sky's, 55 degrees, beautiful day! Guy was rude and not helpful! If I could give negative ratings it would be about a - 11 stars!

This place has amazing service, the workers are amazing. I would recommend the ultimate wash, cleans and coats ur vehicle. Let me tell u I came in there with a gray truck and came out with a white truck. The chemical they have are amazing and I’m picking about the chemicals I use to clean the inside. They always have clean towels and the microfiber rags they have are of good quality. Would recommend and don’t forget to pick up a car sent on ur way out
