A good place for car wash, Both interior and exterior cleaning are done in a right way. Exterior car cleaning is a fun experience sitting inside car experienced color changes and giant brushes rolling with a splash of foam. A mesmerizing view from car. Interior clean done good and smelled fresh when entered car. Thanks car splash for making car wash a pleasentful experience and about waiting lounge its like a picnic spot for kids and adults, kids can play and a coffee station for adults, with books and water.

Super windy day and a grocery cart slammed into my car. Took the car to the car wash and the manager quickly got his team to buff it all out. Super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Its a great place! Can get your car washed, they have vacuums to clean your interior. They also do full service car maintenence. Oil change, filter, Inspection, tire change, rotation, etc.

Do not go here, they will scratch your car. I went in and requested a hand wash. Upon receiving my car back I noticed two deep scratched and many micro scratches. I talked to the manager and he said immediately that it didn’t not happen here. I decided to show him my dash cam video of the manager and the employees pointing at the scratch and acknowledging. They still did not budge. My insurance is aware and is contacting them. Will update as I hear more!

I am a regular customer and bring all my cars here. This place used to be really good in the past but things had been different recently (atleast for me). Last time I took my Tesla for a hand wash ($60) and it was a very bad job done. The interior wasn’t wiped off and there was mud and dirt that should have been removed by power washing. I went there again today for a hand wash (paid $60 again) and did tell the cashier as well as the guy in the cabin that the previous wash they did wasn’t good and I don’t want that happening again today and want him to take care of it. He agreed but I got the car back and it’s the same. The interior as well as the exterior is not clean and there is dirt all around which could have been taken care off easily provided they paid some attention. Looks like it’s time to look for a new car wash.

Second Time coming here. Same outcome both times. I ask for the wash where they clean the wheels by hand. Both times I paid for the wash for the wheels which is I believe the “Best” wash and the wheels are still terrible. You can see the employees cleaning and putting a bare minimum effort in. I would suggest paying $5 more and getting an actual Detailer to clean your vehicle.

My one complaint is they left an oil filter wrench in the car on our last service. I didn’t know it was there until about 3k miles later you could see the handle hanging down under the car.

Out of all the automated car washes I’ve tried in the 5 miles radius, this one consistently applies the wash I paid for. In other car washes with multiple entry lanes, they don’t seem to be able to track which car paid for what service. The soft cloths look clean and in good shape. It cleans and dries better than the others I’ve tried. The buffer for windshield and roof of the car makes a big difference in reducing watermarks. At the time of this writing they are running an offer where a $20 wash comes with towel drying. In average, I’ve only have waited for one or two cars. The service is friendly. They offer their membership but don’t keep insisting of you say no. I hope as their business picks up they can maintain the quality of the service.

A week ago I paid for the hand wash service plus interior cleaning for my lifted Jeep ($70 + tip) and the result was quite acceptable. Today I paid for the same service (hand wash plus interior cleaning for $70) for my truck and the result was a mess. After the power washer, the truck arrived at the interior cleaning and drying area, poorly washed and full of mud, they did not want to wash it again and I had to take the truck myself to the power washer area to have it washed again, I did for them to bend down and see all the mud that was visible to the naked eye (it seems they don't like to bend their knees) After a long time, I could clearly see from the waiting room how dirty the truck looked, I told the guy to clean it and it seems that he did not care, they called the supervisor Omar, and the treatment was worse, he told me that he did not care, if I wanted, I had to clean it myself because they were not going to do it. It's sad how a business is damaged by hiring such incapable people. I would not wash my trucks in that place again. I hope the owner replaces the staff and supervisors with people who really appreciate the work.

NOT HAPPY. I wasted $65 plus a $25 tip to have my car wiped off and barely vacuumed. I have gone through the self service car wash several times and cleaned/vacuumed my interior myself at this car wash, and I did a 1000% better job than what’s included in the “full service” package. At first glance everything looked ok, but when I pulled off and into the gas station to get gas, I looked in the back seat, saw a very obvious stain on my back seat. Then I moved my daughter’s blanket and stuffy then saw they didn’t vacuum or wipe off the back seat. So I went back and told them they forgot to clean and vacuum the back seat. I thought it was an honest mistake because there is no way back seat cleaning isn’t included in a $65 car wash. Well the guy quickly sprayed all over the seat, did one wiped across and vacuumed within 20 seconds and then said ok thank you. I was staring at crumbs that I could visually see standing outside the car and I knew the lil juice spot would still be there once the seat dried because a little pressure was needed to get it off. I was in a rush and needed to get back to work, was also trying to be kind because it was cold out and clearly the workers don’t seem happy so instead of complaining I left, then after work went back to properly vacuum and clean the MANY areas they did not.… that’s when I noticed they didn’t even vacuum under my floor mats and I made sure to select the package that came with floor mat cleaning! I have two sets of floor mats, vinyl ones over carpet floor mats. When I pulled up the carpet floor mats there were leaves and other debris that should have been vacuumed. I also noticed the “full service” does not include things like cleaning front visor mirrors, glove compartment face, back seat cup holder/arm rest, back of front seats, side doors panels or compartments, or even using the lil spray thing to clean out the air vents. If any of those were included it just wasn’t done and I would like a partial refund. Im so irritated that I spent $90 (plus tip) on this car wash, I’ve had better service for $35 and as a single tired mom I could have just cleaned my interior myself, saved $50 and did a better job.

I would leave NEGATIVE 5 stars if possible! Second time Super Splash garage has tried to WAY OVERCHARGE and add work that’s not needed. Was quoted $1,509 for a water pump and gasket replacement. Paid to have my truck towed from there Super Splash in Prosper, to a Sherman garage and was charged less than $500 with the tow bill included in that!!! STAY FARRR AWAY FROM SUPER SPLASH!! They also lack quality customer service!! Strongly do NOT recommend

Best car wash around. I lost something in the vaccum and the employees took time to help me try to find it. Very good customer service and the car wash gets your car very clean. I like that it is on conveyor type wash. I have been coming here for years.

I am not one to post reviews. Occasionally I will post a positive one, but rarely ever a negative one. Mainly because google and yelp reviews can really impact a business. In this circumstance, however. I feel it is my responsibility to WARN others of this car wash. I just bought my truck about 20 days ago. Since SuperSplash car wash has been open we have been loyal customers. When I took my new truck in today to get washed I got home and found SEVERAL scratches, marks, and chips. That was NOT on my truck prior to taking it in this afternoon to get washed. Upon returning to go over the damage the manager said “I could fill out an incident report, however their car wash isn’t going to do any damage like that” they didn’t even offer to buff ANY of the damage out. I cancelled our 3 vehicle membership immediately. He even had the audacity to tell me “ I can use the remaining days in my membership to keep washing our vehicles”. (Which would just cause more damage.) There are months I have spent hundreds even a thousand plus to keep our cars cleaned and taken care of. Now I have to get paint and body repairs done to my new 90k truck. I would really consider what my experience and others on here and yelp has said prior to giving this place your business.

I would assured for 400 dollars my truck would be showroom. Not even close, the photos are just an example of the many spots not cleaned. Go to an independent detail shop, not here.

Update: owner did call me. Fairly dismissive. Said they only used water to clean screens and that they have video footage. Update: found owner's number in another person's review. He asked me to send along these pics for review along with license plate. These guy's used a chemical or something that DESTROYED the antiglare film on the computer screen. Totally ruined. I left a message asking for a callback with office and nothing. Do not go here.

I stopped by today for an inspection and oil change and was greeted almost immediately by Emily. She was super friendly and helpful in explaining the process. Their prices were fair and the service was quick and easy! I cant remember his name but the tall guy that did my oil change and brake flush was also super friendly! I will definitely be back!

Not recommending nor will ever go back to this place. If you don't want anything to get damaged small or large then think twice or something could happen to your vehicle and cost you over 1,300.00 like mine did, on my well maintained Genesis! Good way to cover your ......by your response but, it still should not have blown off that easily with screws and inside materials intact of the antenna unit. Still customers need to be AWARE!!
