I just got the family membership for 3 including vehicles including van, sedan and SUV. So far I am loving it. They do really a quality job no issue yet. For detailing and interior cleaning, the service is fantastic too. I would highly recommend this location. Angela (Manager) is fantastic assuring you to get the best experience for your vehicle and she helped me getting a good discount on my 3 cars membership

Carnation Auto Spa is absolutely amazing! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming every time I come in. Robbin went above and beyond to help me out and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. My car looks fantastic, and I can’t recommend them enough! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Definitely the worst service. I always experience a bad service whenever I go there, and for cancellation I went there a week before and requested. They promised me they would cancel it the next day and I won’t be charged again but later they did charge me!!

Excellent service. I had some gummy gunk on my car from parking under some awful tree. It was difficult to get out. They ran me through twice, then hand-scrubbed it until it was done. They really went above and beyond and I ended up getting a membership I was so happy about it. Great place!

#carnation_damaged_my_car On Sep 18, I went to wash my car. While I was in the car inside the wash area, I heard something hitted my car strongly. Once I went out to the vacuum area, I found the rear bumper damaged from the passenger side, I informed the branch manager, and we checked the cameras and found that happened inside the wash area, I filled a damage report as the manager requested and he asked later to get 2 estimate price to fix it from 2 different repair shop, I already did and sent them to him, when I follow up with him he said the office rejected the case and said it is an old damage, I believe that he didn't even see the cameras and didn't see if there is old damage or not, but I recorded all what happened from there cameras and he can review it again and see. I tried to call the manager again, but he stopped answering my calls or replies to my messages. I need someone from the office to contact me to solve this issue.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this location, mostly due to the complete lack of professionalism and customer service from the manager, Jorge. Back in May, I was told my car wash membership had been discontinued, even though I showed proof that I had just been charged. Jorge claimed he couldn’t find any account under my name but assured me that if I was charged again, I would be issued a refund. As a result, I stopped going to this location and have been paying for my car washes elsewhere, believing I no longer had an active membership. However, I recently discovered I’ve still been charged every month since that visit. I reached out to Jorge again, and this time he told me he couldn’t help and that I needed to send an email. I sent the email but never received a response. I went in person to try to resolve the issue, but Jorge wasn’t there. The assistant manager promised I would get a call and said Jorge would handle the refund. That never happened. When I followed up again, Jorge had no answers and only gave me excuses. He said he was "too busy" to help. When I asked for the contact information of the area manager, who I was suddenly told is the only one who can process refunds, Jorge refused to provide it and said the area manager was also too busy to deal with my issue. None of this was ever mentioned during my previous calls. All I want is my money back. Instead, I’ve been getting the runaround. This is no way to treat paying customers.

I've been here a few times and was surprised by the quality of service or this would be 1 star. I paid $55 for an ultimate interior. I had never purchased a package this high on their list so I was excited. I was sorely disappointed this time. I wasn't watching them do each step so I was shocked when they said the truck was ready. I got up and headed toward the truck. I immediately saw the back fenders had spots the automated brushes missed. I asked for a towel to get the missed spots. The person handed me a towel and walked away. At this point, I chalked it up to a miss. As I got to the driver seat.... I don't know if they even got in. The surfaces still had dust. The radio had not been wiped. The interior was far from 'ultimate' level. I went home and spent 15 minutes cleaning the interior. I was not expecting detail level but did want the dust wiped up. I'll wipe down the outside tomorrow. I'm not certain I could recommend them at this point.

We had an issue with our RBFCU credit card where the bank made an error and the customer service person would not fix it. But Jorge helped us on his end, and made sure we got great service from him. I cannot imagine a better representative of Carnation Car Services. I’m hooked on this location and the company! Thanks Jorge! We won’t forget this service from you. Congratulations Carnation for having such a dedicated employee.

I’ve been getting my car washed here for years. Both simple washes and full service. Staff at the register is always helpful, especially Robbin. He is very knowledgeable about all the different services and clearly cares about the customers. The memberships are really good value.

Very bad service. I took the Mini detail plus for my odyssey they worked on it for an hour, they cleaned well outside and the front but they did not vaccum clean the back row floor mats and seats and anything inside in the back. I called the phone number listed and it does not go to any mailbox as well. I usually don't leave reviews and I am surprised how this location has good reviews. I won't go back again

After paying the 30$ for the ultimate care. The prewash before going into the machine, felt a little lazy. After getting out of the car parking at the vacuums. It look like the car hadn’t been through the wash at all. Do not recommend this place. Payed for 30 bucks for what felt like a gas station car wash.

The basic car wash is not even basic. The front of my car was not sprayed at all. My windshield was still very wet after coming out. I literally had to dry my entire car off, and I can’t scrape bird poop off the front end of my car. It is not even worth paying the $12 to come back. There are too many car washes on every corner for me to come back to this one. I advise people to not subscribe to their monthly service. Find one that works the very best with quality and excellence and stick to it. 👎🏽👎🏽

I paid $50 for an interior clean, which included a Super Shine Exterior Wash, tar removal, interior vacuum, window cleaning, door jambs, and wipe down (doors, dash, console). Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with the service. Even after everything was completed, I still see visible stains, water spots, and missed areas on the exterior and lower bumper/grille (see photos). For this price, I expected much better attention to detail. The car looks rushed rather than professionally cleaned. I hope management looks into this and improves quality, because the service did not match the cost.
