After many attempts at trying to find a great car wash in Tampa, I have finally found it through trial and error. You're welcome. Go straight to Superior Hand Car Wash in Tampa and save some time. Best 100% hand car wash in Tampa, hands down. Cars are completely hand washed, the good old fashioned way. NO MACHINES that will damage your car. While you won't be in and out in 5 minutes, that's OK. Just chill out, relax bring a book or catch up on your social media and let these guys do their magic. Each time I come in with my cars, they remember my preferences immediately and are very friendly, professional and personable. This is a family owned business and the difference is that they truly are invested in and care about their customers. This is clear in the attention to detail they put into every car. For example, we have a dog that sheds - they always take the time to get all of the dog hair to the point it looks like we don't even have a dog! Wow...They also used compressed air to get out the majority of that annoying water that always comes out of the mirrors and exterior trim as you drive away. Nice! If you think you're getting a "hand" wash at the other washes in Tampa, you're mistaken. Places like Mister, while able to get tons of cars through very quickly, utilize machines to do the washing (in turn, scratching your car over time) and then just drying and finalizing by hand. I promise you, do not take a chance on your paint at places like Mister, Kennedy's Car Wash, etc. to save a few minutes. My black car had fresh scratches and swirls after just one wash. To sum it up, friendly, family owned, great attention to detail, 100% hand wash. Bring your high dollar luxury sports car or your family sedan and SUV...they will take great care of you either way and put great care into both!!! A few tips: *Be careful pulling in and coming out. They are located on a curve and people always ride my butt when going down this street. If you're not careful you'll miss it and slam on your brakes *Don't come if you are in a big rush to go somewhere right after. I've seen this place have a line out to the street. Be prepared to wait while they hand pamper your car. If you get lucky and drive by when there are no cars out front, DO IT.Get the wash, You've hit the jackpot with no wait! *Don't underestimate this place based on the appearance. It's nothing fancy, but that's OK. It's all you need!

The gentleman explained how the paint may have been damaged due to the bugs and how long they were on my paint. They did a very good job under the circumstances they were given.

I’ve been coming here for almost 18 years. Washes regularly when I lived closer, and now waxes twice a year for both of our vehicles since we’re almost an hour away now. That’s how good of a job they do. Roland even pointed out some minor things he couldn’t get to this past time that I had no idea were even there. And I have a keen eye for vehicle paint, especially my own. I highly recommend them.

Best car wash in Tampa!!!!! Came here on a whim looking for a better car wash than I used to go to. As I was sitting waiting, I watched all of the cars leaving the lot look like they came off the showroom floor. These guys do a GREAT job. My car is a 2016, but I had to take photos of it after the wash when I got home I was just that pleased! Friends got in my car that night and also commented how nice my car looked. Really happy with this family owned business, I’ll be back in a couple weeks!

Excellent service for the money. The entire cleaning is done by hand and they have five different levels to choose from. I have never been disappointed. Time is money and the amount of time it would take me to wash my car as well as they do is far more valuable than the amount they charge. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Great car wash!! This is an excellent place which does hand wash hand dry and detail, wash and wax. There's a nice seating area. The representative of bilingual. The service is very professional, quick with very reasonable prices. I will return and this will be part of my monthly car maintenance.
