I'm not going to lie, this place is pretty ghetto. It IS super cheap and and it IS the closest DIY car wash to downtown but a whole bunch of really weird people start hanging around, getting in and out of each other's cars and hanging around on the corner so, yeah best avoided after dark... unless you're into that kind of thing. I'm not here to judge.

Went at the perfect time. No one else in the building. Floors had dryer lent and sheets all over it....but what do you expect at a laundry mat. Washer got the clothes clean and the dryer was hot and fast. So we were in and put pretty quickly. Not a bad experience.

Not the worst laundromat I have ever used but definitely not the best. The place where you add your detergent on the washer was extremely caked up with detergent residue. I honestly don't think they had ever been cleaned. The bathroom was in pretty rough shape to as far as cleanliness. I personally probably will not be using this laundromat again.

Very poorly maintained. Most washers smell with mildew, they have not been properly maintained or cleaned. A dryer is $1.00 for just 8 minutes. On the more expensive side for a poorly maintained laundromat.

Super wash was good but last 3 couple times the owner came and run people off cause of you all no why. And am thank he did because of them I had to stop going.. it's to much going on around there he's trying to stop it. And carwash is good to but they try to come around there to and he stops it to.

Most of the machines work. They also give the option to use a card at the machine or get cash and the onsite change machine. Super load washers are a bit pricey, but also enormous! The only really, really off-putting thing about this location is the overwhelming, pungent smell of mildew and... Urine (?) ..Idk something bad... it smells just awful. The place could really use a little TLC... and a thorough scrub down.

Its pretty okay. Some very shady characters roam around the laundry mat and the car wash area in Sunday evening when I went there (drug users, panhandlers, people trying to sell drug to you !!!!). Some guy with a beard, kept asking me if I was looking for something?? Like seriously, but other than that, the rates were reasonable. I strongly though advice not to do laundry in the evening and night hours out of safety concerns.

Great place to wash clothes, but sometimes it's crowded. I wish they had a better vending machine with more options like laundry detergent, softener , laundry bags, etc. They have a couple things you can get if you need plastic bags or such, but literally just a few things to choose from. The location at night isn't the best location to be at, but the worsed I've experienced is the homeless laying behind the building last winter. It literally broke my heart because it was so cold outside. There is a car wash in back of the laundry mat. Very convenient and a lil convenience store across the road kinda diagonal from the building. They cook food during the day and if you want more for your money I would load my laundry in the washers and walk across and buy me a can drink and a cup of ice. I used to wash clothes weekly there and the owner keeps an eye out and he stops in to see if anyone is loitering in his business and is pretty helpful when there. The bathroom is pretty worn down tho. That's a negative thing. It looks dingy and dirty and there is no paper towels hardly ever. The hand dryer barely works.

This laundromat is the nastiest place in town! It stinks like dead bodies, urine, blood, dead rats, and everything else! It is completely filthy, over half of the machines are out of order, they over charge, the floors are disgusting, and the soap dispensers are totally gross!! This place needs to be shut down asap because it is a nuisance!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog!!

Very convenient and he can wash the car yourself for $1.75 and there is also a laundromat that can wash for you if need be. They do have a change machine on site for both the laundromat and the car wash definitely will be visiting this place again.

I very rarely find need to leave negative public reviews, but in this case, I feel it is both warranted and necessary for the benefit of future customers. Today’s visit to Super Wash House & Car Wash – North Central was not only disappointing — it was outright disturbing in how customers were treated. Despite being an older, poorly maintained location in a somewhat questionable area (especially after dark), we stopped here with the intention of doing something positive: giving a vehicle a thorough wash and interior clean for a relative who drives for Uber. Maintaining a clean vehicle is a business cost and necessity for her work. Unfortunately, we were never given the opportunity to even begin. As we pulled in and began preparing to pay for services — literally with cash in hand near the sprayer station — we were aggressively approached by an elderly man who, without any greeting or introduction, demanded to know what we were doing there. He proceeded to accuse us of trying to use their trash cans for free, which was a complete misread of the situation and simply untrue. We were parked by the wash bays, not near the trash or dumpster area. My relative was already gathering payment to begin the wash. This man, who claimed to be the owner, demonstrated not even the most basic standards of professionalism, let alone customer service. Rather than a simple question or welcome, we were met with suspicion, hostility, and a tone that can only be described as accusatory. No context, no conversation — just presumptions and insults. This interaction alone was enough to make us turn around and leave. He seemed more interested in driving customers away than welcoming them. Frankly, his demeanor was so strange and unwarranted that we questioned whether he even was the owner. Because what business owner with any sense would approach new customers in this way — aggressively assuming the worst, interrupting a normal transaction, and insulting three paying adults without a shred of justification? Either this was an extreme lapse in judgment or something more troubling: a clear display of personal bias, paranoia, or erratic behavior. Whatever the root cause, it has absolutely no place in any business that serves the public. Even if we put the interaction aside (which we cannot), the facility itself is in visible decline. Pressure from the sprayers is weak, options are outdated, and no clear wax or modern upgrades are available. The lot is difficult to navigate, and the area feels unsafe, with signs of illegal activity not far from the wash bays. Other reviews seem to reflect a pattern of similarly negative experiences — so this wasn’t just an isolated incident, but a recurring issue for others as well. In short: what should have been a routine car wash ended up being a complete waste of time, marked by unnecessary conflict and disrespect. If this is how new customers are treated, I can only imagine how regular ones feel. We left without spending a dime — and frankly, I’m thankful for that because the last thing I want is to financially support a place that treats its community members this way. I genuinely hope the owner reflects on this. A simple hello and a moment of observation could have avoided the entire conflict. But instead, your presumptive rudeness guaranteed that we’ll never return — and we’ll tell others to do the same. In a city with dozens of other wash options (including those with better services, security, and customer care), there is absolutely no reason to tolerate this level of disrespect. Avoid at all costs. There are far better options nearby. In fact, your money would be better spent at any other establishment which offers comparable services without the buffoonery of seeing someone who somehow owns a business operate in the least professional manner encountered in recent years.

As soon as I walked in the laundromat it had a nasty musty smell. I was the only one there and I needed to get laundry done so I could finish packing, so I stayed. That was a HUGE mistake. I checked inside every washer before I put my clothes in. Wasted laundry soap and fabric softner on 2 washers because they didn’t work. They need to put a sign on them. Waited in my vehicle until I saw the first washer was done. As I was getting out of my vehicle, a young man pulled up in a white van that had no windows and partly blocked me if I needed to pull out. This was around 5:45 AM. This is why I back in no matter where I park. He told me I had nice dogs because they were barking at him. I told him thank you and continued to walk in the laundromat. As I was getting my items out of one of the washers, he walked in and asked if there was a bathroom there. I told him I didn’t know. I walked over to the dryers that did take a card but couldn’t tell if they were for the upper dryer or the lower dryer. He asked if I needed help. I told him my predicament but then noticed the cost to dry clothes ($1.00 for 8 minutes - NO WAY). So I started complaining about the cost and said I wasn’t going to dry my things here. He said he would pay for it. I told him no. I started carrying my basket back to one of the washers that was getting ready to finish when he asked if he could help carry it. I told him no. I wasn’t going to leave the building until I had all my loads completed. He continued to try and make small talk with me. I was very short in my comments. He left the building, but stood right by the door behind a pillar where I couldn’t see him - by the back of my truck. He came back in the laundromat a little bit later and went to the change machine to get change. He came back over to me and offered me the $1.00’s worth of quarters he had just gotten. I told him no thank you and that I don’t use coins. He asked me when was I leaving town. I told him when I was done with my clothes. He asked if I was going back to the state that was listed on my license plate. I told him that was my boyfriend’s vehicle hoping that would deter him away. It didn’t. He asked if I would like to go to breakfast. I told him no. He asked if I wanted to text. I told him no. He finally left the building. He hung around the outside a couple of minutes and then he got in his van and left. As I was finishing getting my items out of the other 2 washers, I saw him drive by again. As I finished loading my truck with my 4 baskets, I saw him drive by again and this time pull into the Citgo diagonally across the street and pull up to a pump. He never got out of the van the whole time I finished loading, got into my truck to leave, wait for the vehicle in-front of me to pull out and then I finally pulled out and drove by the gas station. I was lucky nothing happened to me at that laundromat. DO NOT GO THERE ALONE IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO.

It's alright.. They try their best to keep it clean I believe, but some people are just nasty.. but they have card readers and tap. Along with the machines taking quarters.

First I will say that this is the only place I could find that operates 24 hrs. So I had no other choice but go here due to the situation. The smell when I walked into the building almost knocked me down. It was a mixture of burnt hair, cat urine and something else that was awful. There were many machines that were out of order. Both change machines had their light on which says out-of-order!!! So I had to leave just to go get change. They do how ever offer debit or credit cards. I used 5 different washing machines and all but 1 did the job. The driers did what driers do just fine. The floor was littered with trash and hair. The dispensers where you put your laundry soaps were caked up with slime and build-up. I took pictures of every washing machines laundry soap dispensers just so I could show anyone that has no other choice but use this facility. They were over priced compared to other laundry mats i have used. And the other ones I am speaking of were a 5 star laundry mat. I am giving the 2 stars due to all but 1 machine did not work for me. I would not recommend this place at all.

New machines. Reasonable rates. On duty attendant. Open 24 hours. Open, clean and accessible restroom with toilet tissue. Starts at 3.75 to wash in small washer. 1.00 to dry. Connected to car wash directly behind it. In same building. Just drive around. Excellent setup. 5 stars.
