Kinda of a rip off, not enough time for the money. I spent $5 n didn't wash my SUV all the way right, I usually spend $3 n wash with plenty of time left at other car washes.

My credit card was charged $10 for a wash that would have only been $3 if I would have had cash. My partner's wash cost the same. Scam.

I have been to this carwash 3 times, every time I go there, something is broken on the automatic carwash. I will only use the self serve from now on, IF I ever go back. Also, called the carwash phone number to talk to them and at least let them know the carwash was broken... no answer, and no call back. Terrible customer service to go with it.

Was there yesterday and went through the automated side the thing never shot any soap what a waste of the ten bucks I spent after it dried it never looked like I washed it.pretty sad

I tried to use the automatic wash with my card and it would not work. I followed the instructions but nothing started. The card swipe even turned green to confirm that it worked but the wash just would not start. At least my card didn't get charged for it.

Automatic car wash broken, charged my card and car wash never activated nor did stop light ever light indicating when to advance. After I entered and nothing happend, machine then said out of service AFTER my card was charged

I normally use the self serve car wash, but given it was a tad bit cold about 45 degrees. I used the automated car wash. Once it got done I pulled on the side and checked my car. My car still had dirt and some soap on top of the roof and trunk. I'm not happy with the outcome and would want either a refund or another wash.

Went to wash and the pressure for the presoak wasnt spraying good, also the money timer is waaay too fast for what you get, so much so of all places whitehouse superwash is cheaper (slower money timer)

The automatic car wash is broken. Don't come here. Take a look at the rest of the reviews for the manual ones too. Soap was left all over my car. I had to pull back in to a manual one to rinse it off.

Complete lack of maintenance and up keep; I went to wash truck last summer and inserted money only to find the trigger on the washing gun was broke so I couldn’t wash my vehicle and no one to refund my money. Went last week to wash salt off of my vehicle and pulled in self wash bay only to find machine was broke and would not accept money etc. I would think it would be only courteous to block off bay with cone or something if it is out of service but…. Pulled into another adjacent bay and inserted money and began to wash only to find overhead hose was so short I couldn’t reach either end of my truck or even the lower sides. I actually had to hold gun upside down and bend tip to use it as I had already again paid money to start machine! Very dissatisfied with whomever is running this operation!!!

2015 Roush II Mustang.I paid up for their best wash in their "Turbo" Bay.I take good care of my car and you had to look close to even notice that it needed washing. But I was drawn in by the fluff with words like "ceramic coating",special suds etc, such nonsense,..but hey-who doesn't want their ride to shine like new money? Anyway when the wash was done I pulled around to the vacuums to look the car over and it was just about as dirty as it was before I went through the wash.It cost $13 and it was easily the worst automated car wash I've ever used.

Just spent $13 on an automatic car wash and my car didn't get clean because there was no soap coming out of it. The only thing that came out of it was water, the ceramic coat and spot-free rinse.

The worst car wash around. Machines will charge your card if the reader works and not operate. Use quarters in the self wash and will randomly stop water pressure with more the 2 minutes remaining.

Nice little car wash. It cleaned our car well, but the dryers needed to stay on a little longer. We can't really complain, though. You get what you pay for. It worked well In a pinch. We'd come back and use this car wash again if we were in the area and needed their services

What once was a great car wash is now just a complete failure. Three times I have been to this car wash in the last two months, and three times it failed to produce soap. I tried the auto wash for 12 bucks and got nothing.... no water no soap, just the robot arm going around the vehicle. I called and left a message with the owners voice mail but no contact. No refund nothing. In my opinion avoid this place they will just take your money.
