Great place to get a quick car wash! Ms. Lucy was a great help when it came to getting my car washed through the machine. Plenty of space, so there is always available spots to vacuum your car. Would recommend 👌 also they have good food in the Buffalo Star. Better than Epic Wings

Carwash system does a good job getting my vehicle clean. The times that I have been there. There's always space available in the vacuum and drying area. The towels are replaced often with clean ones. 😁👍

Super great experience from Alexis and other staff that were nice and understood the situation that i had Basically i was a premium member for more than 1 year and a half but my car got stolen and i bought another car and this staff gave me a free wash! How is this location even still open? Half the time equipment is not functioning. The best part, track, if that's what it's called, was running and I guess the car I front of me wasn't fully on the wheel lock I guess, so it wasn't moving. Needless to say, my car ended up hitting the truck, not once but twice. Thank goodness for other locations, otherwise I would of canceled my membership. Two words for them....PREVENTIVE MAINTANCE! Try it.

Update: The manager (Steve) from this location called me shortly after I left this review. He asked me to tell him a little more about my experience, looked up my account and verified that everything I told him was accurate, then issued me a refund for all the months I didn’t use the car wash. He was super nice and empathic. Thank you, Steve, for taking your time to listen to me and follow-up with me. I got my refund about 4-5 days after you initiated it. I appreciate your attention and care. Original: I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since the first month I got it. I went to a Super Star location that was running a Grand Opening special and the attendant would not let me through without signing up for a membership. I conceded just because it was an easier idea to give the man my card, get my car washed, and then cancel the membership after a few days. I live very remotely and rarely go in to any city, much less wash my car. I’ve never received an email receipt or correspondence from Super Star. Every month $19 and some change is debited from my account and every month I try to cancel my membership. I get all the way to their “Sorry To See You Go” page and assume that means my cancellation has gone through. I check my email for a cancellation receipt and don’t see anything so I check the spam box and don’t see a cancellation confirmation there either. Then, on the 29th of the following month, my account is debited $19 for Super Star Car Wash. I’ve tried calling to speak with someone but there isn’t an option available, the automated phone system refers you to the website for cancellations and nobody answers the Customer Service phone. I’ve only used Super Star once and I’ve been paying for a subscription since the spring.

I don’t usually make reviews, but this was a much needed one. Trinity was phenomenal when it came to explaining the different types of memberships, and which would be best for my car. While I don’t drive the best car in the world, Trinity assured me that super star car wash was a phenomenal washing station, and would make my car look amazing, and that she was correct. I’m glad I was able to come here today, and I’m glad you guys hire wonderful employees.

I am writing to formally complain about the damage caused to my vehicle at your car wash and the complete lack of responsibility and follow-up from your team. While using your tunnel wash, the machine scratched my car. I immediately reported the issue, expecting a professional and fair resolution. Unfortunately, that never happened. I was told that Human Resources would contact me, but HR never responded to my emails, never called me back, and no one followed up in any way. As of today, my car has not been repaired, no compensation has been offered, and no explanation has been provided. This situation is extremely unfair and unacceptable. A business that damages a customer’s vehicle and then ignores them entirely shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for its customers. I trusted your car wash with my vehicle, and instead I was left with damage and no accountability. This experience has been very disappointing, and it clearly shows that this car wash does not care about its customers or the quality of its service. I have sent multiple emails over an extended period of time, and every single time I was told that someone would contact me. That contact never happened. No calls, no emails, no follow-up of any kind. To this day, I am still waiting.

Best Car Wash for sure in Chula Vista! I have been coming to this location for about 5 years since they are the only wash I have found that allows the “Brushes” to be turned off. Steve, the heManager and all the staff are always super friendly and always willing to help and as I have experienced, really really go out of their way sometimes to make sure picky customers like me are always more than satisfied! Having a Mercedes with a clear coat allows for the best wash for the paint with the brushes turned off in my opinion and again no one else offers this. Get a membership too, all the necessities come with your wash, air dry, vacuum, microfiber towels, and air for your tire pressure all included 👍🏼👍🏼
