100% worth it in every way. The guys were super friendly and nice and my car looks brand new. I literally gasped when i opened my door and saw the years long stains on my seats were gone! Im about to have my second baby and feel super overwhelmed with everything but they were amazing and did such a good job it took one of my burdens right off. Will definitely be recommending them to people and going back as needed. Thank you guys! ❤️

Update: My review still stands for this business as they actually charged an extra $60 but I lowered it for this review (caught myself giving him a break). I was never offered a "special deal" as the price offered was retail price. This place still stands on deception so please beware all, they only reached out after this review...why not do the right thing before? No thanks. Took my business to Marco's Detailing who is a veteran so he understood the vehicle PCS process AND cleaned the "dog hair" with no upcharge that enabled my car to pass inspection the first time and enabled it to be shipped. -------------------------------------------------- Requested a quote online and was never contacted, then got entered into text messages unbeknownst to me and it said there was a "special offer". I call the business regarding it and he says there is no such thing even after telling him about the text message and get a quote. Since I was on a tight schedule, I decided to run up to the place and when I get there he quotes me a price on the wall and then we look at my car and he asks if I was military I said yes...then he quotes me a price that was $40 more than the quote I just called about!! Don't take your business here or don't say you are military.

I rented a U-Haul from this location and was very pleased with my service. The gentleman that helped me was VERY busy but got me in and out really fast. He was very nice and one of the hardest fastest workers I've run into in a long time. Will definitely rent from this location again. Also, I watched the guys cleaning the cars and from what I could see they were doing a really thorough job.

This is my first time going there and the customer service + the staff was awesome, professionally and respectful. My car was dirty, dirty and came out like new clean AF, with no missing spot nothing, I also did not have an appointment but they quickly accommodated me for wash my car. I recommend this place 100%. I can't ask for better service.

Got charged an extra 30 bucks to remove all the dog hair. Got the car back and dog hair was still there. This is the second time they’ve done this with the extra fees and not removed the dog hair. Last time I will be going there.

I was also disappointed with my past service. I just received an automatic email only after a month which reminded me on the bad service I received. First after seeing dog hair in the cargo area I was told that was an extra $50. I paid for a full detail! How is there more money to make this even cleaner when the point of the detail is to be super cleaned. 2nd when I went to retrieve my car, they could not find my keys! After 20 minutes I found the key under back seat floor mats! 3rd, after leaving at night. The first thing I noticed is dirt in the cup holders! How is this detailed? In addition my back seats go down for more space. When I put them down, I saw all the dirt in the crevice that is folded. Meaning they didn’t even bother to “detail,” the back! Find a other place with better service and price.

I was disappointed in the results. These pictures were taken after I picked up the car and gave the seats time to dry. I feel like I paid $190 for a job that I could have done in less time with a vacuum and a spray bottle at home. This was my birthday gift to myself and I am sad, feeling like I wasted my money.

Update: While I appreciate the owner responding to my review, I would like to point out that the response is indicative of the attitude of the attendant when my vehicle was dropped off. I would like to say yes you don’t deserve one star, I would give you NO stars if I could. The lack of professionalism and integrity is astounding and only reiterates my first review as accurate. The attendant at the office never ASKED what service to perform when the car was dropped off. He was chatting with a young lady and said “you’re good” and took the keys. Upon my return for the car is when it was stated that I was given a “basic wash”… I have no issue with the basic 50.00 package, my issue is the fact that as a customer, I had a valid complaint and no one from your business took the time to visually inspect my vehicle. Did you also take the time to review the cameras to see your attendant send me back outside with a towel to wipe down the car while busy with his lady friend instead of coming to inspect my vehicle? To continue to deflect and avoid responsibility for something that should have been done is quite frankly unacceptable. I stand by my previous assertion. I unequivocally do not recommend this particular car detailing service. ******************************** 100% do not recommend. Very unprofessional. I took my car in for a basic wash and clean. They washed the outside but did not vacuum the inside nor wipe down the trim or clean any of the door jams. When told I was unsatisfied with the job the attendant at the front desk shrugged his shoulders and said well you chose the basic package. We had to ask for a towel to wipe down my vehicle. I could have done that at home for free. Do not trust your vehicle with these people.

When going to a place for the first time you’re always wondering if it’s going to be worth it. This place was! The other places in town were busy for weeks so I tried super shine and I’m so glad I went, cheaper than the other places in town and they did an amazing job. I wish I had before photos, I have dogs and my back seat had lots of animal hair I’ve never been able to vacuum out myself. Everything completely gone and all shiny. The guys in the front are super friendly and per Google this is a black owned business. Highly recommend!

Willie is a magical Santa Claus! He helped to surprise my husband by cleaning our CRV and when I say clean, it looked like a brand new car off the lot. We had every inch of dirt from our mile long dirt road and every spilled something and it was all gone. Like, all gone! I will be a returning customer and you will be too!
