I went in with the intent of cancelling my membership because the manager from Pine Log was a pain. I tried this location and JuJu, the manager, changed my mind. His excellent customer service skills convinced me to stick around, and I see myself being a loyal customer for years to come. I’ll be sure to tell my friends and family how amazing the service is.

This is the 3rd LuLu's I've tried. They are way over priced and by far the worst car wash I've ever used. Never again. I had to come home and actually breakout my foam sprayer and pressure washer to get my truck clean. The only good thing they have going for them is their vacuuming.

An excellent car wash facility. Equipment does a very good outside cleaning and vacuum system and towels/spray bottles allow you to complete the inside if you want. Price is competitive, especially if you use their frequent user program.

I went through the wash and my car was still very dirty and wasn’t cleaned well at all. I talked the manager Julian and he sent my car through the wash again and it was cleaned well after that and then he continued to help my vacuum and throw away trash out of my car. 10/10 experience highly recommend using this location! Went through again and that guy James is da man!

Super great customer service! I used to never go to car washes, but Juju, the manager at this Lulu’s, decided to ruin that for me by being way too good at his job. My car drove away looking better than I’ve ever seen it, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks a lot, Juju!!

I don’t ever leave Google reviews, however the service I received at Lulu’s Car Wash deserves to be known. Juju was awesome helping me pick a wash, working the mat machines, and even helping me vacuum my car. So awesome Lulu’s might need to change its name to Juju’s Car Wash. I will be coming back for years to come!
