Enter at your own risk , this car wash damaged my roof antenna it ripped off the shark fin cover …. $20 car wash turned into $600+ in damages according to my dealership… and I have tried contacting with no response it’s been 4 days with several attempts to contact. Great on the wash but unfortunately this happened and I had to go back and have one of the employees retrieve my cover that was inside the car wash .

*Warning this car wash can damage your vehicle and they will not take ownership or make it right. Gave this place a try with the free car wash (awesome promo to get people in) and it did decent (for a drive through) on the panels it actually washed but it didn't even touch the top sections at all. When I reported it via Facebook, the reply from their management was a thank you for reporting the problem and that they would fix the machine... Great, for the next people, but I get a half washed car? I know, I know, it was free, which is why it got 2 stars but in comparison to other local car washes customer service, it's terrible. The other issue I had was it said it would dress the tires which it did not... Pictures show post wash, I had to state that because it's not obvious it's been washed... Update 1/26/21: Was offered another free car wash (assuming after seeing this review) and decided I'd give them another try with hopes to change this review to a positive one... Unfortunately that's not the case, it did require an update but not a positive one. I took a different car through and this time it did wash the whole car but it also scratched one of my new wheels (attached picture). I reached out right away and was told he would look at the cameras on Monday. Monday rolls around and I don't hear anything so I reach out again Tuesday. He looks at the cameras and said everything seemed fine. No offer to make it right at all. Surprise surprise. So if you want this car wash to damage your car and have them take no responsibility then this is the place for you.

The attendants here will try to put your car directly behind the next one and the machine will ram you into them. They will say it's not their fault, and take an incident report, but do absolutely nothing else for you like comp washes or offer a refund.

Great deal for $20.99 a month. You get unlimited car washes and unlimited self service vaccum cleaning and air nozzle (for blowing off any excess water running down from mirrors and places that the big blow dryer in the car wash doesn't completely blow off. Vaccums are very powerful and work great with hoses on both sides of the self serve stalls as well as air nozzles on both sides which are covered also and alot of stalls so you are not waiting for one to use. Everything is well maintained with an AM/PM connected to the car wash. Happy Customer

Just had the best customer service I have ever received at this car wash! His name was Jacob. He was knowledgeable about the memberships that are offered and very friendly. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt like I had to give a shout-out to one of the employees there — Jacob. Even during a busy time he was calm, fast, and efficient without cutting corners. From the moment I pulled in, he greeted me with a smile and made sure I knew exactly what services were available. They were super friendly, professional, and really seemed to care about the quality of the work being done. What stood out the most was the attention to detail. You asked me about my review📝📝📝. I respect people's comments about your carwash🚿🚿 🚚🛻🚙. In my opinion your carwash 🚖🚕 it's old . There's only three brushes 🧹🧹🧹 and three small air dryers 🌪🌪🌪. The only good thing about your carwash it's your employees they do a great job specifically the carwash girls service . that's the reason I'm giving you five 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Today I visited Super Clean Car Wash, and although the automatic car wash service was excellent (soap, rinse, and the entire mechanical process work very well), I had a bad experience with the vacuuming part. I tried about six different vacuum cleaners, and they were all very underpowered and practically useless, so I had to go elsewhere to finish cleaning the interior of my car. I also noticed that they no longer provide the air fresheners and wet wipes they used to offer, which made the experience more complete. The first time I came, earlier this year, everything worked perfectly, but this time it didn't. I hope they can check and repair the vacuum cleaners, because the car wash service itself is very good.

I had a great experience here I had a young gentleman named Nick He was very kind, professional and happy go person. It’s refreshing to see this this level of customer service. Reason it’s not a five star review which has nothing to do with The worker Nick is actually because of another Worker a older man I believe his name tag said Jeff I could be mistaken, had his belt undone and open walking back and forth in the car wash line I have little children and i’d rather them not see that I Don’t want to see that as well it’s not professional

Been coming to this car wash location since they opened. The attendants at the wash are always so helpful and friendly. Jacob helped me out today and did a great job explaining some of the beneficial differences with the washes! I believe it was Kaley working the inside of the wash today and gave me a couple extra wipes at request due to how dirty my car wash. 😁 Always a positive experience!
